Excellent and perfect for lunch. $7.50 for lunch buffet. Clean, friendly, HUGE variety. Hot and Sour soup was some of the best I have had in town. You will find several dishes that will have you going back for more.

Good food here. Very popular with people working at Little Rock Air Force Base. They have a crab cassarole to die for! I eat there once a week.

I'll give this place a solid 4 stars. Bang for buck it's the spot for Chinese food in the J-Ville area. Plenty of items on the line & the wait service is really good. 3 adults + 1 child will run you around $35 (lunch). The place stays packed which is a good sign. If you go to a restaurant and the parking lot is empty...stay away. All in all worth it for buffet. Sushi seems to be on point. They have General Tao's chicken which is my favorite. :)

One star reviews are rare for me. The one positive is the waitstaff who genuinely try to keep folks happy and drinks full. The real problem here is with food safety. This may be the dirtiest restaurant I've ever walked into. My dad loves it for some reason, so I took him weekly for a few months until finally talking him out of returning. Here's why: As other reviewers have stated, if it didn't sell at lunch it will be there at dinner. Food temps fall well below safe zones for hot food (shrimp are the worst, cold and rubbery) and if you have doubts go pick up an ice cream bowl and look at the bottom. I have NEVER found a bowl without food stuck to it. When it's humid outside the windows drip and the windowsill has visible mildew. You'll also need non stick shoes as the tile area around the bars are so grease caked you can barely walk safely. Unless you're about to explode I would hold it rather than enter the men's bathroom. It's like a truck stop on steroids. The stench is unbelievable. If you're down for some dirty dining, head on in. Just be ready to shed a few pounds as your body deals with the effects of improperly handled food.

The food sucks. Worst Chinese I've had......Ever. And we love Chinese food. The service was par. The dessert wasn't good. It's like the management doesn't care about this place anymore. The bathrooms aren't clean and smells. The kids didn't like the ice cream because it tastes sour as well as the rest of the desserts. Horrible. Just horrible. We won't be coming back here for at least the next 3 years.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had! Teriyaki chicken (not sure it was chicken I'm almost certain it was pork or dog) was raw....I started chewing and almost immediately projectiled in my plate! The white rice was nice and sticky but hey there would something majorly wrong to mess up white rice. The other noodles (rice and the flat ones) tasted burnt/discusting! General Tsos chicken was ok. And the bbq chicken wings was decent. Any thing else have a barf bag handy. Good luck on ur next food choices. I don't usually leave bad reviews like this but to prevent others from the pain of possible food poisoning I have to recommend DO NOT GO HERE....IT'S NASTY!!!!

Used to love going here, but over the last year I would say it's hit and miss. Sunday lunch buffet is usually the best. If you go for dinner during the week everything seems like it's sat on the bar too long.

I used to love this place...yummy crawfish and sushi. I'm writing this review rather late, because the incident happened in early March. We were there right at the beginning of dinner hours but most of the food was lukewarm. With that being said, I stuck to only crawfish and fried shrimp that day. I decided to give the sweet and sour chicken a try, but of course I needed the sweet and sour sauce to go with it. I grab a bowl and begin to ladle myself some steaming hot sweet and sour sauce. I get back to my table only to find a mosquito eater (those big mosquito things) floating in my bowl of sweet and sour sauce!! I bring this to the attention of the lady who seated us. She took the bowl away and that was the end of it. At that point, I was done dining and so were my daughters and uncle who were also with me. Naturally, I asked for a discount since we had definitely not gotten our fill due to the insect putting us off of our food. I was paying for four meals and they took one dollar off. They only gave me a second dollar off when I asked for the military discount. They acted like it was no big deal that a bug was in their food and offered no apology. Won't be going back!!

Reheated Lukewarm Buffet. It's huge, and cheap. So, if you prefer quantity over quality, this the place for you.... You can put on your feedbag and go for it!

This place used to be great. Today was not the case. Everything is fried and overly salted. Flavor is lacking in every dish. I used to look forward to filling up on this buffet but I left this time wanting what I ate out of my body as soon as possible. Luckily they didn't disappoint in that respect. Go at your own risk, but Thai Taste or Tropical Smoothie may leave you feeling better about your dining experience in Jacksonville.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
