The food is great! The ambiance and service are also top notch. Bring the family, come alone, meet your friends. Can't miss! Emi was our server and she did an amazing job.

Pretty decent pho. The price is reasonable. Would be awesome in a chill winter to have a bowl of pho there.

This place was great! They have awesome boba teas! Also, their pho soups were delicious! The crab wontons hit the spot as well, and service was very fast and friendly!

I had a Pho craving while vacationing but I wouldn't have imagined finding a location several hours west of Denver. The location of the place was unusual - located on the lower floor of a hotel with access directly from the parking lot. I ordered the rare beef pho and was totally satisfied with the flavor, quality and portion of the pho. Price wasn't out of line considering the location of the place. The waiters were friendly and efficient. If you're going solo there's a bar that contain flat screens and serve beer & wine. Overall, I ended up satisfied and would definitely recomend this joint for your pho fix.

Based on other reviews, we chose to stop here on our way to Glenwood Springs. We were pleasantly surprised! Ordered the Vietnamese coffee (it was the most authentic we have had in a while) Ordered the spring rolls (it was a pleasant surprise to see their variation on spring rolls included grilled pork along with the shrimp. It gave the spring rolls the robust full flavor) We both ordered the small pho with flank, steak, and brisket (the bowl was packed with meat and the veggies that came on the side was fresh. The broth itself was good but not amazing) Everything from service to portions and how everything else tasted was excellent.

Vietnamese eggrolls were in wonton wrappers, not a fan. Rare steak pho was tasty, generous portion of meat and homemade broth. Packaged hot mustard, duck sauce etc. Great service though, very nice staff.

We love Vietnamese food and knew at some point on our vacation we would have to try this place. They didn't disappoint! The spring rolls were a nice size and very fresh. I ordered the shrimp pho. It came out hot! The veggies were fresh and flavorful. The pho itself wasn't as flavorful as I've had at other places, but still hit the spot. Service was good. The two people that were serving were both very attentive to all the tables. Definitely would make a return visit when back in the area!

After a long day on the mountain, nothing is better than a big bowl of noodles. I ordered the chicken pho. For ten dollars considering the surrounding mountain prices it was perfect. The broth had a lot of flavor and a decent amount of meat. I even had to take the remainder home!

Pretty average Pho here compared even to the places in Denver. The broth was watered-down, weak and one-note. On the plus side, it's pretty affordable compared to many local options, and it's a nice warm soup on a likely cold day. We had the seafood pho as well as the rare steak / flank / brisket combo pho. Portion size was decent (it's pho, after all...) but our biggest complaint was the broth. They used the same broth for both bowls, which tells me they're not putting a ton of effort into it back in the kitchen. If you're really craving pho, you won't hate it, just go into it expecting not to be wowed. If you're looking for a great meal.....this isn't it.

If you're looking for a hot bowl of noodles after a day of skiing, this place is great. Nothing flashy but very delicious. I had the brisket and flank steak pho - it was excellent. The spring rolls were too fried for my taste, but the soup made up for it. Great option in the Vail / Beaver Creek area if you're not in the mood for fancy and have already had Pazzo's.

Great service, reasonable prices, good food. I've had better pho broth, but their meat was great ($8.50 or $10.50 for small or large bowl). Our thoughtful server cut our spring rolls for sharing since we only got one order for four people. Happy hour is good deal, $2 beers and $3 wine everyday 3-6pm. Their Vietnamese ice cream is a treat.

Good, hot noodles after a long day of skiing. It was exactly what we needed after working hard on the slopes. I highly recommend!

It's alright. Not what I'm used to. Chicken was slimy. Too expensive for what it was.

Kids menu grade: B+, it had the usual suspects like burgers and chicken fingers, but also kids portions of their vermicelli or rice bowls with choice of meat. Kids review: cold noodles - terrible! Their Sprite isn't Sprite! Food was pretty bad, we were still hungry so we had to go for fast food. (Note: our kids are normally adventurous eaters but they really didn't like the food. Not sure if it was what we selected or if this isn't a good option for kids. Either way, we ended up stopping at Burger King on the way back to the hotel.) Parents review: we actually like the food a lot - the spring rolls were fresh and delicious, the pho was hot and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The only thing lacking in our opinion was the service. We had to ask for drinks three times. Also they don't appear to have a liquor license.

You get a bigass portion of Pho for the money, and the herbs and veg that come with are fresh enough. The spring rolls and eggrolls here are aight-- not mindblowing, but certainly edible. The broth is not by means a sparkling, multi-layered concoction of authentic deliciousness, but if you have Pho-shaped hole in your heart, this place is the only game in town and has the ability to temporarily plug it. Props for having to-go orders ready when they say they will be.

I enjoyed the bitchy waitress I can't wait to come back here again and I am not sarcastic at all. If you like noddles then this is the place for you. Try the spring rolls, 3 pieces of shrimp rolled in a half of pound of noodles. It suits the hotel perfectly .

Delicious, super fast, great service, reasonable price.....and they have bubble tea! Ive eaten here twice recently. Same experience both times. Also decided the vanilla boba is best! Would recommend!

I'm happy that Pho 20 is in Avon. Probably the best in the valley. I wish the broth was a little better, but considering the lack of good, casual, 'everyday' pricepoint food in the area, it gets 4 stars from me.

After an all day snowboarding, we were so hungry. My brother suggested this place and I got so excited with Pho. I ordered p.13 pho with flank steak and beef. It's the best. They are generous with meat and their shrimp spring rolls are Delish plus their fried spring rolls are good as well. We got their "smoothie" with tons of tapioca. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area.

They just opened so I can forgive the lack of efficiency and they are slammed most nights. The food is superb although I am used to getting more sprouts and "accessories" like other pho places. I usually have to ask for more and thats never a problem for them. Being a pho maniac I have been to hundreds of pho restaraunts all over the country and the service here is fine. They speak English and fix all their mistakes. More than I can say about most places. If 3 months from now they still have issues then I'll complain. The staff is friendly and personable and work b hard. If you are looking for fine dining experience there are many other alternatives in the valley. For pho its here and Gobi.

I've been back to this little jewel of a restaurant several times since they opened and have never been disappointed with the food. In fact I may have found a new addiction. I've tried a different item each time and am always pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of this delightful and refreshing food. I've gotten very adapt at testing and blending the varied sauces and condiments to create a customized surprise for my palate. The freshly blended Boba drink varieties have all been so GREAT so that it's difficult to decide on a favorite. I've loved them all... This leaves me excited to try the next flavor. Get there early because folks have been waiting to find seating at dinner time, but don't forget that take-out is also an option. The portions are generous and prices are affordable no matter how you order it up. I love it when I can get a second meal for the price. The appetizers are also killer so tell your friends they've got to try this new restaurant in the heart of Avon. Conveniently located off the Avon free bus route. Extra parking is located behind the Christie Lodge accessed from the east.

Love this place. Good prices and everything you'd expect from a good pho restaurant. The service has been AWESOME every time we've eaten here (probably 20 times)and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Being vietnamese I get my fix of pho here. Everyone complains about the service which is true, it's horrible. However today was by far the most awkward. The staff seem to have a meeting during service in the dining room, while sharing their grievances they also loudly complained about each other in a pretty crude way. I've worked as a server I get it, restaurants are stressful however when we as diners are uncomfortable then you could probably choose a different time or location. The fact that the staff talked about their unsanitary practices. I couldn't finish my meal. The pho is ok not stellar the price point is more expensive then other similar pho places. You don't get too much bang for your buck. Sadly I tried my best to appreciate pho 20 for what they were, something new in the valley. But sadly I probably will continue driving to Denver to get my viet fix.

Great option for when you may have apres'd until 4AM. Lots of options and well priced for being in Beaver Creek. The produce, sprouts, etc. was very fresh which can be a difficulty for mountain restaurants offering reasonably priced food. The staff were also very friendly.

Perfect after a cold day on the mountain! Great pho and the service was not as bad as described in some of these reviews. I definitely recommend stopping in here for some PHO! I'm from California and eat a lot of pho and I was satisfied for sure.

Spring rolls were delicious. I had the steak & flank Pho bowl. Served w fresh sprouts, Thai basil & jalapeños. It was my first experience with pho so challenging to figure out how to eat it but very tasty. Pleasant wait staff.

They were friendly, the food was OK, they forgot to tell me that I would have to wait thirty minutes for a pho. And they don't have a liquor license. Overall, Vietnamese food is a good change in this neighborhood but unsurprisingly you won't be amazed.

I want to start out by saying, I am Vietnamese and grew up eating my mom's pho which I still think is the best. However the food at this restaurant is very close to the home cooking that I remember as a kid. The service could be a little more professional. When I sat down in an almost empty restaurant, more than half of the tables had old bowls of Pho on them. There were no two tops available so I decided to sit down at the bar, since I was by myself. the bar was also full of empty bowls and the server suggested I sit in a booth instead of just simply bussing the bar area. I was able to order quickly, and the food came out of the kitchen fast as well and out was excellent. Which is why I gave them four stars. I really hope they get the links worked out, and I will continue to eat there till they do.

Delicious soup, but poor and awkward service. Their pho was great! Would definitely come back for it, but probably get take out. I realize they are a new business and hopefully they'll work some issues out, but they need to step up their service. They spilled the pho on my pants as they were serving and didn't even apologize. We ordered a boba drink and the server brings it out but states they ran out of boba. They just assumed I wanted the drink anyways; I wish they would have asked before they made the drink. And towards the end of our dining experience, our server kept pestering me if I would like more water. I told him "no thanks" four times, it just seemed so bizarre and his tone made me uncomfortable. But overall happy to have an option in Avon that's not pizza or BBQ; so my three stars is hopeful for Pho 20 to figure out some kinks in their business.

Pretty underwhelming. Bland and I have had better boxed pho base from the grocery store. We called to get take out and it took 3 calls to get someone to pick up the phone. The spring rolls were pretty good. Unfortunately it's the only choice for pho here in Vail hopefully it will improve.

This is located in the Christie Lodge - and it's REALLY good! The ambiance is a little meh, but the food is so worth it! Besides, it's the company and the food that make for a great experience! Definitely get the spring rolls (Seriously ummmmm really really good), crab cheese wontons, Nam Pho, Chicken Pho, and the rice combination plate!!! It's all just so good!

This is a great little restaurant in Avon. My husband and I have eaten here quite a few times and our friends like it a lot too. The pho is super flavorful and the plate of fresh aromatics and veggies is always nice. The spring rolls are excellent and the boba tea as well. Great choice for lunch or dinner.

Torn. Good Pho, but they ruined my birthday. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance. 9 people, 6:00pm Monday night. At 5:45 my friend calls to say they're closed. No lights on, the phone just rings and rings. I had to reroute 9 friends, and a melting ice cream cake. Haven't been back.

I want to start by saying I am a pho addict. I sometimes drive 2 hours to Denver to hang out with friends and eat pho. Needless to say I was stoked that a pho restaurant opened up so close to me. Unfortunately that's about all the good I can say in regards to this restaurant. I've been there 3 times now, and each time the service has become increasingly worse. My first bad experience was about a month ago when it took over 45 minutes to receive my pho. That's right, 45 minutes for pho.... Luckily for us they comped our drinks and appetizers but this is just the tip of the iceberg. The next time we went there my girlfriend's top of the seat came off smashing her finger. Literally the seat was not screwed in. She was bleeding, and had to take care of it in the bathroom. The table next to us, for over an hour was not bussed. We sat next to old pho bowls the entire time. At one point i looked around the whole place and I saw more tables not bussed than people actuallly eating. Sigh... Also, the staff did not come around to refresh water and pho took a little longer than usual. The food is good, I give it a 7 out of 10 for Pho restaurants and thats great! But I shudder to think what could be going on in the back of the house with the lack of care for the front. Pho should be served quick. Pho should be served with copious amounts of sprouts. Pho should be bussed off of tables in a timely fashion. I don't see this place doing such things. Honestly I am really sad, because I looked forward to this place for so long. I really want it to succeed, but its going to take some new leadership for this to happen. They need to develop an eye for detail. I recommend the staff and management visit some highly rated pho restaurants in Denver. Or maybe light a fire under someones ass so they can develop a since of pride in their work. Either way I cant recommend this place to anyone. I reallly, really hope this changes, because i want a pho restaurant in the valley so bad, but I don't see this happening anytime soon.

Rolled into Pho 20 around 6:00pm on a Saturday night, apparently that was my first mistake. I am a lover of Pho and my friends and I were dying for a quick satisfying meal, but were met by disappointment on several levels at Pho 20. The primary issue we encountered was the lack of professional service from the staff. It was very clear that the restaurant was understaffed at the time of our visit but that didn't stop me from getting irritated. I could go on a rant, but all that really needs to be said is the service was not up to par and the food was mediocre. I am willing to give the place another try but definitely not during a "peak" business time. Stop in and try the food and bear the service yourself but make sure you don't have any where you need to be for at least 2 hours...

It was a cold and rainy day today. The pho was the perfect choice! Tasty and delicious. The wait staff was great too!

I live in Asia and just came to Colorado for a ski holiday. I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to have lunch at Pho 20 with a friend (having been to Vietnam several times I was afraid the food wouldn't be authentic). Boy was I wrong. The Pho Tai is absolutely delicious. The broth is as good as anything you'll get in Hanoi and the slivers of beef are cooked just so. The highlight, however, are the spring rolls. The rice paper rolls are made fresh (home cooking style) and use marinated pork instead of cold tasteless slabs of meat. The shrimp are generous and fresh as well. The Vietnamese coffee will make you swear off Starbucks forever. Let's put it this way: I'm going back for supper again tonight.

Being mindful that they just opened, we went with an open mind. The food was great! The service is not there yet, but they are trying and they seem to care. I think they are just short staffed right now, and the staff does not seem to be totally familiar with the menu. It is obvious that they don't have a lot of serving experience and could benefit from a professional coming in there to really teach them the etiquette of serving. As long as you are not in a big hurry, this place is worth checking out.

  • Dave B.

I think the staff or management may have taken the feedback to heart. I thought the service was exceptional, we had three very attentive and friendly waitresses making sure everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. All the tables and bar were bussed as they should be, before checks were brought. We had pho and a vermicelli bowl and both were very good. Definitely going to be a regular stop for dinner after skiing this year.
