If I could give this no stars I would. Pulled into the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us and have been waiting 45 minutes. Get to the window and they haven't even started on our drinks and have the order wrong. No apologies or any explanation. You're better off getting the pre bottled Starbucks drinks at the Flying Js one exit further. Livid doesn't even begin to describe how we feel.

Loyal Starbucks customer. Get my coffee at a Starbucks each morning. Decided to stop here on road trip as it was one of the only ones around. This location is the worst I have ever been to. Horrible service. Watered down coffee. Out of a lot of food items. Trash overflowing. Worst of all flies everywhere! Had 6 flies on me at one point. Starbucks needs to reconsider this location as it's not representing their brand well at all. Not sure how they passed with the health department.

Updating last post last week. They made a good 2nd impression and that counts for and one thing with me..... Way to go Laura, my barista at the drive through this time. She was amazing and she gets friendly customer service. Plus she had that groovy geek vibe thing going. It works at Starbucks and it is what I expect when I go. Now whether it was fake or not is neither here nor there. She has perfected it and it actually encouraged me to spend more money freely. She singlehandedly redeemed my opinion of this place. I will be back. Love hanging out in the hills of Arkansas in the summer and now have a caffeinated reason to do so. Thanks for making sure there is "civilization" in Rville for city slickers passing through. Can't speak to whether they have cleaned up or not as I didn't go inside. But I will say my sis in law did tell me that flies are abundant in general here so maybe I will give them a pass. Next visit I will go in to see if I can award 5 stars.

Went in with a party of 5. All are Starbucks gold members. Poor customer service. Out of every kind of breakfast sandwich. Flies everywhere. Trashcan overflowing. If you are going to have poor product you can atleast have a minimum level of customer service. Don't go here unless you want to be highly disappointed.

I've been to Starbucks across the country, and the wife has even been a barista at one, so I think that qualifies me to say that this particular store is, at best, below par, but mostly a disappointment. When R'ville first got a Starbucks, I was ecstatic because the Hardback Cafe in the local Hastings store was a joke, and the local shops didn't have decent hours or convenient locations. However, the standards at this store are abysmal. Being as my wife was a partner at some other locations, we know what to expect in regards to customer service, cleanliness, and putting out product that's consistent/reliable/of quality. Unfortunately, this location falls short on all of these. The coffee is sometimes good, but regularly off. The employees seems as if they couldn't care less. Finally, it's not uncommon for the trash to be overflowing and the 1/2&1/2 to be out past it's timer. As much as I like coffee, and the consistency/convenience that most Starbucks offer, I can't recommend this store. You're better off going to the Mountain Mudd Espresso drive-through coffee hut.

Aside from it's location, this pretty much your average Starbucks. They offer a wide selection of coffees, teas, and other items at fixed price. As far as their menu goes, this is exactly what one should expect from one of the chain's many locations. The service here is pretty expedient and friendly, definitely a step away from your average city location. They also offer wi-fi services, but I cannot comment on that since I've never tried them at this location. The only negatives that come to mind are it's layout and location. Firstly, it's a bit out of the way from the main roads and businesses in town, it's not exactly close to the local schools either. I think a more appropriate location would have been closer to Tech or somewhere on Main St. However, recent economic growth in the area could change this. This location also lacks a front entrance, forcing customers to enter in the back. This makes it more difficult to enter and exit the parking lot, especially since it's on the corner of a busy intersection. This problem can be easily solved by adding a front driveway. Overall, this Starbucks comes in at about average and also has an additional advantage going for itself by being the River Valley's only Starbucks location.

When the Conway Starbucks screwed up my drink, Russellville made it right. I was traveling West on I-40... Made a quick stop in at the Conway Starbucks drive-thru, got back on the interstate, took a sip and yuck! The drink was not what I expected/wanted.. Maybe I messed up in ordering, I'm not real sure, but either way I had a $4+ drink that wasn't what I was craving. The next Starbucks was many miles on down the interstate. So I stopped in at the Russellville location (convenient to the interstate might I say, take Weir Rd exit #83), pulled up to the drive through window and explained my predicament. The barista was very friendly and offered to make it right. He quickly served me and made sure I took a drink to see if it was what I wanted. YUMMM! Service with a smile and no charge for replacing a drink that wasn't even purchased at their location. THANK-YOU Russellville Starbucks for turning my frown upside down :-)

Excellent coffee, I love the Frappuccino's, free wi-fi, and nice atmosphere.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? Wrong. The employees here, by and large, are students at the local university and are friendly and quick. As the county's only Starbucks, it gets pretty busy at times, but it's still the #1 study/work spot in town. Remember, also, that if you register your gift card (it's free), they give you free coffee refills.

I was on a business trip in Arkansas and Starbucks are far and few between on the little towns I was visiting. I was a little worried based on the other reviews I read that this wouldn't be worth a 15 minute drive. I was wrong the baristas were friendly and the coffee was consistent with ones back home just a little on the slow side.
