First-rate. My wife and I stayed here before continuing on to the Grand Canyon for her birthday. I had no expectations regarding the B+B nor Williams. Both were simply fantastic. The property is immaculately maintained. It's tucked away on a little side street in a residential neighborhood, which seemed a little strange when we drove in. However, the mountainous backdrop and the close proximity to downtown Williams makes it ideal, not to mention quiet and serene. The outdoor sitting area included a water fountain and a host of vibrant flowers, creating a great sense of tranquility. I can imagine sipping a nice, hot cup of coffee on a brisk, sunny October morning out there. We stayed in the Pottery Room. On our budget, it was the most affordable. However, it was not a "cheap" room. Very spacious, wonderful Native American regalia/artwork, a nice flat-screen television, a terrific dual-head shower with great water pressure. Everything felt new, rustic, comforting, and, above all, CLEAN. Some B+B's can feel a bit old and rundown. Not the Grand Canyon Bed and Breakfast. Everything felt spotless including the wonderful communal eating area. And not in an antiseptic, uninviting, chilly sense. It simply felt as if the innkeepers (Del and Sheri) truly care about appearances and making their place of business exemplary. Speaking of Del and Sheri, this husband and wife pair are awesome. Fresh cookies and Martinelli's are a nice touch, but they really seem to care about their guests. They provided us with great advice regarding the sites to see at the Grand Canyon, and they were spot-on. They also really spent time talking with us and made us feel at home; they were actually inquisitive and thoughtful. Finally, they prepared us a fantastic, fresh breakfast before we started our journey into the park. The poached pears in Red Hots was the standout dish. I hate pears, but the addition of the Red Hots in the poaching liquid alleviated some of their cloying sweetness and balanced the flavor. The fresh whipped cream and granola on top provided different textures and added to a strong sense of umami. The rest of the meal (coffee, lemon-pepper potatoes, baked herbed eggs, cinnamon bread) was terrific as well. We thanked them with some of the homemade pumpkin chocolate chip bread we'd brought along for our little journey. Also, Sherri and Del have a terrific selection of DVDs and books. My wife and I cannot recommend the Grand Canyon Bed and Breakfast enough! Side note - check out downtown Williams. Some great little places. We had a terrific dinner at the Red Raven and a fantastic breakfast at the Pine Country Restaurant.

Kind hosts, cozy rooms, secure, warm, and with sweet extras like fuzzy robes, dessert offerings upon arrival, and great surroundings. Can't wait to go back with my hubby.

We stayed here after a motel fiasco in town with a hotels.com nightmare. Needless to say, we were in a late night panic for a place to stay and luckily, we found this B&B. Del let us in at nearly 10pm, and he and his wife were very, very gracious hosts. The rooms were impeccable, in sharp contrast to our earlier motel experience. Everything was spotless, pressed, in place, and functioned perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Grand Canyon B & B, except that we hope for a return visit.

Del and Sheri are delightful. The Inn is gorgeous and it looks better in person. These Inn keepers throughly enjoy having guests and are happy to share insight on where to eat and explore. They serve a amazing breakfast..gourmet. .you surely will not leave hungry. The Inn is a short distance into the down town of Williams. It is a 50 minute trip to the A Grand Canyon by car.

Going to a bed and breakfast can be a daunting experience for a family. Do I have to share a bathroom with someone I don't know? Will the food be good? Is it going to be private? Heading for an excursion to the Grand Canyon, we decided on a stay at the Grand Canyon B and B in Williams. When you arrive, you are greeted with the warmth and charm of the hosts, Sheri and Del. With great patience and care, they take the time show you everything. They show you want you need and disappear. Surprises included Direct TV, wifi and individualized attention catered personally to you. Does it get better than that? Did I mentioned the homemade chocolate chip cookies or the truffles? There were three of us. We stayed in the Hacienda Suite. Gorgeous! It had two separate rooms (one queen and one king sized bed sepatate fireplaces, sinks and closets) with an adjoining shower and toilet. Ready for a shower? How hot do you want it? Wow, heat is instant! How is breakfast? Gourmet! You sit at a table set for the amount staying and are served your delights. Sheri and Del created delicious gluten-free and normal food. We were stuffed! Our gracious hosts entertained us with history and hidden gems of the area. It is nice to know you can go to those private areas too! Sheri and Del made us feel like we were at home. Actually it is better, because someone is handling the little things for you. Thank you, Del and Sheri for creating a diamond in the town of Williams!

This is a wonderful little place run by a dynamite retired couple, Del and Sheri, who made us feel very welcome. Each room is personalized around a theme, and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The guest area is completely separate from the owner's living area, so there is no uncomfortable sense of invading their living space. They know the area very well and were a font of useful suggestions for exploring the Grand Canyon, which is about an hour away by car. Williams is also the terminus for the Grand Canyon train (2.5 hrs each way to the park). I highly recommend this place.
