Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Manager was a total ass. I order pizza a couple times a week and always get the actual sauce for dipping instead of the mara but was told this time they can not do this because the pizza sauce is soooo expensive and they have no way to charge for it which I find so funny considering you can get extra sauce on ur pizza and they charge you for it. Needless to say I will no longer order from this place. What a joke horrible customer service and the manager hung up on me when I stated I wanted to speak with the corporate office.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. When they arrived they were cometely wrong. I drove them back to the store and when i walked in and told them what was wrong the cashier walked to the back amd it went silent for about a minute. Then a manager came out( best part of my experience) and she gave the option of a remake, refund, or credit.and informed me they were OUT of green peppers. Go to a store and buys some! Its 6 pm !! I chose a remake. While sitting and waiting, the cashier and cook start snapping at each other. Talk about making one bad experience turn into another bad experience. Dont think ill be ordering from there again... If tou do i wish you luck on getting the right food the first time and service with a smile. This place was lacking both...

We just finished shopping at Flatiron Mall and decided to try the Pizza Hut on our way home. I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut because the crust is too thick and tastes somewhat greasy. We ordered the current pizza box special. It's was just average. We showed up before the food was done and waited 10 minutes.....so you would expect a hot pizza and bread sticks. ....no! Luke warm at best. Not a good experience. Yelp reviews don't lie. Not a good representation of good olé Pizza Hut we all remember from when we were kids. Will Not be back. Sorry Pizza Hut. I tried. Also restaurant felt like I was back in time to when I was a kid.....needs major updating. Atmosphere was horrible hence no one in the restaurant on a Saturday night!

Been here for 30 minutes, waiting on a $10 pizza box. Last time I came they gave me my pizza completely wrong and didn't tell me they didn't have the ingredients until I complained that my pizza was wrong. Their exude for it being wrong was that they didn't have the ingredients, but couldn't they have told me that either before I ordered or while they were trying to prepare the pizza? They told me they would put a $5 credit for my order being messed up. But when I went to get my pizza box tonight, they didn't even have it on file. Which means they lied about the credit the previous visit. This place is ridiculous, now I understand why they have such bad reviews!! Please don't go here. I tried to ignore the 2 Star rating because it was close to my house. Go to Black Jack or even Marcos would be better service than this place!

Ridiculous. Ordered a pizza at 11pm. Got a confirmation email stating it would arrive at 12:15. When 12:30am rolled around we decided to call. We were told the pizza was voided out because it was too late, and they wouldn't be able to fulfill the because the driver was still out with the last delivery. We asked why we didn't get a call back or email letting us know and they said they called several times. But there were NO missed calls and NO voicemails. Nothing was even offered, we had to demand a free pizza. They said they would credit the account, but reading these reviews, doubt they did.

I've been to pizza huts many a time, and you can never expect good service. But actually, this one is the worst I've ever been to. They won't serve after 8. If you want to sit down and dine there are no servers for you. You have to order at the front like a fast food joint. But it's also definitely not fast food. The food took forever to get out to us and we were the only two people in the store. The workers also just don't care. They literally just told two customers to find another Pizza Hut because they cannot serve them after 8. It's 7:25!

We got delivery pizza. The pizza was barely warm and the delivery person forgot our drinks and had to go back for them. The pizza itself wasn't very good at all. It was flavorless and cold. And the garlic dipping sauce, which I was hoping would be like Papa John's was disgusting- it had a gross creamy color and tasted like plastic. This is a terrible Pizza Hut. Please chose a different one.

After three hour late cold pizza to Rude managers that Just don care about customers I wouldn't suggest the pizza hut to anyone. The final straw? Being told over a half hour after I placed my order that they were out of dough to make my order. That's like saying "sorry but we don't care about you as a customer" the funniest part is I live literally one block from this place. Pizza Hut just isn't the good 'ol place it used to be and if they continue this route of not caring about their customers they will eventually fall to other better places. If I could give it Zero stars I would.

Worst pizza hut ive ever been to the managers are rude I had my pizza remade because there was no chesse and then they remade and the new one was worse so they suggested a different crust they made it and I told them to refund my money amd they said they cant so but they can give me a refund and I went home and the final pizza was burnt on the bottom and I tried to speak with the general manager by phone but the employee that answered told me the gm was noth there and I could speak to manager on duty but I already dealt with the mod so I insited on getting the gms info to call her when she would be there and she told me she didnt know and I said this is crap my kids are crying because they dont have any food now and she hung up on me I plan on contacting corporate during business hours little ceasers is way better also there was a girl waiting also for her food when I got there she said she was waiting 20 mins when the manager asked her what she was waiting for and she said her breadsticks and they still had not even made them yet then when she got them the corner was missing

When you're resorting to Pizza Hut, you are clearly not settling for exemplary food nor service; however, my experience was not even that of the marginal service I had been expecting. For starters, my boyfriend and I ordered a carry-out half-tin of mediocre pasta. I've honestly had better Lean Cuisine alfredo, it turned out far worse than I remembered it being. We arrived twenty minutes after calling in (after being assured that it would take "like, MAX fifteen minutes") and not only did we have to wait an ADDITIONAL twenty minutes, we had to spend that time waiting at a sticky table. In fact, every single table was sticky - which a family who was also waiting an extensive time for their order noted upon, too. We got fed up with waiting, and asked one of the clearly incompetent Sunday night workers where our food was - turns out it was just sitting in the back. The pasta was soggy, and the breadsticks were... just that, there were lukewarm and stale and were merely bready sticks. When we called to get a refund, the manager was unapologetic and maintained that he would only refund one half of our payment (we did split payment). Don't waste your money.

Man, Pizza Hut has really gone down hill since my youth. From a borked online ordering system which would never confirm my order (got stuck on "Sending order to restaurant" , luckily I checked my email") to pizza that truly has gone down hill from my youth - this was simply a yuck. It's always bad when you can get a better slice of the hut and breadsticks that are cooked more throughly from the Pizza Hut inside Target that you can from their own free standing restaurants. The pizza was pretty greasy and the bacon they added even had bits of fat. The crust tasted doughy like it was barely baked. The same went for the breadsticks we ordered. Even the wings from their Wings-n-Things menu were worse than Papa Johns. I think I see why they are giving away $6 mediums for "Customer Appreciation Week." They need all the customers they can get. This place was a ghost town at 6 on a Saturday night - even the Applebee's next door had more of a crowd with a jammed parking lot. There was a perk, though. The person working the pick up window was prompt and professional and greeted me when I walked in the door. He was swamped with phone orders and appeared to be the only person answering the phone and serving the one couple eating a pie inside the restaurant. I think for quick basic pizza the title has been passed to Papa John's. Sorry "Hut".

I got a free coupon from my apartment I am renting and the pizza was just like I remember when I was a kid. Not much too it.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
