Based on the previous reviews I was a little reluctant to dines this location, but as soon as I received my food I could tell this was not the same restaurant as stated in the reviews. Food arrived in a timely matter and the service was amazing, from the hostess to the manager. I ordered the Hickory Salmon and it was amazing, cooked to perfection with an amazing glazed, it came accompanied with mashed potatoes and salad bar. After my dining experience I spoke with the new general manager Chris he assured me that they are working in a new direction and they are focusing on the food and customer service. So overall I enjoyed the experience and I would return.

We had a Ruby Tuesdays in Gulfport, MS before the Storm that I frequented for lunch twice a month. First time trying one since then other than a few times in Biloxi. We were 3 hours into driving when it was decided by the squawking kids in the back seat that it was time to stop and eat. We busted in cuz it was time to stretch my legs. It was around 830 on a Friday night. Any way the salad bar, what I considered RT's feature pull, was not as large and diverse as others I have been too. It was not messy and the selections they had appeared fresh. I checked it out prior to ordering but I didn't get it. Our service was prompt and courteous in a not too busy dining area. The Sprite my daughter ordered horrible.. they needed to switch out canisters. I had the pomegranate tea which was refreshing. I ordered the bbq burger med rare with baked potatoe and im glad I got did. Came out as ordered. All just right. Drinks refilled properly. Everone else liked there entrees. Our experience was pleasant overall.

I read several reviews that were posted regarding this location and they are spot on. Service around this area in general is just not good. This is the third restaurant I have been to today and I have yet to be served anything. I chose this place because I figured even if they are behind I can at least get started with the salad bar! I was greeted by a young lady who seated me quickly but then I sat there for 10 minutes without anybody saying one word to me. I wasn't even offered a glass of water. Mind you this is a Tuesday at 7:45 PM... These aren't exactly peak hours, you know. They have a sign that says that kids eat free on Tuesdays from 5 PM to close yet there isn't a single child inside this place. I am guessing that the service is so bad that no one wants to come here... Even for a free meal.

I won't be coming back to this location again. Our appetizer, the Thai Phoon shrimp, was disgusting. My food was either so salty I could not eat it or flavorless and nothing was hot. My daughter ordered medium rare steak and was given a cold well done steak. We were very disappointed

Terrible food!!! The appetizer platter (wings, chick tenders, fried cheese, spring rolls) was over fried - hard and crusty - and had no taste except salt. The cheese sticks were mostly hollow. The sauces were putrid to my taste. We ordered a steak - supposed to be ribeye but we were presented a New York strip. The steak was the most unappetizing thing I have ever seen. It was no more than a quarter inch thick, grey, and cool to the touch. Ughhhhhhhhh. I don't know why they bother to put this on the menu (and shame on me for ordering a steak when not in a steakhouse). Never again!!!! The hostess and waitstaff were doing the best they could. I am a firm believer it's mgmt's responsibility to instill pride and professionalism in their staff and establishment.

When I walked in and saw a score of 85, I should have turned around. The food was horrible and the restaurant felt unsanitary. I will never go back to place. I ordered Spicy Fish tacos. They were bland and luke warm. The salad bar was mediocre. I even ordered a cola that tasted like carbonated water. I won't be back.

Dined here on Friday around 6:00 PM. Starting off, the restaurant wasn't especially busy considering the hour, but it was just gearing up for the dinner crowd that was soon to follow along. I didn't have to wait and was seated at a nearby table by the front door. Ordering the Cajun Chicken Pasta -- consisting of pasta, chicken, shrimp and sausage in a creamy, spicy alfredo sauce -- was a good idea, considering I had it the week prior. However, I might have misread the menu or maybe the kitchen was out of penne pasta, but I was served linguine instead. Likely it was my mistake, but last week's order consisted of penne pasta. So a mix up somewhere along the lines. The salad bar was nice and fresh with a healthy mix of added vegetables. Only complaint here was that the glass guard was a bit too low. And for those of us with short arms, trying to reach the intended condiments was a bit tricky. I didn't want to contort myself into gymnastic positions and didn't want to kiss the glass either. Maybe a design problem? Sabrina was very attentive and polite, taking away dishes as needed and getting some fresh coffee to my table when I requested it. No problems with service, whatsoever. Even the hostess regarded me with a friendly comment while I was enjoying my meal, which is rare these days. I believe her name was Jennica (forgive me if I misspelled it) -- so, well done on her part. The employees seemed to genuinely care what was happening around them. The dessert I ordered was Tiramisu. It could have been another highlight to a good meal, but it seemed like it was thawed quickly and that resorted in ice crystals throughout, or maybe it wasn't thawed to specification. Needless to say, I didn't muster another bite and left it to the side. All in all, despite tiny inconsistencies, it was an enjoyable experience. I will come here again.

Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite chain of restaurants. I will always order the Tropical Sunrise (drink), try a new salad from the bar and try a different entree. I can always fallback to Chicken Fresco if there isn't anything else I want to try.

My wife, son and I stopped by for dinner last night and planned to use a coupon for BOGO (up to $10) on selected entrees. The restaurant was about half full but we noticed only a few waitresses on the floor. After having been seated by a manager, we were left alone although two waitresses walked past us to service others who had already been served their food. I had added a counter timer to my iPod Touch app to count restaurant waits and tonight it came in handy. After 15 minutes we punched out and went across the street to Red Robin. After being seated at Red Robin (restaurant was half full), the waiter appeared after one minute fifteen seconds to greet us and take our drink order. I will think twice about returning to this Ruby Tuesday... and will only go if I have lots of time to kill. But then, why piss my life away waiting on non-responsive service? Other restaurants appreciate my business. This Ruby Tuesday needs some help. As an added bonus, Fried Clam Strips have returned to the Red Robin menu. Yipee! Their clam strips were better that what I had on the Gulf coast last month.

While service was alright, this RT has the worst salad bar I've ever seen in the franchise. Not only was it small, but even the salad dressing identifications on the spoons had worn off. Thanks for the military discount though.

I would rather not return. Just because it is more expensive than most chain restarants and portions and quality isn't there. I know they revamped their restarant few years ago but prices went up with it. slow servers and salad bar is dismal

I would consider this one of the better chain restaurants we go to. There was no wait for a Friday night dinner. Our server was also very attentive and polite. The food was pretty good. The spinach salmon salad came with a delicious sweet sesame dressing. It was suppose to be a sesame peanut dressing but I couldn't taste any peanuts. Some of the spinach was a bit wilted. The bison burger was cooked well and it came with endless fries (my husband's favorite part). The second dish of fries (which was a small portion which I approve of for seconds on fries) comes in a little square dish on top of a larger rectangular dish and a side of ketchup (the presentation was my favorite part). It was a bit classy for a chain restaurant.
