The people working at this Starbucks are great. I've been to countless stores in many states, but in this one, each individual, as well as the collaborative team really stand out. It's noticeable immediately. The employees are fun, (and funny), considerate, communicative, helpful, and kind. I do not live or work anywhere near this store, but I go anytime I'm in the area because I know I'll get a great drink and the experience will just be easy and nice. During my recent visit I spilled my (completely full) tall latte all over the counter where they keep napkins, sugar, stir sticks, etc. Of course I felt terrible and asked for a rag to clean it up immediately. Every single one of the employees was awesome, - one of them came to clean it up immediately (he joked about it and was just super kind-- trying to make me feel less embarrassed), another employee immediately started making my drink again--- and none of them, regardless of my insistence would let me pay for the 2nd drink. The woman running the cash register wouldn't even accept a tip ("Accidents happen, don't worry about it."). I really felt bad and kept trying to clean and/or pay. It cracked me up when she said "You're justing going to have to accept the love." They had a new drink and the counter was cleaned so fast it was like it never happened. Of course I should have gotten all of their names, but I didn't. Thankfully the manager was on duty, so she knows how satisfied I was, and how awesome her team handled the situation.

When in doubt...find the nearest Starbucks. This one was the same...it works. The coffee was fresh and hot. The pumpkin bread was fresh. And the bathrooms were clean.

I tried the drive thru and can confirm with other Yelpers now that the service is indeed good. The girl who took my order was very friendly. She asked how my day was going and called me babe and talked at a pace that didn't feel rushed or like she was too busy for me. I tried the ham, Swiss cheese and egg breakfast sandwich in a swirly flaky buttery croissant like bread. I also tried their seasonal chestnut praline latte in a tall. I love seasonal flavors and will pretty much always order what I feel is available only for a limited time. They'll definitely get you with that marketing scheme! Together my meal was a little under $10. Definitely not a morning habit my wallet can afford everyday but it was a nice treat. The latte was delicious and had a peppermint flavor to it. I got confused at first and thought maybe they gave me the wrong drink but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was the correct one. Either way it was delicious and was at the appropriate temperature to drink immediately. The aftertaste of the minty drink made my mouth feel cool and tingly. It wasn't overly sweet to my surprise which is what warrants these 5 stars. A day after the birthday cake frappucino promotion I was still able to order a tall 1 for $4.05. It didn't come with the pink cream on top :-( but it was still yummy. It's a vanilla frappe with hazelnut pump of syrup and it really does taste like birthday cake!

Yes! Love this location. No matter what time of the day you go, their customer service is great. Went here and ordered my chestnut Praline Frapp with NO issues (like other locations in the area). I was on my way to work like always and they had me through the drive through in less than 2 min. after my order.

I'm not normally the type to review big chains... They're known entities, right? That's much of the appeal. But this location really goes above and beyond. There was an error on the Starbucks app when they charged my gift card for my drink, and it deducted too much. This is a software issue, not something the barista can fix... So they bought my drink. My drink that cost twice as much as the error. And in the 20 minutes I've been sitting here, I think they've known 1/4 of their customers. Like actually known them! Maybe I'm easily impressed, but... I'm impressed.

Waited "too long" (~2 min) at the cashier because the guy from Dunbar was changing out the till and a nice lady at the register with dark red hair gave me a free drink! I guess patience IS a virtue!
