Simple menu but the food is always delicious! I love their fries. I can eat it without any ketchup and still think it's very good. Too bad there's not a store in the east coast.

your standard in-n-out burger located in yuma. we were driving from tucson to san diego and stopped here to get some food for the road. in-n-out is always busy, so never expect anything shorter than a 10 minute wait. it's worth the wait!

It's an IN-N-OUT Burger in the middle of the desert - how could you go wrong?? When you stop here, keep in mind that it is frequented by both on the road travelers, and I assume, by how many people there are, also local Yuma-ans. Yumans? Yumasaurs? It's not UN-busy, but it's worth the stop. If you're driving from California, your next available IN-N-OUT is not until Phoenix!!!

If you've never had In-N-Out... You are missing out! Simplicity made perfectly. The peppers they have to get on the side add a wonderful touch (they're pretty hot). The fries are amazing when eaten fresh. Just don't get it to go. It takes away from the experience and the fries get soggy quick.

Im so happy Yuma has in-n-out. I like to get two singles. One animal style one regular with extra tomato. The iced t is always fresh. Service is top notch. The beef tastes like beef probably because it is and has less fillers or none compared to other burger patties. The tomato and lettuce always taste so fresh. If you want to try something fun try the fries animal style. You can't beat the value here. Plus you can tell your Dr you got a serving of vegetables!

I have never visited a In-N-Out and I decided to go through the drive-thru today. Employees were very courteous, every time they handed me my bags they would constantly ask if I needed ketchup. The employees made sure I was completely happy with my order. The fries were very fresh but had very light salt on them (I know now to ask for more lol). I ordered two burgers and they were very flavorful. Also, the burgers had a great amount of toppings. I would recommend this place to anyone before they choose the common fast food restaurants such as Mcdonalds. Burger king, and Carl's Jr. If you are just going to order from your car, at least allow yourself to take the extra drive here. You will appreciate it.

Food is the same quality as other In-N-Out Burgers. This place is usually very busy because of the location - there's not much high-quality really fast food in Yuma. Staff was friendly, food timely enough for the chain, clean, tasty. Can't ask for much more.

  • Rob W.

They make great hamburgers here, probably one of my favorites for a fast food place. The menus is rather limited, but everything is good, and very freshly prepared. They get your order out very quickly, and the food is consistently good.

Good services i loveeee in N out burgers, especially the animal style fries. I hope that the in n out burger restaurant was bigger because it gets packed. But everything eles is really good the people who work there are very friendly and they will fix your order if anything.

I moved from the east coast not to long ago so I've never had in and out burger.. First timer here.. And well I have to say it was awesome. The service was fast, never expected the uniforms and theme they had going on. I'm definitely going to have to eat there again. I love there burgers and milkshakes!

Great food. Clean inside and out. Always busy, and it gets cramped during lunch hours. One of my favorite places to grab lunch to take back to work.

  • Luis C.

Burgers are good even though the meat its to thin. Love the fries when theyre fresh. If you have bad luck you can get them soggy which is no good. Service is fast even when it gets busy either inside or drivethru.

Not a real in n out fan but the shakes are so good! But otherwise the burgers are decent I mean I guess they are good if you are a fan of burgers. I do love the lettuce wraps though, because it is a bit lighter for me.

Default In and Out, so great burgers, fries, and shakes! Giving 4/5 because just that, I expected it to be good, and it was, so yeah...standard burger joint to go for a fair priced and amazing meal. Pro tip: animal style everything, even the shake, and even your body. Just ask them to pour animal style sauce all over your body.

Tried the animal style cheeseburger, tasted pretty freakin fantastic. Still has that fast food taste to it but heck, best fast food burger I've ever had. The vanilla milkshake was pretty good too. A little on the sweet side but it was alright. Fries are always blah. No salt, not very well cooked, but I don't come here for the fries.

Love this place, this is the only location I have ever been to but its great food is awesome and service is even better, everyone here is always very polite and welcoming I will stop back here every time i'm in Yuma.

We have been eating at In and Out for years and never have gotten sick until yesterday. We went to the one in Yuma and had the double animal style. It was good until we both started for the bath room. We don't know what happened but they where slammed and maybe didn't have the best hygiene. Will not be going back there for a while.

First off I did not expect to find an I&O in yuma but to my amazement it was like finding an oasis in the desert. food is always good here and I can usually never complain as it is tried and true.

  • Pilar K.

I love In-N-Out Burger - they have the yummiest burgers. This one in Yuma is just as crazy as the other ones, especially on a Friday night. But to me its still worth the wait!

I love in and out and this one is no different! Staff were very attentive and frequently asked if they could help or get something for us! The food was very much the same! The decor was nice and bright and the white helped to make everything look extremely clean. The store seemed to be very well staffed for the busy lunch hour!

We love stopping at this In-N-Out because Yuma is just about halfway between San Diego and the northern parts of metro Phoenix. On our first couple trips we had trouble finding this In-N-Out and got lost driving around the Yuma Palms Regional Center parking lot. We now know to avoid the mall's main entrance altogether and stay on 16th Street until we hit the restaurant itself. Part of the appeal of In-N-Out is the consistency between locations. The Double Double at the In-N-Out in Yuma tastes exactly the same as at our locations at home in San Diego. Great place to stop, good food and nice people. And my kids love the stickers.

Great service & great food! Always professional and friendly. I go to In & Out all over AZ and this by far is the most organized one.

Best place to stop on our way to California and back! We have tried everywhere else along the 8 freeway in Yuma, like Carl's Jr. and McDonald's...typical road trip food fare when you want to eat and drive. But even for fast food, those places are disgusting quality for some reason. In 'N Out is no questions asked hands-down your best bet. Sure the line is always long, but you won't be sorry if you are trying to eat and run or get it to eat in your car on the move. Do it!

  • C. H.

Have been to many In-N-Out's but won't go back to this one. We got there at high noon so it was busy, which is always a problem, but worth it if the food is good. The burger was thinner than I had seen before but somewhat tasty. The fries were not fresh tasting. I go there for the fries!! I didn't see how they couldn't be fresh because there were a lot of people there and they seemed to really be slinging the food. But that is how they tasted. I left full but unhappy. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I was expecting, a big juicy burger and hot fresh fries.

In n out in general is always delicious and a 5 star treat however this particular location is sloppy in its execution- cheese fries with the cheese more on the side of the container than over the fries/burger not evenly placed on the bun. In a franchise where I have always expected excellence (in n out is my favorite) this one fell slightly short.

    (3)
  • Gavin S.

Awesome as always. The man saw our kids and had set stickers out before we even got to the counter. In N out rules. End of story. Like stepping from a crazy stupid world and into 1954.

Love In-N-Out, not lovin' it when I can't "check-in" on my iPhone yelp app,. ha! (Why doesn't the map match up??!) Had my first "animal-style" fries today. mmmmm... yummm! I am a fan!

Good food however the service is incredibly slow. I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of me. Not good!

I love In-n-Out no matter where I go! and When I lived here, this was one of the places that was open LATE, and we didn't want to come out in the daytime because in Yuma, it is Friggin HOT as hell. Sometimes at night, it cools down, but anyway...we're late night people and we love to eat, so we decided to come here! Man, this place is PACKED with people..that's what I hated most! and it was a weekday! their service is always nice and friendly and always welcoming.

Pretty good for a quick bite to eat. Don't have any In-N-Out burgers in southern MS so it's a change for someone traveling.

Standard In-N-Out quality and service. Good food at a good price.

The most cheerful drive thru employees I've ever encountered! It's something to be proud of knowing you have a great crew of people representing your company. Fresh food, great service! I always make sure we stop there when we visit from Massachusetts.

  • Christopher B.

There is no question about this one: In-N-Out deserves 5 stars just about anywhere and Yuma is no exception to the rule. The service is excellent, prices are excellent, the location is excellent, the facilities are excellent... in fact, I have trouble finding a lack of excellence with this location in particular!

  • Mike W.

We ate at In-N-Out today, GREAT as usual, the Double Double with grilled onion is to die for, very fresh, French Fried Crispy. We have never had a bad burger or fries T n In-N-Out and we have eaten at quite a few. BEST BURGER ANY WHERE.

When I heard we were moving to Yuma, =( When I actually made my first visit, drove around and got lost, =( When my husband told me Yuma has an In-n-Out =) we've been here twice so far and each time I go there, I forget we're not in CA...that is until we finish, walk out, and get blasted with extreme weather. Does Yuma only get REALLY REALLY SCORCHING HOT or REALLY REALLY hold-on-to-your-kids-tight-or-they're-going-to-blow-away WINDY?

I've eaten at a number of In-N-Out's and the best thing I can say is that they are consistent. The veggies are always cool and fresh, the fries are just salty enough, but a bit too thin to me, and the place has that California cool about it. However, the meat seems to be an afterthought. I don't think I've ever had a thinner burger in my life. When a patty is that thin it's hard to cook it without burning the juices right out of it - which is why they are always overcooked and dry. I'm still not sure where the oil on the bun comes from because it's certainly not from that paper-thin sliver of meat. I know a lot of people love these burgers, but as someone who loves a good burger these are a huge disappointment. I also think that it should be pointed out that the reference to 5 Guys should be considered only with respect to the coolness of the chain. I don't want anyone to think the the burgers are in any way similar. 5 Guys burgers are fat and juicy, made by hand right there for your order. They're a burger-lover's burger, winning award after award for their flavor. In-N-Out, by comparison, is the ultimate hamburger for vegetarians. Two stars from me, because I am NOT a vegetarian.

In-N-out is a classic, like 5 guys on the East/South. Being from Los Angeles, I was thrilled to have some form of fast food I actually like- this is it. (However, I have woken up the morning after drinking surrounded by a plethora of disgusting fast food joint wrappers and bags in the past) I always get my french fries well done. (Sometimes I get cheese fries or animal style fries in addition to the well done status)Usually I go for gold and get a 3x3 animal style... If I am feeling unusually bloated, fat, or greasy.. I get a "protein burger" animal style(without the bun wrapped in lettuce) that way I don't feel so guilty eating the fries. And I don't know why, but I LOVE their root beer floats! Mmmm... I do have to laugh and heckle someone below me... JC, your taste buds must have been destroyed when you were a child licking snails and eating earthworms. How you could possible think Burgers and Beer, the sub par over priced joke of a restaurant, has better burgers than In-N-Out causes me to question your intelligence.

  • Amy S.

I love In-N-Out. The service and quality at this location is good. The only problem I have discovered is that after going to other locations, I notice that the burgers here are a quite bit drier. Nonetheless, it's delicious anyway.

  • Gabriel T.

I really don't think you can go wrong with in-n-Out. The food is great and always will be. I have loved it since I was a kid. The only thing that I do not like about this particular restaurant is that the mens bathroom is a little dirty. I'm guessing its tough keeping up with all of the people that go "in-n-out" of the place but they should really try to clean it up a little. Not sure about the women's bathroom but if the mens is any indicator it might need some help too. Food is great just remember that a shake has more sodium than the fries...so enjoy it.

This has to be one of my favorite places to eat if I want a fast, cheap and delicious meal. So as always here is the low-down. Location: It is located in the yuma palms(the mall) and is easy to spot once you take the 16th street exit from highway 8. It is located just a 1/4 miles to the east from the exit. :) Drive thru or Dine in? I usually like to dine in as I enjoy watching them cook and prepare my food with almost Borg like efficiency. But if you choose to do the Drive thru be careful because it is a very sharp turn to get into the drive thru lane. What to get? You have to try the double-double animal style(if you like grilled onions). This is your traditional two patties w/ two pieces of cheese. On top of that is pickles, grilled onions and extra spread. Yum!!! (man I need to get one now...) Also their shakes are extremely thick and yummy as I think they use 105% milk fat. :-P It isn't healthy but they serve it in a small cup. Try it with multiply flavors. The wife and I like strawberry and chocolate mixed. Service: Perfect! I have order 100's of double doubles in my life time and I can only remember them messing up my order once(when they first opened the store here in yuma)!!!! The people there seem to enjoy their job and it shows. Must be the fact they are paid 9+ dollars an hour!!! Oh and they are open late, 1:30am. :-D To be short and sweet. If you have never been to an in-n-out burger, Go just go. It will cost you like 5 dollars and you won't regret it. Enjoy. Being an East Coast dweller, I have heard legendary stories of the In-N-Out burger. All I had was stories since there are no In-N-Outs on the East Coast. Driving in Arizona and suddenly saw the In-N-Out. Given the hype and the stories, I had to try it out. Ordered a double-double and a milkshake. Great burger considering that it is a fast food joint. Meat was juicy and not greasy and the patty was perfect size, not too thick or too thin. The ingredients were pretty fresh. One thing that surprised me was the price of the burger. The double double was about 4 bucks. That is a price that is hard to beat. Definitely wished I had knew about the secret menu before I left town. If I did, I would definitely tried out the Animal Style. One downside to In-N-Out is the lack of options. At Five Guys, they offer more options for the burgers like mushrooms and more condiments. But at the same time, maybe simplicity is the best. Also, I know people rave about the thick milkshakes, but I felt like the milkshakes were too thick. I was literally eating an ice cream. Next time I'm on the West Coast, I'll definitely be hitting In-N-Out again.

A typical In N Out experience except I noticed 2 things here at this one. I ordered a large chocholate shake and it came in a medium sized cup. They charged me like 2.55 for it....maybe that was their large? I dont know...another thing...no biggie but it was something I noticed.....Tax was like 10.9%. Ive never seen it that high anywhere....maybe its just AZ?? Good spot to stop at coming home from AZ on the way back to SD. Not crowded at all, and the excellent In N Out grub.....as usual.... make this a 5 star joint.

There's an In-N-Out, thankfully, at Yuma surrounded by these bunches of other fast food options. Notice that they're all bunched together as close as possible to the 8 in order to attract the maximum amount of customers. I actually thought this was a good In-N-Out location. It was crowded for the noon rush, but I've come to expect that with every In-N-Out around that time of the day. Steaming hot in Yuma. Made me appreciate the temperate climate of San Diego. My mom asked me if it was "Houston hot" and I told her that it was more "Las Vegas hot" than "Houston hot." The meals are cheaper in Arizona. I paid five bucks for my hamburger meal. I didn't want to go the Double Double route because I didn't want to go big stuffed for the drive. It was actually so crowded in the dining room that I had to eat outside. Don't know why the creepy old dude was hiding in the corner next to my table in order to make his phone call, but it was enjoyable after he left. I could've done without the heat, but it wasn't too unbearable. Burger was clean, didn't drip, fries were crispy, and the cold drink appreciated. Slow service somewhat, but that's 'cause of the lunch rush.

This was my first time to an In-N-Out burger and was about 2 blocks from my hotel. I enjoyed it so much a ate my burger driving the whole 2 blocks back to my hotel and went back from antoehr. Incredible!

We were there on a Tuesday night, might have been one of their usual slow days, so they didn't have much help on hand. Sadly, the place started getting packed and the poor people working that night seemed to be overwhelmed with all the customers. The guy ringing us up later turned around and started chopping up the potatoes and frying them.... the one other guy there had to stick to flipping the burgers and trying to get the orders out as fast as humanly possible. The girl taking the drive thru orders came to the front to take orders while doing both jobs. It was a good 25 minute wait for our order, I was so hungry - I couldn't stop staring at the food the people next to us where munching on.... people were standing around for a while waiting on their orders. It wasn't a good night to go in to a fast food place.... it was no where close to Fast Food.

Holy Shit! Yuma now has a In n' Out Burger. And if you don't know ... they are pretty kick ass burgers and fries.

  • Jack V.

Your typical In-N-Out! Good staff, pretty quick service considering the amount of people in the restaurant at the time. I gave them an extra star for one of their employees walking by making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. First time I've seen that at an In-N-Out, let alone any fast food place.

  • b S.

In n out is sooooooo good! I love having their burgers animal style which has sauteed onions, a special sauce and pickles in addition to the lettuce and tomatoes. Their fries are soooo good. I love their shakes especially the chocolate one. It can get pretty busy, but they really pump out the orders as fast as they can. I love to go through the drive thru and eat in the car or at one of the outside tables....

I love you but you put onions in my burger when I specifically requested none ]: Losing one star!

Best burger for your money. Everything is fresh. Usually very busy even in the summer.

  • Anthony K.

Went there for lunch on a plain ol' Saturday at lunch, and there was not enough seating, and the meal took awhile to get out. I wasn't too bent out of shape about this though. In-N-Outs are popular wherever they are. I just have trouble giving this food anything better than 3 stars. I appreciate that it is better than fast food, on which I would bestow a one-star, but the burgers and fries (that's right, the fries too) are not on par with a hand-made patty and well crafted pommes frites at the type of solid pub you can find all over this great nation. That last sentence sounds douchey, but I am too tired to rewrite it to sound less douchey. It's how I feel.

  • M terry H.

Really enjoy this place. A good old fashion burger at a great price. Love all the goodies they place on their burgers. I like mine 'Animal Style", the grilled onions seem to settle better then raw ones for me. Fast service, always smiling faces and the place is super clean. There always seems to be some one out front wiping things down, busing tables of the inconsiderate that just up and leave their trash or sweeping the floor.

  • Bethany N.

I ordered, they read it back to me correctly and I got to the window to pay and read me a completely different order! I expected my order to get comped because I had to wait a while but they didn't. It was fine though, it was cheap and delicious. Yay, animal style!

  • kanling k.

I had a burger and a delicious milkshake. Then I woke up hours later dying of thirst that could not be quenched. Just how much salt is in their food, anyway? Is it a milkshake or a salt slurry?

  • PJ C.

Time to post my first review...pardon the rust.... In-n-Out Yuma is the same as all other In-n-Outs.....SUPER! The menu is simple and straight forward. I have noticed the service at the Yuma location and be 'out to lunch' once in a while but much better than almost all other Yuma places. Make sure you ask for pickles! They are great! Times: I have been there at 1am, 11am, 3pm, and most hours in between. All times are good times to visit.
