A nice little ice cream and sandwich place in a location that desperately needs SOMETHING to do, see, eat, or otherwise gather people into a family-friendly public space. They serve Mayfield ice cream and have a variety of toppings. I didn't like the chicken salad I ordered, which contained celery, grapes, and mandarin oranges, but my parents really liked it. I just don't like fruit in my chicken salad, and I wish they had listed the main ingredients in the salad somewhere in the menu. I just ordered a grilled cheese sandwich instead and added to it some of the tomatoes and banana peppers served with the chicken salad. They should probably ask customers if they want the extra onion, pickles, peppers, and tomatoes, to save money and avoid waste. By the way, I strongly oppose the use of styrofoam in restaurants or elsewhere, so it was important to me to note that they served ice cream and settings in styrofoam cups. Regardless of my complaints, I will try to go back to this place the next time I feel hungry in this part of Baldwin County.

We found this place on our way the from the beach. Perfect stop for a burger, fries, and shake. The food was great but the service was even greater!! The owner was the one who took our order, prepared our food, and checked on us multiple times. We struck up a conversation with her she was very nice, which made our visit even better. It's just a short distance off highway 59 for those heading home from vacation. The burgers are hand patted! The fries were great! They had a few other sandwiches to chose from also. - sandwich/burger, fries/chips, and drink $8 - milkshakes or malt $4 - icecream cones, floats or sundaes Highly recommend.

So great! The chicken salad sandwich is literally everything i could ever want in a chicken salad sandwich: grapes NO nuts and they add mandarin oranges. The ice cream is phenomenal too - extreme moose tracks and the praline pecan shake. They are so nice and friendly - this will be a must stop on our annual migration south.
