Maybe "B-OK" is more apt than "A-OK" in this instance. This restaurant just opened in a remodeled Woody's Pizza place. They did a good job with the makeover; good colors, tables not atop each other; they've created a nice atmosphere. I'll start by saying I'm really picky about Italian food. I grew up in Essex County, New Jersey, and I think that, next to Italy, the Italian food there is the best in the world . The food, to me, is "I don't feel like cooking tonight" food, not a "destination" meal. We had an asparagus appetizer that was a bit overwhelmed by its balsamic dressing. The salads were the right size but, had very obviously been pre-made. I ordered eggplant parm, which is one of my two "new-Italian-restaurant" test dishes. I would've preferred that the slices of eggplant had been thicker. They were very thin and ,as a result, tasted more like the light breading on them than eggplant. I'm not much of a fried food eater, so I was very aware of the fried taste. We ordered a tiramisu for dessert which wasn't the best we've ever tasted but, certainly not the worst, either. It was a bit too sweet with not enough of the coffee and mascarpone flavors. I wouldn't order that again. The coffee was really good! One thing I found very annoying was our server constantly referring to us as "guys." As in, "How's your dinner, guys?," or "Can I get you guys anything else?", that may be alright for a table of 20-somethings, or a table of guys, but at a restaurant that's attempting to be on the higher end of the food establishment scale, I don't think it's okay at all to refer to your customers as guys. I'd really like to see management curb that habit immediately. I will go back to this place (when I'm not up for cooking dinner) because I'm all for supporting local places and maybe the owners will read reviews and take their patrons' suggestions to heart .

I have never opened Yelp while still sitting in the restaurant, but I just had to know if others have had the same experience. I only found the Littleton location listed and after reading the reviews I wonder if the same owners simply moved to Broomfield. Just like the Littleton reviews, I found it pricey and kinda bland. I ordered a hot italian sandwich and it came with Sun Chips. Yes, like the ones out of the bag. I thought they meant home made chips when they listed it as 'comes with'. To be honest I could have gone to Subway and been much happier. I couldn't even recoup the full priced beer since the misleading message about happy hour only applies to weekdays. The wait staff seemed to want to provide a nice relaxing experience, so we didn't see our waiter very often except when he was hanging around the bar talking with other workers. I would have been ok with that, and the really dim mood lighting and fancy music, except that the decor is fast food pizzeria. So, get me my drink, get me my food and play some Italian music. With that said, I'm gonna try an entree and a glass of wine, but for $18 it better be amazing.

Really love the food here but the service is poor. Just wish management took more time to train the staff on "taking care, paying attention and details" with the staff. The customer service is better at a Ihop or Cracker Barrel. You would think this place would hire quality staff, it could be a gold mine. This was a friday night, peanut butter brothers was playing, the music was fantastic.

This is not Italian, this is Olive Garden style. Somebody needs to prohibit to call Italian to any restaurant serving pasta.

  • Robert B.

It's okay nice place . Sauce a little acidic /sour. They need to learn that pasta should be aldente not mushy. Had linguine with white clam sauce clams from a can COMON! ! Wife had ceaser salad no romaine regular house greens with cease r dressing. Might try again as its local .

  • Austen H.

I'm a little confused as to the low rating this place has. It is a little bit more "Olive Garden" in style as opposed to 5 star Italian. Though I haven't quite found a great Italian place here in Denver yet though I have one to try out per my fellow yelpers. All of that aside... We went here for Valentine's day and they had a four course special with wine for $69 we figured we'd give it a try. Now they were REALLY busy and I normally would have complained about the slowness of the service but considering it was a holiday well ok fine I'll cut some slack. We got a wonderful wine and had the Stuffed Portabella Mushroom dip for an appetizer (included in our price) and I'd get that again for sure it was really good when they brought out the breadsticks we realized something about this place was very very known to us...turns out they own two restaurants the other is Pinocchio's in Firestone and we've eaten there too and I liked it there too alright. I got Rosemary Chicken and my hubby got Chicken Parmesana both were pretty good my salad was nothing special just a garden salad I'd skip that if it wasn't included or pay for the upgrade to a Antipasto or spinach salad next time. We also got dessert and we got Canoli because that is traditional one was chocolate covered the other was not. They were good but I kind of doubt they were homemade because they were pretty much the same as the ones over at Whole Foods. All in all I'd likely go there again it wasn't so great I can't stop raving but it wasn't terrible so I'd probably try it out again.

I had a great experience today with our server Miguel. The food was fresh and served in a timely fashion. Never went without a drink and the server made good conversation and was intelligent to talk with. We will be coming more often ! We had the rosemary chicken and chicken picatta. Perfecto !

The staff were friendly and efficient and the menu had a great variety. The sauce (gravy) was a little to bland for my taste as I like it spicier. I had the angel hair pasta with chicken and it was OK. The best part was the company I had at dinner. I would definitely go back and try another dish.

Last night before the start of a snow storm, I tried Delvickios for the first time. I just happened to notice the welcoming patio lights and was craving an Italian meal. This place has an adorable vibe with red and white checkered table cloths, good Rat pack style music, and a welcoming staff. I enjoyed the garlic bread starter with marina that the waitress welcomed us with, but I was disappointed with the Caesar salad upgrade - it was marginal at best for this Caesar fan. However, my faith was reaffirmed when the main courses arrived. I had delicious chicken marsala that was incredibly fresh with delicious linguini and such tasty seasoned vegetables that I forgot I don't really like yellow squash. My date had chicken parmigiana and described it as "impressive how the chicken could be so thick and juicy while also fried." I was too full to indulge in desserts, but the menu had good variety from classics like tiramisu to new touches like blueberry oatmeal crisp. I also want to try their breakfast/brunch some weekend, as it looked affordable and tasty, like the dinner and lunch menus. As I was leaving, a group of girls walked in to look at the menu, and I'll end with what I told them: It's really good - try it out!

The food is very tasty and well presented. The staff was courteous and helpful. This is a large restaurant and could handle large parties as well as small. This is Italian that is a cut above your chains. We went on Mother's Day evening and though busy not overwhelmed. Plenty of help but seemed a bit stretched for the numbers of customers. It did take us over an hour and fifteen to get our food. Came out in waves. I say kitchen at fault. Didn't stay for desert but looks marvelous, just didn't have the patience. If your expectations are set and not rushed I'd give it a go. Otherwise there are better ones for the money.

This place has a great atmosphere and delicious food. It has all the potential to be one of those great place people love going to. I went for breakfast/brunch. The hostess(maybe just a waitress). Looked at me when I walked in with an irritated sigh. I said I would just sit at the bar and she immediately perked up and said "awesome, here's a menu to take with you". The bartender was super nice, but didn't take my order for 15 minutes. It took another 30 minutes actually get my food.... But it was delicious. They need to work on their serving times, but I would definitely eat their food again.

  • Samantha N.

Um...no. Let's just say... It was almost as good as Sbarros. So that's how Italian it was.. 2 stars because the wine was OK and my husband liked the microwave bread sticks. Sylvester sandwich (which is described like what we think of as a traditional Italian sandwich but they have a sausage sandwich called the hot Italian so...Sylvester) had country ham cut into cubes. WTF? Ravioli had thick pasta, not paper thin how I'm used to at real Italian restaurants. Servers were yelling at each other in the back and the place was empty at lunch on a Sunday. I know they have brunch but...no. Would not return. No way. Not once. Not never.

Pretty good food and reasonably priced. It was my first visit and overall a nice meal. Portions were big and the garlic bread is a nice way to start the meal. I had the Tortellini Alfredo and it was served piping hot. It was way too heavy on the garlic for my taste but otherwise prepared well. Our server wasn't very good, never checked on us after we got our food, didn't clean the salad plates away, mixed up all of our orders etc... Nothing tragic just not very good. We'll give them another try in the future.

First timer. The prices are nice. The breadsticks are yummy. The food was good. However, we had to wait a long time to get our salads and food and it wasn't that busy. We would definitely go back though.

Looking for a close Italian restaurant in Westminster. Nice place in a small strip mall. Very nice decor. Extremely friendly waitstaff. But the food was pretty bland and over priced. The pasta was not fresh and the marinara sauce was watery. Might go back to try the pizza which alot of people seemed to be having. But all in all not impressed.

As others have pointed out, this restaurant has some serious issues with service. We took the entire family there (mother, wife and 3 kids) recently. When we arrived there was no one up front. We waited a few minutes until a waitress came up to seat us. They really should have a hostess. We were seated and ordered some drinks. They brought the adults their drinks but forgot all the kids drinks. We had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring those. We ordered an appetizer, which was brought relatively quickly. However, they did not bring anyone plates to use until 15 minutes later when we had finished. When they dropped off the appetizer they said they would bring some bread, but that didn't arrive until we were literally finished eating, over 50 minutes later. Besides the drink and appetizer issues, we all ordered pasta but it took 45 minutes for them to make it. There were only 5 other tables with people when we were there, so this amount of time was excessive. I think the waiter forgot to put in our order but never was frank about his mistake. In addition to the delay in getting our food, they only brought some of the meals. My son had to wait another 5 minutes for his food and when it arrived it was wrong. Then he had to wait another 5 minutes for them to fix it. It was spaghetti with alfredo and sausage, not something that should have been wrong. The food was decent, but just your standard checkerboard Italian fair. Nothing special and not worth waiting 45 minutes for. This all was enough for me to ask to speak with the manager. I asked initially to speak with a manager and was told they would be right out. 10 minutes later I had to ask again. 5 minutes after that I asked a 3rd time. Finally, when we were all finished eating I asked a final time and a gentlemen with jeans, a t-shirt, and an apron on arrives at our table. I ask if he was the manager and he said he was the owner. I was a little shocked that the owner would be dressed so unprofessionally, but that's his decision to make. I told him about our concerns and mentioned that his rating on Yelp and Google has been going down hill for a while and that we felt similarly about our experience. Rather than having a good conversation with him or having him offer to fix the problem, he immediately starts arguing with me and quoting times from their ordering system to prove that I was wrong about how long we waited. After going back and forth with him about how disrespectful his tactics were and how bad the service was he kicked us out and told us never to come back. Anyone that wants to avoid this type of service and boring Italian food should select another restaurant. I recommend Via Toscana in Louisville. Good food and good people.

Don't know what happened. I'ave pizza there twice; first time seems like a decent thin crust neapolitan style pizza. Last pickup was bloody awful. Ate two slices and threw the rest out. I think their oven broken down and they used the neighboring pizza hut. Except pizza hut is a little better.

Thumbs up on the food! This is a great place in Broomfield that we recently discovered and walked out impressed. It's larger than you would think from the outside and super cute with a bar area and private room for small to (I'd guess) up to 50 people. I had a salad and it was delish but I should have ordered pasta as I left craving it after seeing how yummy my girlfriends plates looked and smelled. Problem solved the next day as I went back with the family and got my fix. Kids, hubby and I were all happy and full. This will become a regular place for us to eat out with the family and would for sure look into hosting a large group here.

Went here for a nice dinner with my guy. We came in around 8:30pm and asked the host if it was too late to be sat, he acted like it was no big deal and sat us with a smile. I liked how they seat everyone in their own private area so it felt more intimate. Decor is quirky, but definitely gives everything a romantic, warm feeling. The food was absolutely delicious! We will be returning customers for sure :-)

The food was delicious. I'd highly recommend the Eggplant Parmiagiana. My date had the Tortellini which she also said was very good. The service was very friendly also. i'll definitely go there again. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance also. The prices were very reasonable also

I can see why there's some mixed reviews on here, but they should reconsider. When I first started coming to Delvickio's (about 2 1/2 years ago), I thought it was decent but nothing to call up the Pope about. Since then, they have not only improved but have become the best restaurant in the vast culinary wasteland that is Broomfield. The Archobellino Piatto is incredible and very comforting on a chilly fall day. The options for kids are good as well and the staff is always very friendly and responsive.

I have been to a lot of fine dining establishments in my day, and I can definitely say that Delvickios stands up to the competition. Our waitress and bartender Sarah and Julie provided us with exceptional service as well as some laughs. I greatly appreciate a wait staff that is quick, attentive, and also personable. Sarah and Julie delivered on all fronts. I had the gluten free pinnochios pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, I highly recommend the crispy gluten free crust! Overall, awesome experience from the food and staff. Will definitely be coming backto Delvickios!

This place is hit or miss. I'm at 50% out of four tries. They seem like they could be better in a lot of ways. I wouldn't recommend the eggplant parm. Oh and be sure to not go on a Thursday. They rotary club host a meeting by bull horn. No I'm not kidding. I love tiramisu and the waitress mention its not maker there. Has a very out of the box taste. The wine is limited and overpriced. Hopefully they pick it up. I'm not sure why itialian needs to be hard. Extra .5 star for the breadsticks. But thats only cuz I'm a fatty who loves warm bread. Cheers!

I totally enjoyed this restaurant, the atmosphere, our server Heidi and the great food. Four friends of mine had dinner tonight and loved it. I had eggplant parm and it was the best I have had, nicely done, crispy. The homemade bread sticks are crazy good. We actually ordered more to take home with what we couldn't finish of our entres. I, myself highly recommends this restaurant. PS - Heidi was an excellent server, attentive and personable.

No call ahead take out on Friday or Saturday nights. When we called we were rudely told that they were busy and didn't do take out on busy nights. With all the options so close to us, we won't even bother trying to go here again.

Our favorite Italian restaurant in Area. Their food is terrific and the service is outstanding. I reallly like the pizza and their sause is really tasty. The servers and owners are all first class. Prepare to enjoy an really good meal. The hot bread they serve is to die for. Go by and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Persilla is a wonderful server and is always upbeat. Love her.

Refused to honor a valid Entertainment Book coupon with no other explanation than, "We no longer take those." This was AFTER we had dined. The coupon was on the table from the time we were seated, in plain sight. We would have dined elsewhere if we'd known BEFORE ordering. You just lost at least 2 customers. Hope the money you saved was worth it!

My group of 11 came here last night for my grandma's birthday. We should have gone to Fazoli's for all I care. I arrive about 15 minutes before my reservation and sat down no problem. The waitress seemed nice enough to start, asking for my drink. I was fine with water. As everyone else arrived, the waitress didn't show up for a good 5 minutes on what was a less than busy night. That's not too bad. But the meal ended up being very subpar. Bad things: *The waitress seeming annoyed that my table wanted more breadsticks. *Refills took forever. My girlfriend had an iced tea and didn't get it refilled in the entire 3 hours we were there. *Horribly overpriced appetizers. $9 for caprese for one...no thanks. *Chicken and asparagus spaghetti was so small for $16. My brother commented that it looked like Ramen noodles. I wish that's what I had been eating. *The affogato was miserable. The espresso was almost sour. *The pricing of everything. Everything was so expensive. If it was good food, then it would have been better. I have only ever had one worse dining experience than this one. Please, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. You won't end up happy here.

Went here for dinner on a whim - we stopped for gas at King Soopers and noticed a sign for the restaurant. Best idea we've had in a while. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting and the staff was friendly and attentive, I had the Carbonara with Veal and my son had tortellini - both dishes were really good! The breadsticks were fantastic - very light and flakey! The only thing that wasn't great was the salads that came with the meals weren't all that good - just lettuce with shredded carrots.

This restaurant serves breakfast on the weekend. Awesome omelettes, bacon, vegetarian, and traditional breakfast choices. You can order how you like it, and great coffee! For those that want they also have traditional breakfast cocktails.

OK, so I just finished with the worst dining experience of my life. I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the country, as well as some of the dirtiest hole in the wall dives around. Never have I been treated so rudely as I just was at Delvickios in Broomfield, CO. I have prepared thousands of meals from basic scrambled eggs to full multi-course fine dining extravaganzas and I am well versed in most aspects of the hospitality industry. Suffice it to say, I know what I am talking about regarding dining, hosting and food preparation. This establishment lacked on all fronts. Not only was the hostess/expediter/waitress insulting in her treatment of my family and me, she was completely incorrect in her assessment of the situation at hand. Her ignorance of correct dish preparation was eclipsed by her lack of courteousness and tact. The basic fact that her claim that poached eggs have hard yolks is obviously mistaken. Ask even the most inexperienced cook in the world. Egg preparation is the first thing they teach you in culinary school. Even so, she insisted she was correct and we were wrong. She followed this by going to the kitchen and loudly complained that if we wanted our eggs cooked a certain way, we should have ordered them that way. People, THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO PROPERLY POACH AN EGG AND THAT WOULD BE BY POACHING IT. How about this... "Can I get my poached egg fried, please?" Or "please hard boil my poached egg." It just doesn't make sense. Now, the incorrectly prepared meal is completely forgivable. I have sent back many Eggs Bennedict dishes for overcooked eggs over the years. You do it over until the eggs are right. No big deal. But to insult your customer? To roll your eyes and dismiss them with a condescending waive of your hand? Unforgivable. I have never once walked out without paying. I have never before called in later to inform management of a problem. This was a first on both accounts. The manager did contact me back promptly with an apology and an offer for a comped meal, and I would hope that the employee was dismissed with due haste. Still, not enough to compensate for the worst dining experience ever. Please keep this in mid before risking the same or similar experience by dining here.

I have been to Devlickio's four times in the last 7 months. The visits can be summed up as hit or miss. The first time I was there the Chicken Marsala was to die for. On the 2nd visit we got the Pasta Delvickio and the lasagna. Both were superb. The 3rd visit we had the special pasta with crab sauce and the Chicken Tiamo. Both were bland and unmemorable. The final visit was a huge disappointment - our appetizer order was completely wrong, the Pasta Delvickio has almost no flavor or sauce and the Alfredo was lumpy and just gross. As such, I won't go back. In 5 months they steadily went downhill in food and the service itself has never been good. The Blueberry Cobbler is excellent as are the toasted ravioli and the artichoke dip. They look like they have an amazing breakfast menu but due to the last two visits I doubt I will go back again. It was just too disappointing, and even more so that it was a birthday celebration that was memorable for the poor service and bad food.

This place isn't bad... I've dined here a few times, and being a local joint, I'm always down for supporting local! They have a ton of pasta options, they can also change your pasta to a gluten free option for a $2.00 charge. I've had the spaghetti and the clam linguini here, both are pretty passable....definitely not the best pasta I've had, but definitely not the worst.... I'm here when I have a pasta craving so I'm usually in a ravenous state when I get here. They have a nice spicy sausage here that is pretty decent... it goes in the spaghetti and ravioli. They serve an awesome breadstick along with dinner which is served with marinara sauce...you know, in case downing your weight in pasta wasn't enough...don't forget to check in through yelp... There's always a decent perk to doing that here!

Always awesome here. Love the rat pack music in the background and the friendly atmosphere. I recommend this place to anyone who love's Italian food. Also if you check in you can get a free dessert!

The wait staff provided poor service and the bland food lacked any sort of effort. The salad dressing tasted exactly like Kraft dressings and both of our chicken dishes bordered inedible. You will find better Italian and service, for a similar price, within 10 miles of Delvickios.

Went there with my wife and 6 y.o. daughter. Was about 9pm so it wasn't super busy, but the staff was extremely friendly, especially considering it was close to closing time. Breadsticks were so fresh and soft, with great flavor. Meals were delicious as well, and presentation was great. Price overall was pretty good, and the kids spaghetti was pretty close to an adult portion and only $3.95. Was so good, we decided to go back the next morning for their breakfast, which was also fantastic. Definitely recommend.

The good part first: Although there are many reviews here complaining of bad service, my experience was that the service was the highlight of the evening. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. My two companions and I ordered the toasted ravioli and the stuffed portobello mushroom for an appetizer. Both were okay, but nothing special. The stuffed mushroom was an enormous portobello stuffed with a cheese mixture that overpowered the mushroom. For our main courses I had the Spaghetti Carbonara, one companion had the Spaghetti Delvickio, the other had Linguini with White Clam Sauce. The Spaghetti Delvickio was good, the Carbonara was okay. The Linguini with White Clam Sauce was just plain bad. The overwhelming tastes were lemon and thyme. They don't even describe the dish as having lemon in it; they DID advertise garlic and white wine, but neither flavor was perceptible. Desserts were better: Tiramisu, spumoni, and chocolate cake. Good, but again nothing to write home about. We'll stick with Carabba's, much nearer our house. Even this chain restaurant has much better food than Delvickio's.

Love this place. Went once with my family for a lunch and had just an absolutely wonderful meal. Food is delicious, fresh, and high quality. Have been back 3 times since then and even had them cater a business event recently. They did a fantastic job with food transportation, presentation, and quality. Everyone was absolutely raving about the lasagna. We are grateful to have such a gem here in Broomfield. Wait staff is always fun a quirky.

Clams overcooked. White wine sauce didn't taste like wine. Veal parm mushy. Should have gone to olive garden for mediocre Italian. Don't go to this restaurant. waste of money. if you want GREAT italian drive an extra 10 minutes and go to Parma 1148 W Dillon Road in Louisville. Our mistake for going some place closer to home, should have stuck with Parma!

The only people who could ever give this dump a good review are those that grew up eating Chef Boyardee and thought that was authentic Italian! Do yourself a favor and walk a few steps to the left, go into the King Soopers and buy yourself a bag of frozen Bertolli and save yourself a bunch of money. Avoid this place at all costs...YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.

Went with a few coworkers for lunch. It wasn't very busy, we had very good service. The food was very good, I had the gnocchi with marinara and meatballs. The portion size made for a big lunch and I went away happy. I will definitely return here.

Nice place. Local. Good atmosphere. Nice people. As good of Italian as you will find on the north side of town for the price. Go elsewhere that's even more expensive and while it might be slightly better, but for the price it won't be worth choosing elsewhere.

Amazing Italian food! My fiance and I have been there several times now and they have yet to disappoint. I ordered the cabanara and my fiance ordered the meat lasagna. Both were amazing dishes. We also could not turn down the cannoli's which were amazing by the way! I'll be going there again very soon for my birthday!

We went here for lunch as a work group and it was a good experience. Hardly any business during lunch, but it was kind of nice that way too. Food was good and had reasonable portion sizes for the price. I made a couple substitutions, but it didn't faze them at all, other than adding ~2 minutes onto the order. I quite liked it! Other reviews are accurate that it was similar to Olive Garden. (Some of us don't think that's a bad thing though!) What struck me most was that the Sprite I ordered didn't taste right. I think it was carbonated water. But while I was debating whether I wanted to complain in front of coworkers, the waiter independently realized it wasn't right and asked if it was OK (and of course proceeded to bring a new one that was fine). Wow - that's observant!

We went with another family right before Christmas. The adults all shared our entrees, we ordered 4 different pasta dishes and all were delicious. We had the carbanara, linguini and clam sauce, chicken ravioli and another pasta dish (can't remember the name) that came with italian sausage. We were mopping up the sauce with the bread! The red/marinara sauce is just ok, but if you stick with the other pasta dishes, of which there are many choices, you will not be disappointed.

Very good food. We were a little concerned about the breadstick thing, but they gave us plenty prior to being served our meal. We were a party of 7, and the waitress sent in the wrong order for two of us. Consequently, 5 of us waited while the other two got their meal, but they did serve the other two fairly quickly. Although the waitress apologized several times for the error, there was NO adjustment for the late arriving food and inconvenience.

My family's been going to Delvickio's Broomfield location since it opened, and we've generally been happy with the food, although the service tends to be slow. But tonight's dinner changed that. We got there at 630 and were seated quickly, but our waiter never showed up. 15 minutes later (as we were getting ready to get up and go next door to Noodles and Co), a waitress stopped and asked if we'd been helped yet. She was obviously irritated with our waiter when we said no and we placed our order with her. Our breadsticks came out plain- no butter/ garlic, but the salads and drinks were fine. Then we sat and waited. And waited. And waited. About 45 minutes after our order was taken, the entrees finally came out. My son's order was incorrect and my pesto pasta was cold and the pesto was brown. The waitress who helped us was the only staff member who looked like she knew what she was doing (I didn't get her name, but she's the one with purple hair). Train your staff, Delvickios. Your food's decent, but if the staff can't deliver, won't be back.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
