The food was good, the prices are a little on the high side for take out Chinese food. I wish the menu had descriptions of the dishes, because I have no idea what's what without asking. I'll get this because it's kinda close to home, and when I can't make it to Lotus.

Do NOT ever order from here. Not only did my order take 1 and 1/2 hrs to deliver(I was quoted 45 min) it was wrong. I ordered hot and sour soup and got egg drop. Moo goo gai pan had 4 pieces of chicken in thd whole order for $8! I called them and the mgr basically said oh well. Terrible

Your standard Chinese fare with the convenience of delivery and a central location if you're in the Brighton area. The other reviewers' comments about wait times and price increases are accurate, but the wait times during lunch and dinner rushes are tenable and the portions are still reasonably fair fir the price. I'll keep the last two stars, however, mainly because the food can be on the oily side (even for Chinese wok cooking), and the restaurant interior can use some improvements. If you're going, I recommend the Pad-Se-Lew. It's not on the menu, but it's flat noodles with beef, chicken, or tofu sauteed with onion, broccoli, egg, and soy sauce. For about $9.50, it's two meals' worth for me.

Great lunch, sesame chicken recommendation was excellent. Food came out quickly. Could not be happier.

We found this restaurant by Yelping them during a visit to Walmart. What a treasure. Thanks Yelpers for great reviews to follow. We had egg rolls which were awesome, the wonton/egg drop soup and Happy Family. The service was super fast, friendly and the price was very reasonable. We plan to bring friends with us next week. The only reason I am giving a 4 rather and 5 was the wontons could use a re-do...they were hard and had an odd color to them.

Good food, friendly service, and very easy on the wallet. I also like the fact that they don't include an over use of carrots or peppers in their meals. Whenever I'm in Brighton I like to stop at this restaurant.

The service here is awful. Not only was the woman who answered the phone rude but she barely spoke English. I found the overall quality to be okay at best. Also we were shorted on our fortune cookies... Or did I have to pay extra? Haha

Try for the first time tonight, delivering time was well over a hour. The food was bland and greasy. Never again!

This place hits the spot when craving Asian! Their lo mein with shrimp is excellent, the General sos is also very good. They are very quick with the food as well! They also deliver so that's awesome!

Almost didn't order from here due to a couple of the reviews, but we were desperate and there are not many delivery options in Brighton. We were extremely happy with this place. The ordering was smooth - even with some off-menu special requests - and the food arrived sooner than projected. The wontons were fresh and had a delicious breading. The chicken was moist and tender, with large pieces (so many places have that hard leathery material they sell as chicken, but not here). There were plenty of utensils and sauces, and they even added paper plates without us asking, which was perfect since we were in a hotel. Highly recommend.

Food is good if your willing to wait. Price is good. My complaint they always seem to be understaffed and " The Lady" ( Your will know her when you see her) is always racing to try to catch up its ridiculous hire some people already. Also, time to remodel the bathrooms they are gross.

Yummy! Ordered take out, and they were fast! Food was alittle greasy and a bit on the expensive side but well worth it!

I love this place. They never disappoint. They're slightly pricey but the food is great, and they're usually very fast at serving.

High quality fare for a smallish neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Some of the best hot & sour soup I've had. Lo mein also excellent. Recommend.

You looking for some delicious chinese food? Stop in at Asia Inn, or you car order as long as you are within a 5 mile radius. Asia Inn is your typical Chinese take-out restaurant, but always consistent. Friendly, timely, and extremely delicious. This earns it a 4 star.

Stay away from Asia Inn! The food is terrible and even worse is the customer service. I was charged for sauces and chopsticks that I didn't even receive. Who charges $0.50 for chopsticks, duck sauce and hot mustard anyway? Every Chinese restaurant I've ever been to has all that automatically included. I called the restaurant to let the woman working tonight know that I didn't receive items I was charged for and also that the Twice Cooked Pork was FROZEN with sauce and veggies poured over it. When I called, the same woman that had taken my order, HUNG UP ON ME. I was very polite with her so imagine the disbelief I felt when she hung up. All she said was, "we're closed now" and hung up! ASIA INN, you just lost 4 customers. I hope being rude was worth it. To future potential customers, please think twice before going here, you'll regret it and waste your money otherwise. The food is obviously previously frozen, tastes horrible and if you try to communicate with owners about the food you received, you will be immediately responded to rudely if it's not positive. But why even go to a restaurant that is so cheap they have to charge you for sweet sauce and hot mustard? There's so many better places to dine out. If Asia Inn continues to provide poor food and terrible customer service, there is no doubt they will go out of business.

The food here is pretty Decent and always fresh. Very good for Brighton. I have been ordering take-out here for years and they have been consistent with speed of delivery and its always shown up hot. The customer service is right on as well!

This place is very good! It is one of our favorite places in Brighton to eat. It is a small place and there is normally one lady that waits on us, she is a sweetheart! She even has our order down. The food is great, nothing I have tried here has been bad.

Great restaurant. The food tastes good, the portions are very generous, and the staff are super friendly. We eat here frequently.

My partner and I have gone there a few times. The pad tai is great. The food isn't overly coated and is very tasty. The server is always nice. She is very nice and always gets our food to us as fast as possible and it's always hot. I have never had any problems with the food and the price is perfect (though i think they could charge more for this quality). I will be coming back again and again.

It was very very good! I haven't had Chinese food this good in a while. The proportions are huge. We ordered $15 of food, and it was enough to feed our family of 3, and have a ton of leftovers for the next day. You could easily only spend $10 for 2 people eating.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
