Healthy Meal suggestions for wingstop

Our family has been ordering food at the Tracy CA Wing Stop on a very regular basis since they opened. We typically order online and it's always the same thing [25 boneless chicken wings - PLAIN - with several side dishes]. Originally, when we ordered online we would enter the number of boneless wings that we wanted as one total quantity number; and because we were getting them "plain" we were always offerred to choose 2 dipping sauces for them - for FREE. We would enter our dipping sauce choices in a text box. However, now you must select from specific quantities that are preset by Wing Stop. (Example: to get 25 now we have to enter that we want to buy 1 - 10 piece and 1 - 15 piece.) Now, keep in mind that IF we wanted them "flavored" we can choose to have up to FOUR DIFFERENT flavors for the total of 25 boneless wings! Ok fine. So, set quantities - we can do that - still getting the 25 pieces. But there is now no longer anywhere that we can enter the dipping sauce choices. Well, ok...we just ask when we get there...which I do. So, when I get to the store to pay and pick up - I asked the cashier (Cynthia) about the dipping sauces. I am told - NO - our order only gets ONE and that if I wanted more, then I will have to pay $.79 each. Are you kidding me? The order is already over $26! Common sense says we should still be getting 2 dipping sauces - technically - ONE per SET QUANTITY. But, no. Not according to Cynthia at this store. Furthermore, Cynthia tells me that if we had bought the "combo" then our order would have come with more than one sauce. WHAT? This makes absolutely NO sense what-so-ever! So, according to Cynthia's logic, I would have to place TWO separate orders really. One for the 10 piece (get one sauce) and then another order for the 15 piece (get one sauce). Seriously? The way the choices are set up online indicate they are "separate" choices for the specific quantities. They are BOXED up separately. Is Wing Stop's bottom line really hurting that they cannot seriously accommodate providing 2 dipping sauces anymore? WOW. There are people behind me, so I just pay for additional sauces with my order but I'm irked about it all and so, I ask Cynthia for the manager and she tells me there is no manager there. I then asked her for the Manager's name. She tells me its Brian. I asked for his last name and she tells me she doesn't know it. So then I ask when does Brian, the Manager, work? And, I'm told, during the day. So I then asked, if Brian only works during the day, who is in charge now? Cynthia turns around and calls someone up (I didn't catch the name). When this persona arrives, I ask if she is the Manager on duty? To which she replies, No, I'm the "Team Leader." She does not engage whatsoever with me, [no "Is there a problem - How can I help you sir?"] Nothing! At this point, I can see I'm not going to get anywhere with the "Team Leader" and I go back to Cynthia and ask for a piece of paper and pen and I leave my name and number asking to have the Manager (Brian) call me. I step to the side expecting to be given my food which is sitting on the back counter. Meanwhile, Cynthia waits on the next person. I'm left standing there waiting to be given my order (again, it is just sitting on the back counter with our name on it - so I know it's our order.) After a couple of minutes, I have to ASK Cynthia if I could please have my order. Ridiculous. It's been 4 days and still no call. (Which I'm sure is because that piece of paper promptly went into the trash after I left.) We've never had a problem with this store, it's employees or the food; and that is why we have kept coming back. Wing Stop CORPORATE- you have some serious work that needs to be addressed with the customer service skills for the management and the staff in this store. And, since the customer service here isn't up to par, we are most certainly done here.

Wingstop, you were a formidable contestant to my tastebud! So I bought the mild boneless wings and the regular wings and they were OK, I have had better but this place was not bad, the thing I liked the most were the fries, very good and there were a lot of them, I would recommend this place to any chicken lover!

Minus well go the Buffalo Wild Wings everyone which is a 5 minute drive away with a lot more seating and better customer service. I hope this gets out to one of the managers here that they either need to fire everyone there and get new people with people skills or retrain everyone on customer service. I'd hate to write such a negative review since my family likes to come here for the wings but this is completely unacceptable. I would give them 0 stars but at least their wings we received were cooked completely, they close later compared to other stores, and their bread is really good which I could probably get at any other Wingstop location anyways.

I've been here tons of times and every time the food is A+. The seasoning on their fries is not just salty-- it's sweet too, which sounds awful but works so well. I hate french fries from most places and I never turn down a basket here. This past visit, I tried their coleslaw, which was superb (not too runny, just the right amount of sweet, good sized pieces). The only thing I'm bummed about is that the one time I ordered online, they messed up my order (forgot the ranch, so what am I supposed to dip my chicken tenders in once I've already gone all the way home?) but that's not a huge deal breaker for me. It also seems that their chicken tenders (the only thing I ever order) are getting smaller and smaller, the last ones I got were no longer than my middle finger. My one big complaint is that they use tap water for their sweet and unsweetened tea. Out here in Tracy, most places filter their water (and I do at home) because the water is something like 70% ground water, so you can really taste the minerals and it makes the tea taste really dirty. So the one thing I would recommend for this place is for them to place a filter on their taps if they're going to be using it for tea. Or maybe I'm wrong and they really just need to clean their tea tanks, because for all I know it could be mildew.

small wings and they don't look appetizing. I would prefer a different wing stop. I even saw a chicken hair..yikes. I wouldn't come here again.

Having a 30 min lunch, I only have so much time to get food and eat. I ordered via phone about 15 mins prior to my lunch. When I got there it took about 15 mins to pick up my order. The service was slower than I anticipated, but everyone was very nice. The food was good for wings. I've had wings at other wingstop locations so I wasn't excepting it to taste any different. Overall good experience just hope next time it won't take as long.

Wings were good! The wait is only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Sometimes it takes way too long even though it's understandable that they are cooked as ordered.

We went back there last night to give them another try; and because our kids begged us to take them there to eat...I introduced myself to the manager, Bryan and he was nice and assured me that the chicken is going to be cooked. When the order came out; it actually looked like what the commercial looks like! It was the best wings we've had in a long time! Everything was perfectly seasoned, fried and prepped. They actually redeemed themselves. Good job!

Im only giving two stars because I love the wings. My boyfriend and I eat here often. The people who work here have no customer service skills. I feel like almost every time i come, either something is wrong with my order or they are rude. I order online every time and last time i came i paid online and when i got there the girl was trying to make me pay again. She argued with me until finally someone else came over and showed her that i paid. Its always something. But i can say the wings are great!

Oh boy, when your hungry you just want to gooble it down but my damn fries weren't cooked all the way!!! Their wings and drumsticks are hella small too.

  • Vanessa D.

I like the food, but the service is a bit rude. Just getting off work and having to deal with a rude service is not how i would want to end my night. The lemon pepper is good though.

Love that this place closes so late. I hate that I can never get anyone on the phone and have to place my order online

  • Reny D.

This place can be pretty good. My thing is I want my food fresh. We usually get the bone in with the sauces on the side. My husband loves the rolls, they are good but I have noticed if you get some to go they mix in the over baked dark ones in with the good ones. The beans are too sweet for my taste.

Twenty Minute wait for food. And they still messed up the order. Horrible customer service. What a joke.

Wingstop in Tracy is a great place to get boneless chicken strips. Always fresh and hot. Their fries are yummy and the potato salad is yummy too. I get the lemon pepper and the garlic parm. Both are very yummy wings.

The food here used to be delicious! But I've noticed some of the other staff are gone and there are many new faces that I've never seen before; that could be the reason why this place is going downhill. The food tastes like it's been cooked and has been sitting out for a while. I still occasionally see a few of the Asian guys and a few females from before. It's a little weird ordering from the new faces, they seem so robotic, like they don't have a mind of their own or something like that. The weirdest of all is some old guy that approaches you when you're ordering, eating, or getting ready to leave. IF YOU'RE A FEMALE LIKE ME, AVOID THIS GUY. He gives me the creeps when he tries talking to me. He leans in REALLY close to you. Like, honestly dude, you're too old to be working there. Sorry not sorry. I used to feel comfortable eating here, but not anymore... Plus the food quality sucks now. I would not recommend!

I love this Wingstop! Elijah took my order today for my crazy family and had a lot of patience. Their staff overall and their customer service was really great tonight! Our wings and fries came out really good! Amazing

Believe it or don't: I've never been to a wings place, nor have I ever ordered wings in a restaurant. Sure, I've had them at parties or at bars during happy hour, like a million years ago, I've even cooked a few in my life. Recently, out of the bleu, I had a craving, and this place did not disappoint! The guy at the counter was adorable, and explained how lucky we were to be there THAT night, because wings - even the boneless ones - were only .60 each! Woo-hoo! We ordered a bucket load. 30 wings, 10 each of Cajun, BBQ, and Garlic Parmesan. The wings themselves are coated in these luscious spices and a light batter, and then quickly deep fried to perfection. The fries were handout and well cooked - I don't even like fries, and these were tasty! The ranch dressing was KILLER - theirs or not. The leftovers held up well, even to a microwave reheating the following night. You want great, flavorful, reasonable wings? Wingstop!

DELICIOUS! We have been eating at this location since it opened and we have yet to have a bad experience food is great and service is always awesome!

what is happening to WingStop? the fries used to be sooooo good. now they are either burnt or mushy. The service is a little slow and sometimes rude. I love the wing flavors but sometimes i second guess going into this place. its a bummer

  • Nate M.

Everything is just okay here. The customer service, the atmosphere, the food, EVERYTHING. I like the barbecue wings, the sauce is great, but over the past few months, it seems like their wings have gotten TINY. Hardly any meat anymore, and I can get better at Buffalo Wild Wings. I do enjoy that they're open late, makes it convenient if I want a late dinner. Meh.

    (3)
  • Eric P.

Won't come here again the chicken wings I served were very tiny and very dry and over cooked. I wasted my money on burnt wings. I'll just visit the one in manteca way better!

  • Erik M.

This place I never had a problem with (so far) and the only problem I have with this place is the goddamn french fries. The french fries themselves are usually soggy and very flimsy. Most times when I pick up my usual, I never get the french fries here, I would usually go to McDonald's to pick me up a side of french fries because wing stop fries are just plain terrible. All in all...I love their chicken but hate their fries.

    (4)
  • Brandi H.

I love wing stop but.... this one was awful. The chicken was so dry and the fries are disgusting. The ranch was so watery. The only thing good was the veggie sticks and my lemonade which I wanted coke but while I was picking up my order there was a customer complaining that the coke was Grose and the worker changed the bag and it's still nasty. $10.50 for a soda and veggies basically.

Amazing wings and fast great service. App didn't work so I had to call in to order. They still gave me my 5 free wings. The Hickory Smoked BBQ wings are amazing. Both boneless and original wings are good.

Ordered 100 wings the day before my kids bday. Wings came out good. Food was hot and ready when I arrived at the scheduled time. It was worth the drive to Tracy from Livermore.

  • Mas N.

So I love wings, but this place in particular does not have the wings that is displayed on the picture. The wings have very little chicken meat and the price is pretty expensive. Its like almost $1.00 per wing. The wings I ordered to go were not fully cooked through so I had to bake them in my oven for about 25 minutes. The ranch or blue cheese sauces are not included with any order of wings you have to purchase it separately. No celery included either. I wouldn't recommend it for the price they charge.

Was coming to Tracy on my lunch break and thought it would be a great idea to pick up some lunch on the way home. I ordered on-line this morning, placed my order around 10AM to pick up my order at 12:45PM. I got to Wingstop at 12:37PM and my order was hot and ready. The service was awesome, blond girl that has been there probably since they opened, very nice and sincere. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. I will definitely order on-line again for my take out.

  • Ajay C.

Amazing lemon pepper chicken and overall, a really good place to eat. The only bad part is that everything is extremely oily so I would recommend eating here every other month and their takeout needs to be held sideways otherwise all the oil will spill out from the bag.

I always love wingstop. But I have been to this location several times and i hate to say but the quality and service goes down everytime . The last time we went took the cake. We ordered a 30 wing family family lack. Lemon pepper, chili lime since they don't carry mango habanero and BBQ. We had called in the order and they told us that it would be 15-20 minutes. No problem. We get there and it still wasn't ready and had to wait about 10 more minute which is ok! I like my food hot and fresh. So we get our stuff take it home and open it. My wings were cold. And soggy... ?! Da heck!! The chili lime wings were soaked in more oil and cumin than chili but where was the lime? The lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper just buttered unseasoned wings and the BBQ weren't even fully cooked. Like why did we have to wait and then we get our wings and they're cold ??....the skin was soggy and I'm pretty upset we paid 30$ and got crappy food. The fries were over sugared and cold too. I don't know I normally don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings so that I can avoid that type of crowd , but looks like I'll be trying them out from now on. Sorry wingstop

  • Quoc N.

Went in here at about 9:45pm last Saturday night. It seemed like the staff didn't know what hey were doing and clearly depended on the management of one guy (which was busy takin my order). Roles were obviously not clear but I still got my lemon pepper wings that turned out just fine. I wasn't offered plates and had to get them myself. Food was good, not very helpful service. Would I come back? If it was almost 10 and nothing else was open, yeah!

  • Rob M.

I love chicken, I love chicken wings even more. This place is great! Every single time I come here I have the hardest time trying to figure out what flavors I want for my wings. The fries are good too with a hint of sweet to them. I haven't tried traditional buffalo sauce or whatever the traditional sauce is but I plan too soon. I also love the fact that the window is open and I can watch them make my wings right there. It does take a awhile for them if you are ordering from the family menu but it's definitely worth it. Good wings, good food, great atmosphere.

I stopped going to all Wing Stops because I was never satisfied with the quality of wings at the Tracy location. Last night I had wings from the new Wing Stop in Manteca and I fell in love all over again. So today I gave the Tracy location another shot. It turns out the Tracy location is subpar compared to other Wing Stop locations. The wings are over cooked and dry with very little sauce. The wings I had last night from the new Manteca location were plump and juicy and had plenty of sauce on them. It's such a shame because I love wings and vouch for Wing Stop as the place to go. Not only that but I'm walking distance away from this place but I don't get to enjoy it. I can only hope that management reads this and works on the quality of food there. I'm going with 1 star since it's bad enough that I won't go there again or give it my recommendation.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. My boyfriend had placed an online order aswell as paid. I went in to go get our food. No one even greeted. I was standing there for two minutes for this guy to help me even though he was right up front doing something on the register. Than when he did finally help me he was super rude and wanted to see my ID aswell as credit card even though it had been paid food.I told him my boyfriend had paid for it I was just picking up. The manager said no I need a id. Than I told him to just cancel it because by the time I go get him and his id my food would be cold. He lives on the other side of town it would be inconvenient. I asked if I could just pay and if he could refund the online order he said no not until he goes back to his deck at the end of the night. I'm sorry I use to be a supervisor for togos and I know your able to to a refund right away. Sorry if it's inconvenient for you. There's no reason to be rude. I won't be going back there I'll take my business somewhere else. Someone should really let them know that greeting is one of the most important things in a food industry.

  • Crystal G.

The french fries were a little too mushy for my taste (hence the 4 stars), but my Original Hot wings were on point! Love Wing Stop! Glad to have them in Tracy. I usually call my order in before I get there - much easier.

  • Nicole M.

I usually order the boneless strips, but I have to say I'm a fan of their new gliders. I've had them a few times now. They are just the right size for a snack (or for a little guy or girl). Order a couple of them and a side and you have a good meal. I especially love the bun. The service is always friendly and it's alway clean. Considering how messy wings can get, that's definitely saying something. I just wish they had a bigger beer/beverage selection.

    (4)
  • Alissa L.

I like their lemon peppered wings, it's pretty good. But what I mostly go there for is their ranch. OMG! It's like the best ranch ever! And their fries...mmmmm! Only thing I don't like is that the food takes for ever to cook, so I order at home and then go pick it up.

I was recently invited to a "Hooters" and had wings there....they were smaller had no flavor and honestly were just plain terrible. So naturally, I was initially a little hesitant to try this place out! But as I walked in with my wife, we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Being that I was a first timer, the staff member proceeded to explain what they had to offer. Folks, I must give credit, where credit is due. My wife proceeds to tell me she's recently eaten at another Wing Stop location before. So staying in my comfort zone, I just tell her to order me the hottest wings they have with a side of blue cheese dressing. Instead, she surprises me with a combination of wings....Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and The Original Hot! I must say...never having had Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan wings before, I was genuinely surprised in the most positive way! Moreover, the seasoned fries that are served with your wings....Whoo Hoo Hoo! Well, they are truly seasoned and are to die for! I think what I liked most about my initial visit was, everything was freshly prepared, and hot in temperature the way food should be when it comes to your table. As a side note, once you order your wings, it takes approximately 14 minutes to prepare your wings. Which wasn't an issue, but the reason why I make this a note is that the Wing Stop staff sets the expectation early of the wait time for your meal, which I found out to be a good thing. Because if you like, by utilizing their take out menu you may order ahead of time for either take-out or dine-in if you are pressed for time? When we finished our lunch, my wife had this childlike grin on her face. I asked her what was the grin all about? She says, "I enjoy seeing you enjoy a good meal". All in all, very good and I'll definitely be back, plus I can truly say that I am officially a Wing Stopper!

In my opinion what makes a restaurant worth coming back to is the customer service just as much as the quality of the food. My BF&i only order togo @Wingstop, never have we ate in the actual restaurant, but it's fairly clean and open, wouldn't recommend it for big group, &a down fall is that they don't have outdoor seating, so it's not pet friendly. we were quite shocked last night when we ordered our food, the girl was terribly rude & we had questions on the new gliders, &she wasn't very thorough , very weird. Moving on, the new Gliders , which are basically a breaded chicken patty in the flavor of choice , similar to their wing flavors are pretty reasonable. They have a combo meal which consists of fries a drink and 2 gliders for $7 something. Again reasonable because the Gliders are pretty big, downfall is that the buns are took buttery, delish with the pickles so say yes to the pickle option! Other than the customer service mishap, this is the BEST wingstop i've ever been..the fries are on point & the lemon pepper chicken wings are always drenched with the perfect amount of lemon pepper juice!

My review is not on the wings but the service. I actually debated between one or a two stars. Now I understand to night is New Years Eve and many like to eat out. I even understand being busy and having to wait my turn. But here was my problem. We called in our order and was told 30 minutes. Ok. We ended up waiting an hour and a half!!!!! Now there was a line and the phone ringing off the hook. Gotcha. But the crew seemed to have NO SENSE OF URGENCY. I watched them work. SLOWLY. At an hour I walked up to the counter and told them I was told 30 minutes and it had been a hour. They checked my order and said, "Oh it's going to be another 10 minutes." No apologies or anything. Another 25 minutes went by. I saw customers asking for their money back. Others coming back to say their order was wrong. Others also disgusted with their LONG wait. And the crew handed out the most Insincere apologies. Literally. It was rude to be honest. When people asked for their money back they actually acted like they could care less. I'm a business owner and I would have been so embarrassed if that is how my associates made customers feel. If the wait was going to be an hour then tell customers it is going to be an hour. If you tell a customer 30 minutes and they wait an hour and a half and you get nothing for your inconvenience...not even a sincere apology, it is just poor business.

I've been to a Wingstop once before...I didn't understand what the hype was (from my boyfriend). Been awhile (like three or four years) since I've tried them again. Well, since moving to Tracy...what is down the street from my house other than Wingstop? First time I went with the boyfriend, around 11:30PM. I ordered the boneless wings with the Original Hickory wings. They were good, better than the ones I had my very first visit. Second time around, I ordered the boneless chicken wings with the teriyaki sauce on the side. I've come to the conclusion that I just don't like their teriyaki sauce. So I just ate the boneless wings with ranch. I love the french fries, especially with ranch. The only downside is, if you order too late...then you may get old french fries, which don't taste that great. But the staff at this location have always been nice and helpful. I can say that I'm a fan of Wingstop now.

I love Wingstop, especially the Lemon Pepper. The one and only flavor I want.

  • L. M.

While these are not the best wings I've ever had, (I've had a lot) Wingstop is always consistent. They are definitely better than the wings served at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our favorites are hot, mild, and lemon pepper. I prefer the traditional ones with bones, but the boneless kind is alright. I think the fresh cut/cooked French fries are probably my favorite item there. We like ours best without the seasoned salt they come with. The service is consistently above average as well.

    (3)
  • Erik T.

It was alright. Inexpensive. Good service, fast and friendly. Picture KFC that serves french fries, and you've got this place. But Wingstop's fries are like soaked in salt before serving which is kind of a turnoff. I'll probaby be back, but not anytime soon.

  • Jen J.

I used to love the service but they've gotten some new people who act like they have no clue that there's a check-in offer and it always causes chaos when I redeem the "5 free wings with check-in" the first time the manager needed to get involved and the second time was a really rude girl telling me I needed to print it and and then acting like she did me a favor. Don't advertise an offer if you haven't educated your employees on it. Other than that, always fresh and tasty.

Good wings, & even better strips. Get the Garlic Parmesan chicken strips w/ blue cheese dip (dipping sauce is extra but def. worth it), you won't regret it. An order starts w/ 4 strips - sometimes if the pieces are running on the small side, they give you 5. Don't forget to eat your vegetables: Carrot & celery sticks aren't included but cost only $0.99. They have many different sauce options for the wings/strips, including Atomic for you spicy lovers. FYI, if you're picky about fries, they put this seasoning on their fries, which leaves a sweet taste behind. I buy their blue cheese dip by the pound & use it through out the week on salads and stuff- it's that good! Tip:: If you order the the 4 pc. Combo (comes w/ fries, 1 dip, & drink) & add the veggie sticks and a couple of rolls- && if you don't have an abnormally huge appetite!- it will be more than enough food for 2 decent portions.

    (3)
  • Terrence M.

I always get the 10 piece combo and then add 5 wings for like $2 or whatever it comes out to. Atomic wings will burn more coming out of you than going into you, just a warning. Always well cooked wings, delicious fries.

  • Susie Q.

I got the large fries ten boneless wings BBQ sauce flavored and two yeast rolls. The fries are my favorite...always good. The wings are okay I actually like Buffalo Wild Wings better because they have more flavors like Asian zing. My yeast rolls weren't good this time...they tasted weird. I was told 17 mins they made me wait 30. Will I come back? Maybe if I'm desperate.

When I found out they opened a Wingstop in Tracy, I was ready for the challenge. One night, I called ahead and ordered a half and half to take out. 10 of the originals and 10 "Atomics." Both flavors were very good, but those atomics......Man, oh man. Let's just say I'm glad I was off from work for a few days. I don't know if I could have lasted my commute without making a restroom stop. But, you know what they say; a hard head makes a hard A**, because I can't wait to head back and order 20 of those bad boys again.

Everything was good, although I wish they kept the original Atomic sauce.

While as I've visited quite a few WINGSTOPS (Concord, Sacramento, Indio ... to name a few) it had been quite a while. Ordered the 10 wing combo ... 1/2 garlic & parmesan 1/2 lemon pepper w/fries & soda. Wings were hot and well done with just the right amount of flavoring (though I wish they could fry with garlic & parmesan - rather than add it). Will definitely be back!!!

Whenever I visited my relatives in Tracy, the midnight spot to go to was always Sonics. The last time I visited, was something different. I heard Wingstop opened up and it was about time I went back to try it out. The Wingstop near my house closed years ago and I haven't had it since. We stopped by and ordered a family meal. We got the garlic parm and lemon pepper. Both were excellent although the lemon pepper takes the cake. It one of the best wings that I've ever had. The wings here are very good, come naked, and have a lot of flavor to them. The fries here are good as well. There's not much more to say about this joint but to make sure you roll through! I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure!

Dunno what to really say about this place. I ordered a 15 piece combo+an extra 5 pieces for $2.99. Walk told to wait 14 minutes. After 14 minutes, I was informed that they gave my order away to the previous customer. They offered a few extra wings and were apologetic. I was told to wait another 8 minutes. All in all, I waited 30 minutes for chicken wings. I really don't know how to pass judgment on this franchise. The employee who took my order was nice and competent, and the rest of the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves and working swiftly. The wings (which were not for me) were delicious. The store was clean, music might be a little loud, but I could careless. Next time, I think I'll call ahead. Good work guys.

What can I say, it's wingstop I love this place. The fries are AMAZING!!! Be prepared if u place and order online or through their app it usually takes a little bit longer then expected, give yourself am extra 5 min to wait for the food.

So I got a note from the Owner after my original review asking me to try the restaurant again now that this store has been open for a year. So I did. We ordered a 50 wings with the original hot buffalo style, the garlic parmesan, and honey mustard. The fries are pretty good. My daughter liked her 'naked' boneless wings. Parting thoughts: The wing size was smaller than most other restaurants. This was consistent with my last visit. I like the hot buffalo flavor, but didn't care for the other two flavors. The service was better than my 1st visit but the food is not good enough to keep me coming back. This bums me out as I am a huge wing lover. The search continues for the ultimate wing restaurant.

I've been to this Wingstop 3 or 4 times for dinner. I went in for lunch and knowing their large portions asked for 2 boneless wings and a regular fry. This is already too much food for the average person at lunch. This opened up a can of worms. They won't sell you less than 4 boneless wings. I decided I would pay for 4, even though they are expensive, and only eat two. They informed me they couldn't serve less than 4, but they could put two plain, un-sauced wings in the basket for me to throw away. Really Wingstop, I only want 2, I have to throw the others away. Excellent business model! Absolutely no healthy choices and huge over priced servings... I must be in America! About half way through eating they decided to release a chlorine (bleach) odor throughout the dining area. I almost vomited.

Yes, I am a fan. Face it, it is wingstop. I have had smaller wings at a restaurant and paid twice as much. Trust me, there are worse places than this. Service is basic-give them your order, sit down and eat. Don't expect any more than that. I like the teriyaki and garlic parm as my faves. Yes, I have had better but paid a whole lot more. I wish we had one in Manteca.

I am fan of Wingstop but this place gave me violent food poisoning on 2/13/12. I'm not sure what was prepared incorrectly, I had their boneless wings and french fries. I will not be returning. On a plus note, I did loose several pounds from all the vomiting and pooping.

I am a wing addict. Bone in. Heavily sauced. Original Hot. Having now sampled the wings at 3 wingstops ( Tracy, Livermore, San Ramon), I can say with no equivocation, Tracy provides the cleanest setting, the friendliest staff, the most expertly fried wings and fries, and aslo, knows that when a customer asks for the wings "wet", it means drenched. The fries in Tracy are consistently crisp on the outside, the wings are never oily or undercooked, or overcooked. PLUS, they still have the Styrofoam "to go" box. Livermore uses the new "green" cardboard boxes that get soaked through before you get them home (from the steam of the wings) and absorb the sauce of the wings and impart a cardboard flavor to the wings. So, for truly fine HOT wings, the place to be is Tracy Wingstop (by the way, the wings and sauce are tastier at Wingstop than at Buffalo Wild wings). Great food and great service and a clean setting (tables are quickly bused and cleaned). The ONLY flaw is : they changed their XM music station to a more "rock" oriented station. I liked the soft rock one--this one is too noisy and loud (but WAY quieter than at wingstop). oops, almost forgot to mention-Wingstop is also superior to any wings you get at Safeway, Lucky or Save Mart. another oops--I've tried also the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan at Wingstop. Very tasty also. The prices are ok too. The 10 piece combo (fries, small soda, one dip) is just under $10. And if you just want 10 pieces it's about $7.29. Tracy will also give you 15 if asked, for just under $12 (with tax). they also have boneless wings and also boneless strips for the non wing addict. Sides are also okay (potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, cheese sauce, veggie sticks-and the yeast rolls are great.

We went there for lunch the other day. We got there early, so it wasn't too crowded. We ordered the lemon pepper wings, the garlic parmesan wings and the original hot wings. They were really good. I'd never tried the place before because I was hesitant about "fast food" wings, but was pleasantly surprised. The lemon pepper wings were very lemony and good. The garlic parmesan were good, but I was a little disappointed because they were garlic flavored with parmesan cheese thrown on top, the presentation wasn't good, but they did have good flavor. I rubbed most of the cheese off though. The original wings were too saucy. I doubt I'd order them again. I like when places cook the sauce on, not just smother them in it. All in all, very good and I'll definitely be back!

Good Wingstop location. Always a good choice after 10pm in Tracy, when there's basically just fast food open. I get the fries and wings extra crispy. My favorites are garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. Blue cheese for dipping sauce. It's best if you eat it there fresh.

I can give an Amen to the lemon pepper wings! And a whoop whoop too! Love them though as has been mentioned they are small. However I wonder if they would be as crispy if they were bigger. Oh and the young women that were behind the counter when we went remembered my sister. She went twice in a week. They were friendly and made us feel welcome. I"m going tonight to get my lemon pepper wing mojo on.

I'm pretty used to having late night eats, bc the boyfriend and I have meals when he gets home at 11pm on most weeknights. Our typical options are either fast food joints, Denny's, or Nation's. Now we can add this place to the list, bc yay it's actually a place in Tracy that's open till midnight! The first thing I noticed is that it totally smelled like donuts. It used to be a donut and yogurt place. Mm made me want a donut, haha. Anyhow, I ordered the 3 piece boneless wing meal. It came with fries, a fountain drink, and my choice of sauce flavor. I decided to have my sauce on the side bc I don't like getting my hands all dirty. They ran out of teriyaki, so I got hawaiian instead. I'm a filipino, and for all you fellow filipinos out there, yall know what lechon sauce is right? That brown sauce we eat along with lechon (roasted pork) at parties and stuff? Well that's what the hawaiian sauce tasted like to me. Sweet and tangy. And when I think about it, Hawaiian's have luau's with roasted pork all the time, so maybe that's where we got the influence from. Ok back to the meal. I was quite full with only 3 pieces, they looked like normal chicken strips since they weren't sauced. The fries were pretty good, tasted kinda garlic-y and salty. I'd prefer em slightly more crisp though. My bf got a 10-piece of wings in the mild flavor. They were soo good! The perfect amount of sauce and flavor. Crispy on the outside, nice and juicy on the inside. The way a wing is supposed to be! I'll be back here again and again. =)

We love Wingstop wings and fries! Our favorite flavors are the original hot and garlic parmesan. I've tried the Hawaiian, teriyaki and lemon pepper, but I love the original hot and garlic parm the best! We enjoy the seasoned fries, veggies with ranch dressing and ohhhh, the hot rolls - yum!

This place was great. I was astonished by the speed at which I received my food in comparison to buffalo wild wings. The employees where kind and friendly and really took the time to remember my first name and address me by it. They gave me the room I needed to eat and of the end of my meal came by to pick up my tray. Great place to stop for a quick bite with the guys or a girl(:

Overall experience is average. There is not a lot of inside seating because it is more of a take out location. The wings are good but expensive. The fries are terrible.

Atomic wings! If you like HOT wings the Atomic Wings fit the need. I only ate 3 and suffered. My friend tried on and went home to put ice cream his lips and tongue! They have a good product, good service, clean dining area.

I'm glad that they built a Wingstop in Tracy because going to Stockton is to far for me to get me some yummy chicken. I got the 10 piece combo which let you choose up to 2 sauces, a drink, and season fries which totaled up to $10.58. I knew I was gonna get the lemon pepper but I didn't know if i should get the Hawaiian or the garlic parmesan. The lady that was helping me was nice enough to give me a sample taste of the Hawaiian sauce which tasted sort of like sweet and sour. I'm a big fan of sweet and sour but not on my chicken so I got the garlic parmesan. I was surprised that it wasn't packed when me and my friend came here. This is my favorite WIngstop in the Central Valley.

The wings are ok. I placed an order to go and it was made in the time promised but when I got home I discovered that they didn't include blue cheese dip or celery sticks. What kind of a wing place doesn't include this? I would have given them an extra star if they would have included the basics.

The food was good but a bit over priced for my tastes. The staff was friendly and quick to bring my order. The place looks nice and clean so no complaints there. Portion size is ok but I wish it was a bit less expensive.

Love Wing Stop in Tracy! I come all the way from Manteca and from the Bay Area. This location is the best! I've tried other Wing Stop locations, but by far this one is the BEST!

i love me some wings and since wingstop is right around the corner from my house and they dont close til midnight this is where i hit up. i've been here since they first open in tracy its not bad i love gettin my fix of lemon pepper but recentlly they seems to be a bit on the gressey side. but i still go here either way and the service is great even if you called in placing an order at 11:59 they still make it right for you with a smile

These wings are good but there is not a lot of meat on them so they are good for a snack. The lemon pepper is my fav and the parmesan is next on the list. The skin is soooo crunchy and delicious they go great with rice.

Tried Wingstop for the very first time and was so impressed with the wide selection. Their customer service was so fabulous and Jeff the owner was so helpful at helping make just the right selections. I was so overwhelmed at the choices of sauces. I tried the chicken stips with the BBQ sauce and parmesan garlic sauce. Oh the sauces were to die far. I also had the seasoned fries and coleslaw. I was very impressed with everything. I do alot of entertaining and look foward in getting a wing party tray next time. Tracy has been needing a fun place like this for a long time. Please go check it out and support our local businesses.

Ordered the 50 wings online. Order was ready when we got there with no problems. We ordered teriyaki, lemon pepper, hot & louisiana rub, all very good but by far Louisiana rub was the best will definitely get more Louisiana rub next time.

The fries are the reason to go. They were amazing. The seasoning was interesting, it was salty and a little sweet. The wings were okay. I had boneless Cajun and then Parmesan garlic. The Cajun was kind of bland, and the Parmesan garlic was just plain wings with a load of Parmesan cheese on on top. The service was done with smiles and understanding. I only wish they had said the wait time.

Wow the most disappointing wingstop I've been too.. Today me and my husband ordered the 10 strip combo for 2. The strips were miniature not like the strips I've had at other wingstop locations where they are at least twice the size!! Why is this wingstop so stingy with portions?! The Bay Area wingstop I used to frequent would always be very generous and throw in a few extra wings or strips. But this wingstop literally gave me 10 little nuggets of chicken instead of strips. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be back..
