This place has delicious pizza and very comfortable atmosphere. Many options to choose from with very nice service. It's been hard to find the perfect pizza place in Fayetteville, and so far this place is in the lead. It was a creative dining event and very unconventional. I'll definitely be back again to try the other options. I think the individual giving this place a low rating should try a restaurant chain known as "Pizza Hut" which is up the road and may be more to his taste. It appears many people have not yet expanded their taste buds to the freshness of pizza beyond the taste of microwavable pizzas that many of us experienced during childhood.

Last Saturday, My family and I went to eat with friends. We got a table of 7 ppl. The waitress was very helpful and knowledge with the menu. The menu had a lot of options and balance. The service was great but the food was cold. Yes, the pizza was cold not only one but all three pizzas. Disappointed!

Their food is amazing! The service and food was all great. Like so many others, I was apprehensive to go because I've had such terrible experiences at Greenhouse but the owners are doing a much better job with this place. Even my simple meat and potatoes husband loved it. We'll be back.

First time here and it is a Friday night, not that crowded. Waitress was very nice, atmosphere and design are great but we ordered a pepperoni pizza and it took about 30 minutes before brought to our table...it was very good though.

Finally got around to visiting here for the first time. Picked Wood Stone for my birthday dinner. We really enjoyed it. Craft cocktails, delicious pizza and crisp, friendly service. We could have made a meal from the Mason Jar Trio and Grilled Bread starter and a salad. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Appetizers and specialty pizzas here are great! Atmosphere is enjoyable. It's a great place to take the family. The kids loved the food and the entertainment... they gave each kid (there were 5!) an Etch-A-Sketch to pass time while we waited for our food.

Wood Stone is really delicious! I'm a big pizza fan, and I think theirs is terrific. I've ordered take-out twice. Their ranch dipping sauce is YUM. Didn't care for the beer cheese one. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. Their crust is so good, especially dipped in the ranch sauce!

Pleasantly surprised! I don't usually like pizza places with fancy menu items and descriptions. In fact, it is usually a sign to leave immediately. To add to it we had our four kids with us. We stayed. It was a hit! The meatball appetizer is amazing! The pizza was excellent and the red pasta sauce very tasty. We will definitely try this place again.

Great pizza! High quality, organic ingredients with a superior wood fired pizza crust. Lots of unique combos or build your own. Great salads as well.

Pretty underwhelming, and kind of overpriced for the offerings/ingredients, cost and size of pizza's... This place seems to think it's pretty fancy, but I just wasn't feeling it.. I get what they were shooting for, but it just misses the mark. I'm pretty confused as well coming from Houston as to why everyone is rating this 5 stars, but they've apparently hit their target looking over the five star reviews. It's not hard to stand out though either when chains are your only competition. Anyway, we tried several appetizers and a few pizzas, nothing really stood out or was memorable however. As for the craft beer they're so thrilled with, cool, you have craft beer, but pretty meh options. ...and to Martha and Sean P, I guess maybe if you're used to Pizza from the Hut this place would impress(which seems like it's the case in Fayetteville for most given this is in the lead, as one of you noted). Corey hit this on the head though, it just feels too bougie...

We have gone to Wood Stone several times and the last two experiences were very disappointing. The service was slow, the waiting staff was not helpful, and the pizza was not impressive. The atmosphere was also a little much... While I can / do appreciate a nice hipster vibe at times, it seemed a little forced here.... There lacked an authenticity for me.

The best pizza I have ever had! You have to try it for yourself! Whatever pizza you choose, you can't go wrong!

So.......... I have been eating pizza everywhere I go searching for that wow moment. In every city across the nation. I have even worked in pizza places because I love this slice of gastronomy. Wood Stone is my "wow". From the Spinach and Kale Artichoke appetizer, three pizzas , and four crust dipping sauces our group of 4 tried, no one was disappointed. In fact we polished off every bit of food put in front of us. Even when we should have stopped half way through. In short, try this place out. If your complaint is the environment or the wait staff (Cory J), get over it and enjoy the quality of the food Wood Stone brings to the table. Go with no expectations other than to be fed, and fed well.

"Greenhouse Grille opened a pizza place?! I'm there." And it was just as good as I hoped and wanted it to be and it has been all three times we've gone! Service is top notch, food is spectacular and they have one of my favorite atmospheres in town! Can't get enough of this place! Can't think of any cons at all. Go and enjoy! Every word about Corey J's review is completely ignorant. He obviously doesn't not know what kind of restaurant this and Greenhouse Grille are and he's just pissed they won't feed his diabetes with his diet soda and artificial sweetener addiction.

It's hard to find the worst part of Wood | Stone. Is it the giant Vegas-style lettering inside that attempts to remind us that this place is "CRAFT"? Is it the obnoxiously bougie nouveau-riche patrons of Fayetteville that work themselves in a tizzy over any place that has both gluten free options and craft beer? Or perhaps it's the surly, judgmental waitstaff? Any one of those things is enough to make your blood boil, but Wood | Stone manages to blend them all together into a nauseating fair-trade hipster smoothie. However, the food is the real tragedy here: in a town starved for the One True Pizza Joint (nobody can quite agree where to go in Fayetteville for a really good slice, save Geraldi's), Wood | Stone wants to make a big splash, but ends up decidedly mediocre. The pizzas themselves are overcomplex and muddled. Our group tried several pizzas, and none really made a positive impression. The Tatonka ($16) sounded good on paper--a buffalo-style pizza almost never disappoints, but the flavors were bland and underdeveloped. The buffalo cream sauce was the standout on the pie, but it got lost in a sea of barely-there peppers and unassuming chicken. The worst offender, though? The crust, which, while moderately pliant, was woefully underdone and quite doughy. Perhaps the volume of customers in their first weekend led to an over-stuff of their oven (thus lowering the temperature, and messing with cook times). The Ozarkansas (a staggering $18) was somehow even less impressive. Despite a lot of menu puffery (fair-trade this, local-and-organic that), the pizza was, at long last, a middling Supreme pizza with a bland red sauce. The Bird's Nest ($17) left little to no impression, but if you like egg on your pizza, it's a fun novelty (if a bit messy). One other smaller complaint: you're a pizzeria; at least have Coke or Pepsi products, please. I just want a Diet Coke (or Pepsi) with my pizza. Is that too much to ask? Don't go into frothy, delirious detail about your various "craft soda pops" with "no high-fructose corn syrup." Wood | Stone's (I'm getting tired of typing that cross bar) problem is one of value: you're getting mediocre 12" pizzas for a hefty premium. There's an art to a beautifully simple pizza, and these folks are no artists. They're simply...energetic hipsters catering to a growing crowd in Fayetteville: those with more money than sense.

Delicious specialty pizza with fresh ingredients! The staff was great. I had the pepperoni pizza, which was way better than pepperoni pizza you would normally get. At a non specialty place. The food came out surprisingly fast.

Expensive place to eat pizza, withthat being said- it was worth it. The quality is very good, and the atmosphere is clean. Great customer service, if you can afford it, go there you will not be disappointed.

It was pretty good. The grilled bread was tasty. We enjoyed the pizza and wine selection. My out of town relatives really enjoyed their vegan pizzas, and my husband and I liked our non-vegan pizzas. We thought the atmosphere was nice, but it did a little loud. A good place to take people from out of town.
