Terrible customer service for a Starbucks. Not friendly or helpful. 2 of the drinks I get regularly were not there and while that in itself is no biggie. The problem I have is if you work at Starbucks and someone orders 2 things in a row that you don't have and they say, oh boy I'm not sure what to get...you don't stand there uncaring and with a face that says, can you hurry it up a little? You are supposed to joke, offer suggestions, try to make an effort to make the customer happy. After the transaction, no thank you, no anything. Then the barista calls out Vanilla Caramel Maciatto. I said, I didn't ask for vanilla. She said they come with vanilla. I said ok, hmm, I'm just wondering why you called it out that way if it's not different than a normal caramel Maciatto. She said she just does that and then the next drink, also mine, she says caramel macciato. Maybe it is the same but she's looking at me like I'm nuts and she's the one calling out crazy drink names that I'm expected to know are the same as the standard. Signed Starbucks Gold customer of NOT this location. I'll stay going to 144th and I 25 near Mimis cafe. They rock!

I spend a lot of time here because of the reliable wireless, and the fact it's a good place for me to work. Plenty of tables, music isn't too loud (I can drown it out with my iPod). However, I've found the reliability of good service is iffy at best. I come here to work quite a bit but depending on the day, the staff is either great or just not. There's an older woman who appears friendly only if she deems you to be a regulars - I usually feel I'm an imposition to her day. There is a younger blonde woman who would benefit from a course in customer service. Strangely enough, none of the men are this way though - nothing but the best in that department. I do recommend the store - it's only the service that is an issue.

Tiny space with no parking but the baristas are fast. This is a great stop when leaving 24 hour fitness in the morning. Park by Chipotle and save yourself the headache.

Great staff and great drinks. Try the iced mocha or the orange refresher with lime juice if you're not in the mode for coffee! Delicious!!

I truly love Starbucks, I do. But I will avoid this one at all costs. It isn't really the fault of the baristas, the BARISTAS ROCK, it is all about store planning and volume control when this location was built. The parking is horrible and located in a super busy are next to a million businesses, This is my biggest issue with this location, they should have anticipated this when the store was planned. I lived near this Starbucks for years and I never once was able to visit without waiting forever for my coffee (due to customer volume) and then waiting forever to be able to back out in my truck due to the lines of cars trying to park (there is no drive thru) . I have been in and out of starbucks faster in International Airports. I wish this location was better, they are right next to my favorite nail Salon and I always end up at Jamba Juice instead due to the hassel of trying to get into this location. Plan better Starbucks!

Very friendly and competent baristas. This place is always busy. Convenient to walk from the Sheridan/120th area.

The parking at this Starbucks can be chaotic at times, especially during lunch time when everyone is trying to get a coffee or something at Einsteins next door. But if the lot is filled, you can park on the street or near Sprouts and walk to the Starbucks instead. If you want to get some coffee and spend time studying, I would recommend you go to a different location than this Starbucks. About half a hear ago, this Starbucks remodeled their interior and changed up the tables, so now there isn't as many places to sit. They have an unusually large bar table that is uncomfortable to sit at and the smaller tables seem to always be occupied by people knitting. The baristas here are not as friendly as the other Starbucks I have been to in the area. They also talk to each other sometimes when making drinks, so they end up putting incorrect ingredients into your drink. I.e. regular milk instead of soy milk.

One of my favorite Starbucks. They get a lot of traffic from parents at the nearby charter school, and I swear it doesn't matter if I go in once a week or once a month, they remember me. The line can get very long here, especially about 7:15-7:30am, but don't stress out; the baristas are speedy. I've walked in at times when the line is to the door and still will be heading out in less than ten minutes. I've never seen an order messed up, and I've never seen less than a smile on the face of *any* employee, regardless of the crowd! Plenty of space; my only complaint is that parking can be kind of tough. Do yourself a favor, and park near Double D's pizza to avoid traffic.

Consistent, friendly service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Best of all, they have a Clover, which makes amazing coffee!

I keep coming back here because it is close to my house but it makes me miss every other Starbucks I have frequented in my life. My last store knew my name and drink order the third time I came in--this one is probably too busy but a smile or your welcome in response to my thank you would be nice.

I have been going to this Starbucks for nearly 18 years. It's my "where everyone knows your name" place! The coffee is always great and they have a Clover machine! The staff is always pleasant and friendly and the shop is neat and clean.

Server grabbed cup by putting her fingers inside the cup. I asked for another cup and she gave me a dirty look.

Incredibly slow service here. Whenever I'm here, there is a line. They need to sort through their staffing issues, or maybe have the person stacking shelves help serving customers.

Worst Starbucks I have ever set foot in. Cafe - Tiny (about the size of a Starbucks in a grocery store). So you basically are crammed in like sardines, since this tiny cafe fills up easily and is always full. Baristas - Mediocre Customer service - Poor Last time I came here, I did so apprehensively, for all the reasons above. Unfortunately I had to get sone work done, and this is the only Starbucks is the area that is opened until 11 pm on week nights. As I parked and got out of my car, a peculiar male and woman also had just arrived. They both approached me in the parking lot on my way in and the woman actually asked me if i was Julie. I told her i was not. I proceeded to walk into Starbucks, and they waked in behind me. The place was packed. It was ~7 pm on a Tuesday night. I noticed one empty table with 4 chairs. Every remaining seat and table were occupied. I went up and ordered my regular grande skinny peppermint mocha. Then after I paid, I went back to get situated at the only open table. Much to my surprise, the woman and man I encountered in the parking lot had sat down at that table. She at one corner and he at the opposite corner, so now there was nowhere to sit. The odd thing is that neither of the two ordered a thing. No drink or pastry,...Nothing! How in the heck they could just come in and occupy a table without actually purchasing a thing is beyond me. I ended up bringing this to the attention of the three baristas behind the counter when I got my drink. I asked if one of them could ask them to make a purchase or leave so that an actual paying customer could have a seat. None of the three baristas did a thing to rectify the situation. They just stared at me blankly. I ended up asking two girls if I could squeeze in at their table, and they were gracious enough to let me. "Julie" eventually showed up and joined the man and woman. Neither of the three ordered a thing and they occupied that table for an hour and a half. This was the last time I came to this Starbucks and I will never go back.

Personally, I think that this starbucks makes the best drinks. I have never had a drink that was made wrong, and all the Baristas and Shift Supervisors are great. One of the baristas, (the younger blonde one I am sure was mentioned in the other comment) knows my drink by memory, and knows anything about Starbucks you ask her. She is very knowledgable when it comes to coffee, as is the rest of the staff. I go here once a week at least, and the only complaint I would have is that it is the busiest starbucks I have ever visited, but that should say something.... Its my favorite along with many others.
