I couldn't drive through another small town named Oxford and not stop in! Morning time is always coffee time in my world so I hit the Starbucks. It was nice and clean, moderately crowded but not crazy and the staff were great. I had my doppio machiotto and it was right on time. Delicious! Can't imagine I'll be back through Oxford, AL, but this is a good Starbucks.

I love Starbucks and while passing through Oxford heading back to Atlanta I stopped in. The place was not busy in the inside but the drive through was wrapped around the building. I ordered a simple drink but it took forever to get it made. There is on barista station it seems. The drive thru customers were clearly the priority customers here. Next,,, I'll do the drive thru I think.

This Starbucks is always busy and they always make a good drink. Perfect for that ATL-BHM commute. Almost right in the middle of the drive you can still have a great cappucino or latte. I stopped by last night on the way from ATL. I was greeted with a smile, wet breve cappuccino, bacon and gouda, and a bowl of perfect oatmeal. It was all hot and made to my liking. Starbucks on the road is always so welcome. I traditionally go to independent coffee houses when at home, but Starbucks is welcome with open arms on the road!

I always stop here on my frequent drives to & from ATL from Bham. Now that it's 24hrs is even better. The store is always clean & they have the cutest checkers board made out of cut up starbucks cards. The baristas are so nice it hurts sometimes. My one only real complaint would be that the drive thru window is really high & no, it's not bc I'm short.

This Starbucks is right off I-20. It is now open 24 hours a day for drive thru & cafe!!!! HUGE PLUS! There is a great staff here. Bathrooms always clean & my order is always right!

I frequent this Starbucks everytime I am driving between Tuscaloosa and Atlanta. My experiences have ranged from the very good to the bad. I want to give it four stars but the last time I visited my drink took over 7 minutes to prepare and the bread pastry thing I got was stale, really stale. I've had good experiences here and the baristas are for the most part very friendly. There is one older male barista who could use an attitude adjustment. It is a busy, busy, location right off I-20. The parking lot is small and last time I was there two cars hit each other, so be careful. It has a drive thru which is nice but I've never used it because I need to stretch my legs. Bathrooms are acceptable, and since it's a busy location they and the rest of the shop could use a little sprucing up at times. Nice outside seating available as well. But for now, this store lacks consistent good service. There are times when they are really good at what they do and times when they really could use some better service but I'm willing to give them another try (I mean where else are you going to get coffee (good coffee) along I20? So if the service improves I'll be giving them another star.

I really like the friendly staff here. I go often, mostly because of its close proximity to my gym, job and the interstate. I have never had a messed up order or a bad drink. Really my only issue is that the line is always awful, and I mean really awful. I'm not sure if it's a staff issue or people ordering but it's just gotten worse lately. I once sat in the line for over 25 minutes before reaching the window. The wait time is the only thing that disappoints me, because it seems to be a little bit over the average of what's considered the "normal busy". And I'm not sure if they're pumping out drinks back there and there are just so many cars, but it's like that almost every time I go now. The staff though is always absolutely excellent and attentive to detail, not to mention very positive and smiling! :-)

Well, this is a new one for me. After driving through and ordering two beverages and two bakery items for the road, I am running my cars defroster at 90 degrees trying to warm up my cranberry bliss bar. Drive through attendant was friendly. Unfortunately they were out of the syrup needed for my husbands drink. She offered an alternative that would end up tasting very similar, but we were up-charged without any warning. My husbands banana bread was also cold. My cinnamon dolce iced latte was put in as a skinny... Not sure if she was trying to tell me something or what... but I wanted that damn whip cream. The term "drive-thru" was used loosely here. It was more like a drive-in since we waited so long. The location was great, but the experience was a total waste of $16.

When a Starbuck's isn't clean, it makes you worry about how sanitary the place and the employees are. The counters hadn't been cleaned off, the bathroom had run out of paper towels and toilet paper and there was dirty tissue laying around the floor and the employees had a flippant attitude. I was passing by on the interstate so I don't have any need to return, but how unfortunate for locals.

I've been to this Starbucks on numerous occasions, on each the staff has been friendly relations and service good. Being right off the highway it is super busy, so have patience and the parking is a nightmare. The drive through line will often block in parked cars.

A very odd Starbucks experience. The location was super convenient being right off the interstate on a work trip. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The bathrooms were gross, with trash on the floor and dirty surfaces that indicated it hadn't been mopped or wiped down in some time. The seating area was similarly dirty. The store was pretty empty with the exception of the 3 people in line. Regardless, the service was extremely slow and it took about 15 minutes to order and receive a breakfast sandwich. They were out of some of the sandwiches options, but that seems to be status quo for Starbucks. A coworker's white chocolate mocha tasted "off" to the point of being undrinkable. We'll be avoiding this Starbucks on future trips. We were pretty surprised at the experience, considering we expected Starbucks to be rather clean and consistent.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. Just wanted to see how long it would take me to get through the drive thru, I am still in line with two cars a head and it has been over 30 minutes. This is an everyday occurrence. It's faster to go to target down the street and get out and go in and get your Starbucks fix.

Lately this Starbucks has been dirty and employees appeared to just not care. Racks where snacks are supposed to be were empty. We asked the young lady taking our order if there were any chocolate grahams and her attitude toward us was not one of caring to go look. They appeared to be fully staffed and there was no one else in line at the time. The floors of the cafe were in need of sweeping and the bathrooms were dirty as well. We ordered the lemon pound cake and it was wrapped in cellophane much like those in a convenience store. Next time we will visit the convenience store because I'm sure the snacks are a lot less expensive.

Took a long time to get anyone to take my order. There was only half dozen people in the whole place. So it wasn't busy. No line of cars in the drive thru or anything. Ordered the Venti Cinnimon Dolce Latte and it was horrible. I had asked for extra syrup but it had no flavor. I asked them for more but they put two more pumps in and still didn't make it taste any better. Yuck, I won't be back to this location if I can help it.
