My Husband and I just had lunch here. We received our order pretty quickly. The food was ok. Definitely wouldn't put it in my top 5. I did notice, however, that there were a few things that needed to be cleaned up. There were tables with dirty glasses on them and our table was sticky. Also, when we went to the beverage station to fill up our cups, it looked like there was something growing in the tray that catches the extra ice under the soda fountain.

Love dinks BBQ. Whole family loves BBQ night even the kid who only likes the dinosaur chicken nuggets.

The bbq sauces are amazing here, I really like the Carolina sauce. I ordered a bbq chicken salad which was amazing... lots of moist chicken. My coworker ordered the pulled pork and had no complaints!

Came here for dinner tonight. We were hungry and driving by and the reviews weren't bad so we decided to come! We came around 7:40pm.. so close to closing time. BTW, yelp says it closes at 9pm, when it actually closes at 8pm. That is what it says on the door. Wait: No wait in line and food was ready relatively quickly. The restaurant was not too crowded at this time. Food: I just ordered a few sides - baked beans, corn on the cobb and potato salad. All were really good. My husband got the Dink's sandwich and enjoyed it. They have a few sauces you can get on the side - my husband got the sweet BBQ sauce and also the spicy BBQ sauce. Both were tasty. Customer Service: Friendly. Atmosphere: Not too shabby. Regular BBQ restaurant.

The BBQ joint with the big fan! Delicious flavors and options for BBQ. Salad orders are huge, tasty sides (particularly the sweet potato fries!), and yummy meats. Although it can be dry sometimes, particularly the sliced brisket (dryness better masked when you get it chopped) and the ribs at times. They have a condiment section with three different types of BBQ you can lather on your meats, original, Carolina and spicy. I recommend the Lone Star platter (2 meats) or Three Meat platter. Comes with two sides, a pickle and toast. I only gave it a three stars though. I used to come here all of the time as my go-to BBQ place, but don't as often anymore because they seem to be skimping out on the portions of meat lately the last few times I've gone here. It's what I've been noticing and pretty disappointed. Overall, good food and atmosphere.

Out of the two BBQ places I've tried in Bentonville, this place wins hands down, no contest. And as far as restaurant barbecue goes, this is some of the better I've had. Everything was tender, moist and flavorful. Warm sauces is a nice touch.

Stopped by last evening for dinner. I was the only customer in the place @ 6PM. Tables were not clean, floor needed to be swept. No a good sign while waiting for your food. Food was "ok" but with so many other Bar-B-Que places to choose from, I won't be back.

Almost good. Friday night at 6:30p and two people in the place. Chopped beef was dry, beans good, potato salad generic.

This review is based on 2 people eating for lunch. We had the sliced brisket (dry), the chopped pork (very good), and the hot "sausage" (please don't confuse this with actual sausage as Dinks version is the classic red hots with the red food dye) with sides of fries (frozen matchstick version) and slaw (ok). The barbecue sauce was good and masked some of the failings in the meat. There was an exceptional lack of interest in us as customers with only 2 tables of customers in the entire restaurant and an odd woman, dressed like a homeless person, sitting in dining room by the drink and sauce station that was giving customers the stink eye as they did their business. Weird. With other choices for BBQ I won't be coming back!

First time here. Table for 3. Self-seating. Plenty of choices. ATMOSPHERE: Walk up order at the window. They give you a number and deliver it to you or call your number. TV's and big windows. HUGE ceiling fan...I couldn't take my eyes off of it. Casual and kick back kinda joint...just like any other typical BBQ eating area. SERVICE: Very friendly staff. Again, they deliver food to you. All drinks, utensils and condiments are self served. FOOD: Larger portions, excellent variety of sides to choose from. Other than the dry ends on the baby back ribs, the meats (spare ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage) were tender, moist and still warm. I also liked that the ribs had a little fat to it. The sides we had were corn, sour-cream potato salad, baked beans, sweet potato fries and fried okra. All the sides were very well made and tasty. Sweet potato fries had a pinch of cinnamon, which was a little different, but I liked it. The corn was just plain ol' corn on a cob. The sauces were different in a good way -more smokey and sweet. OVERALL: Great first time experience. I would definitely return with friends. RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GUESTS: ENJOY! RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE OWNERS: Wet Naps?

Service is friendly, the pulled pork...I had better, brisket...dry, very dry, the corn was awful, no flavor at all. I'm no BBQ expert, but this place is average at best. Yelp reviewers, you let me down...or it was a bad night.

Best Brisket in NorthWest Arkansas! Overall, a great place to eat. Menu items I've tried other than the brisket have been good, but no better than other area BBQ joints.

The best NW Arkansas has had. I've tried them all. The service is good, very clean, taste good every time never changes. Others I've tried has been good one time and bad the next. Not Dinks

Sample platter was great. That was a lit of food for a small price. Staff was really friendly. Their sausage is home made and delicious.

I wanted to try something other than whole hogs for barbecue and had a rough experience at Dinks. I showed up for an early Monday lunch so this might factor into the quality of my food. They were "out" of baby back ribs so I went with their spare ribs. Dry and salty. Worst spare ribs in my life. Both of my friends enjoyed their meals so mine must have been a fluke. I award them three stars because their sides were spot on. I could feel the fried Omar's clogging my arteries. Nom nom nom.

I'm happy to report that for my 499th Yelp, Dink's BBQ scored a 4-star rating. The 'Que here at Dink's had a subtle smoke flavor (even though it probably came from a gas smoker) and was quite tasty. I partook of the Sampler plate and was impressed with the moisture and tenderness of all the meats provided. The chunk o' brisket at Dink's would have shamed a few underperforming Texas BBQ joints--cooked to the right doneness, a little bark, just a good bit of fat and a wee amount of tenderness to impart a nice beefy mouthfeel. It's by no means on par with some of the legendary brisket houses in Texas, but it's a good sneak preview. The pulled pork was something of an anomaly, emerging from the kitchen chopped fine like beef, but it too was juicy and tender with a little bit of bark too. The pork ribs appeared to have a dry rubbed crust, tender on the inside, savory on the outside. The hot sausage was probably the only disappointment, tasting more like it came from a grocery case than a butcher shop--commercial grade stuff. Potato salad and fried okra were both recommended as sides. Here was another rendition of potato salad flavored with dry ranch dressing and some tartness provided by a touch of mustard or sour cream. The okra came out fresh fried, but it was just too mediocre for me to enjoy. I also could've done without the hoagie half and the pickle spear (which they forgot to omit) but I imagine some folks would expect both. Dink's also offers three types of sauces: original, spicy and Carolina--so you won't have to deal with the Sauce Confusion at other places. Due to the mid-afternoon hour, my meal was brought out to my table instead of left at the counter. I appreciated this extra personal effort and was happy I wasn't just another number waiting at the window. Serious BBQ (at least for NW Arkansas) is to be found here; skip the competitor down the road and try Dink's.

Dinks may not be the best BBQ joint in the world, but for the value and location, it simply can not be beat. I was in Bentonville on business and glad it was recommended to me. I ordered a Sam Adams beer, the "hurt pig" sandwich with sides (GET THE POTATO SALAD!!) and it was about $10. Atmosphere is pretty typical of most BBQ joints, mostly centered around function. The sandwich tasted great. Not much on sauce, good spice but not overbearing. The potato salad was excellent. Very creamy mustard potato salad. Can you tell I liked it? I want some right now!

Best ribs in town. There's several good BBQ places around but this is the place you want to go for ribs. Their other stuff is good as well but you can find better pulled pork or brisket at other BBQ joints.

Amazing Brisket, onion straws, and fried pickles. Had great experience and will return often. Best brisket I have ever had. Chicken had a light smoke and sausage not a wow. However, atmosphere spot on. Great counter help.

I went to Dinks while in Bentonville for work. It was delicious BBQ - glad I had a local co-worker who knew where to go! Pulled pork sammie was amazeballs and the coleslaw was exactly the way it should be. If I lived here, it would be my jump off.

This review is coming from a native Minnesotan which is known for lefse and lutefisk so BBQ is always a treat. 5 stars for the pulled pork!! The baked beans were not as sweet as I like. I do not eat pickles but tried the deep friend ones here dipped in the chipotle sauce and enjoyed those as well. In addition, my 3 coworkers who were with me raved about the Sampler plate for days after the trip!

Wonderful place to eat. The pulled pork is so moist and flavorful. They have a special process for their french fries. They say they use the same spice on the fries as they do on their meat. Frankly that doesn't sound good to me for some reason but the results are a fry with a unique flavor that I absolutely crave . . . .and the original sauce is my favorite of all in the Bentonville area. It's just right . . . a little spicy, a little sweet, a little warm (they warm their BBQ sauces). And it is all at a very fair price.

For BBQ in Bentonville/Rogers, go to Dinks. Chopped brisket and pulled pork is the way to go here. Huge plates and delicious BBQ sauce options make for a perfect lunch. The only thing I would change is that they'd stay open later, as sometimes its difficult to get there before they close at 8p.

I have eaten here several times, and the first few times were good. The last time I had a "not so great" experience. The food was still good, but they were out of straws and lemons (for tea / water). 3/4 of the tables were dirty, and they seemed to be understaffed. Again, the food was still good, so I would definitely go back to try it again!

Solid, SOLID BBQ. Situated on the corner of what the locals call Rainbow Curve is this awesome barbecue joint. As expected, the meats are the highlight. Great brisket that's flavorful but isn't over-spiced (unlike some other local BBQ places), ribs that are pretty close to perfect, and if you eat chicken at BBQ places, you'll really like how tender and tasty it is here. A great lunch choice is the sandwich they've named after the place. The Dink is on a great hoagie bun, filled with chopped brisket and topped with thin slices of hot links. It's fantastic, especially when topped with their Carolina sauce. Need a bit more meat? You can add individual ribs to any meal. Gotta love that. BBQ filled baked potatoes are always a nice meal, and Dink's has a massive one that doesn't disappoint. They pile one giant spud full of whatever BBQ meat you enjoy, and give you cheese and sour cream on the side. As for sides (potato salad, slaw, etc), you won't be writing home about any of them, though the beans are kind of nice. I love that they offer fried pickles -- a great starter. Aside from the food, the main feature that makes a trip to Dink's so enjoyable is the staff. They're very kind and are out to make sure you're enjoying your meal. This is a great local place run by great people in a great location. Dink's is where I will continue to do the bulk of my BBQ eating.

Dink's is one of my favorites for lunch. My lunch-gang enjoys going and we usually visit each week. The food is great. They have a good assortment of sandwiches, some salads and full plates. They also have several items al a carte. It's a good, casual place to grab some great food.

Excellent pulled pork and awesome onion strings! Cole slaw very tasty. Their spicy sauce has a great flavor, a little sweet with a nice kick. Original sauce is also very good. This is a must stop for BBQ when you're in the mood.

I can't imagine how I have overlooked this place for so long. I had the sampler plate and everything was perfect. Great potato salad and barbecue beans are best I've ever found. Not like the straight out the can stuff most places serve. The sampler plate comes with brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs and sausage. The pulled pork and brisket really stand out if you are used to the other local places. It's huge and certainly worth the $11.99. A bonus for me is they serve onion rings and my wife loves them so that means I get to go to Dink's more often. I also like the variety of choices on their menu. They even have a chef's salad for that occasional strange person in the crowd that doesn't appreciate good barbecue.

This ranks pretty high in my book amongst the other BBQ spots in Rogers/Bentonville. I had the Dink sandwich (broken up brisket topped with hot links on a toasted bun) and fried okra. For $6.99, this was a great deal. I typically go to Whole Hog when I'm in town (and sometimes Smokin' Joes) and am happy to find another great spot along SE Walton Blvd. Solid spot and like the other reviewer, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again.

Four stars coming from someone who is in Memphis, TN eating BBQ all the time is pretty good. All I have had here is a sandwich, which was very good. Love the hot bbq sauce. Guys I had lunch with had the spare ribs. Wouldn't have been my choice from the looks of them. Would have tried the baby backs before those. If in Bentonville, AR again, I'd wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Picked up the ribs tonight. Not bad meat, but the sides were just so,so. The ribs fell off the bone and pulled apart. The service was also below average. There was one lady behind the counter and she did not seem to know the menu. We did not get what I call that bar-b-que feel of you all come back and see us. Could be why we only saw12 customers.

This was some of the best BBQ the south has to offer! The sauce is amazing and will leave you wanting more. Dinks has already reached a level of excellence in their first few days of being open than most barbecue joints ever see in a lifetime. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes BBQ at a reasonable rate with good service!
