I love that I am the same distance from this and the Iliff location. Always clean and ready to go even if you walk in at 9:45 like we did on this night. I've been here for lunch, dinner and now late night and they staff and food are always great and ready to go!

A wile back I gave this establishment 5 stars because the food was really good fresh, fast, the employees were polite and so on, but I LOST RESPECT FOR THE COMPANY. For the past few visits I noticed small problem like missing items, dirty/ trash cans spilling out on to the floor, but I shrugged it off. But today was the icing on the cake! I placed a order online to pickup. When I arrived which was 7-10min early they said " I was early and will have to wait till 4:30." So I waited (note I was the only person in their other then 1 family of 5. 4:30 came around and they told me they are starting my order I will take a minute. Long story short I ordered food for my family of 6 ($50.00) to take home when I got home. The burritos all but 2 were missing items the veggies tasted burnt, the meat was dry and hard as a rock. The real fucked yo part was the size I've seen Taco Bell burritos bigger. They were half the size. I didn't know I needed to check my food/bag to make sure it's right. Sorry you guys you royally Fucked up and I will think twice before coming back. P.S. I will tell my friends and family not to go to that establishment.

I really love the food, but I never know what the staff is going to be like when I get there. I think they need some serious retraining on customer service. The manager should have better control of the way the restaurant of the staff.

WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION EVER. I've only been here 5-6 times and it's always been mediocre, but today my experience literally went to hell in the first few seconds of being there. I had to wait almost 7 minutes to be helped because the imbecilic manager by the name of Max gave the lady a 4 person call in order to make before she helped me. Then the lady at the salsas put so much pico on my burrito, it was instantly cold and soggy, NOT TO MENTION she rolled it so poorly that I had to take three bites of tortilla before I got to any of the inside.... Then the same dumb ass manager miscounted my money and didn't give me back my change. When I asked for my change, politely I might add, he told me that I was wrong and that if I wanted my change back, I would have to wait half an hour so he could count his drawer. The employee at the cash counter throws all professionalism out the window and giggles at what the manager says and just stares as I wait. 40 minutes later he comes out with my change, slams it on the table, calls me a repeat offender, and threatens to kick me out the next time in the location. I'm utterly disgusted at the lack of customer care on top of the sub standard quality of their product. Never will I ever step foot in this Chipotle again.

I eat here at least 3 times a week. The food is consistent and the line is never really too long when I go on my lunch break. Easily the best food to eat for lunch for less than $7.

Unfortunately this is the Chipotle I live near. They NEVER satisfy me. Small meat portions, terrible communication, no special orders. What more could you ask for?! I've started driving an extra 10 minutes to go to the cornerstar Chipotle because their services/standards are impeccable.

They really need to re evaluate their staff at this location. I was ordering meals for my whole family, I get to the cashier and ask for a large drink for my husband. The cashier proceeds to ask me if I'm sure I want the "diabetic" sized cup, as that's what he calls the large drink size. My mother is diabetic, and not because she drinks large sodas or is overweight, because she doesn't and she's not. Secondly, I asked if everything was in the bag, knowing it was a larger order, the cashier barely checked, and said yes. Well not everything was, they had left my sons quesadilla out, probably still in the warmer, and I had such a bad experience, I didn't even want to go back to get it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.

I can order with my iPhone app and be there from my house in less than 5 minutes. This is the place to go if you're in a rush and craving quick delicious Mexican. It always hits the spot and satisfy's my hunger. I've never had Chipolte and thought " Wow, I wish I would've eaten somewhere else" ! I'll keep coming back !

I can't say I really care for fast food, but I'll make an exception for Chipotle. The fact that you get to customize everything is great, and you actually do have the option of eating a little bit healthier. This Chipotle always has fast and friendly service, and their tables and soda area have always been neat and clean whenever we've visited. There are copies of Westword at the entrance, so you can read about local goings-on while you munch on your burrito.

This chipotle drives me crazy! One time i got cold steak. They hardly put any chicken in the burrito. Last time i went my burrito was so gross. And After waiting 15 minutes for my sons chicken quesadilla... I got home to find a burnt tortilla folded up. It was like a gross burnt tortilla chip. It didn't have any cheese or chicken. Even though its busy geez at least make the food right since I'm waiting around to leave! I love chipotle but stay away from this one- The one in southlands is so much better!

This chipotle tend to be stingy with meat, and at one time I was there this lady put small portion of carnitas and spreading it across burrito, and they charged me for extra red and green sauce. They are not allowed to charge extra for chili sauce !!! Get it together.

Kind of out-of-the-way, on the other side of the parking lot from other restaurants of similar take but easy to get to. Staff is friendly. Most recently had a vegetarian bean burrito and the ladies making it didn't skimp by any means! Was the same size as the meat filled burritos they make. Calorie-wise is much better than that other place that serves similar fare; the rice here has almost 1/2 the calories as the other place. I prefer this place, the gf prefers the other so it's a decent place when I'm out and about by myself.

I have lived in over 6 different states and been to more than 30 different chipotles.... this is my favorite chipotle by far! Its because of how well managed and prepared they are the important times of the day; even after a heavy lunch rush the chicken is still fresh and hot. I have been to this particular chipotle over 100 times and have never walked away dissatisfied. I even won a dinner for ten in a fish bowl with my business card last month! I also like how I recognize the same six or seven staff members behind the counter after 4 years of coming here. These guys really go the extra mile for quality and consistency, and call it hometown favoritism; but my chipotle just tastes a little better here!

This place needs to get there ice machine and s?oda lines cleaned more often nasty mildew taste on different occasions but other then that typical chipotle delicousness
