The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. The pasta is decent. A true Italian restaurant this is not. The sauces lack the seasoning and taste needed to make a memorable meal happen. The meat sauce lacked meat and the Alfredo was reminiscent of sauce on a jar

So they've reworked their menu and added a few tasty dishes. The bruschetta appetizer was very good and the shrimp dish with polenta cakes was also worth trying. I've converted and am now a believer. I like Pasta Grill.

I loved this place... and I cannot wait to go back and try more stuff. I got free cheesy bread thanks to yelp! I had the lasagna with meat sauce and my daughter had the alfredo kids meal. We went for lunch and paid less than $20 bucks. I will be returning very soon!

Pasta Grill is an awesome mom and pop spot.. The service is always friendly. Te Alfredo sauce dishes are the best: fried chicken Alfredo and shrimp Alfredo. Ultimate dish is the Mushroom Ravioli.. Sometimes it will come wit a little too much sauce but I'm never dissatisfied..

The Pasta Grill was a very tasty little restaurant. The service was great seeing that our glasses were always full and the bread basket was rarely empty. The waitress was very humorous with little jokes thrown in here and there. As the food was brought to the table we all grabbed our forks and dived into the heaping plates of pasta. Our party of 8 all agreed that their dish was quite tasty. Our stomachs not quite full yet, decided to try the strawberry and chocolate spoon cakes, along with some piping coffee, (well after asking for it to be heated up), which was a good ending to our meal. Although all of this was delicious, we all agreed that it would be nice to have a clean utensil after seeing that there was only one fork in our napkin. Over all though, the Pasta Grill was a very delightful restaurant and it would be nice to go there again!

We were on the road from San Antonio, Texas. My husband researched restaurants while driving. This is worth the four stars. The Pasta Grill has great food at an excellent value with charming service. We have no complaints and strongly recommend The Pasta Grill.

Well, this is one of those instances where you ponder whether it deserves three or four stars. In another town, it would likely get three stars, but anybody looking at this listing should know that Searcy is not the culinary capital of the world. That said, Pasta Grill seems much better than it would be were you to judge it on a national basis. However, for Searcy standards, the food is pretty good, and probably, the best in town. On top of that, their prices are fair, and they are not all that expensive. The pizza won't knock your socks off, but it also won't make you gag, which is a feat for Arkansas' restaurants. Not the best pizza in the state, but probably the best in a thirty mile radius, so if you really have an itch for a pizza pie, this is your best bet unless you feel like a road trip. While I like pizza, my wife is more of a pasta-eater; she likes their pasta, which is again, probably the best in town. Pasta Grill has become a replacement for the Olive Garden in Little Rock because they have pretty good food at better prices, as well as because the Little Rock Olive Garden falls far below the chain's standards. One word of caution though: the service here isn't the best, so don't expect a doting waitstaff. So, if you're driving through, wait the extra hour to eat in Conway or Little Rock, but if you're stuck in Searcy or don't have the time to venture out, Pasta Grill will feed your Italian craving without hurting your stomach or your wallet.
