The Chef Patrick explained their authentic food and menu to us. By the decor and the food served they definitely take pride in what they do. Been multiple times- authentic Thai, great taste and even better service. You've got to try it!!!!!

OMYGOSH!! The only thing I can say is FANTASTICALLY DELICIOUS food. A small menu that frees the Chef to focus on the flavor and quality of ingredients. Sushi was equally delicious and the service was wonderful. Thai Diner us now our favorite spot. Go and experience this delightful hidden gem on Hillcrest at Airport.

I've been to a few Thai places in California and New Jersey. This place is the best I've been to. The spicy coconut soup and pad see ew is the best! The staff is great and the atmosphere is a charming quiet getaway from a long day. It's family owned which makes it even more charming.

I was very impressed with the high standard of quality at Thai Diner. The Basil Rolls (Summer Rolls) are some of the best I have ever had. Panang Curry was very delicious, this is a BYOB place which makes it even more endearing. I look forward to many more return visits to Thai Diner when I am back in Mobile.

So happy Lisa shared this great little Thai spot near our home with me. Mindy was such a sweet server and helpful. The Pad See Ew was so good... a recommendation from my son. He knows me well- loved it! Diner for two under $25 --- we will be back! Lunch specials even a better value.

Amazing food! This is the best thai food in the Mobile area. I introduced my coworkers to it this week, and they all raved about it. You can't go wrong with the pad thai or any of their curry dishes. Love love love Thai Diner!

Just go and enjoy it. :) Between my fiancée and I, we had green and jasmine tea, the garden salad, the Thai salad, pork pad Thai, and pork pad woon sen. Everything we ate was fresh and well seasoned. The portions were perfect and the prices were great. Our server was very nice and the atmosphere was warm. A lovely place to eat.

The food is great! I had the Massaman curry chicken, basil rolls w/ shrimp and coconut soup. All 3 were flavorful and delicious. The restaurant is casual and clean. Very friendly staff. Takeout is very fast. I will definitely be back to try more menu items. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Stopped in for takeout, the service was excellent as well as the food. We will definitely be back to eat in. The best Thai food that we've found in Mobile!

What a gem!... food is fresh, and prepared beautifully. The presentation is also innovative.....like the sushi roll served on a small wood chopping block and little flowers cut from carrots on each plate. Our retirement group met there and everyone's food was excellent. A very worldly gourmet cook in our group gave the duck a five star rating. The server was a young girl who was pleasant, wanting to be there, and quietly efficient. The noise level in the restaurant is a bit high (it was full) which makes casual conversation at the table during the meal a challenge. This will be hard on their part to fix. (the acoustics in the restaurant are poor, hence the 4 not 5 star rating) although the fact that it is that busy says a lot about the food. If this continues at this level it will be a major success and rapidly become the preferred place to eat this type of food in Mobile.

Thai Diner has only been open for a few weeks, and it has already become our go-to restaurant in town. I've had the green curry, panang curry, and massaman curry; they were all excellent, but the panang was the true standout. A great mix of sweet and spicy flavors, full of fresh vegetables. If you like pad see-ew, my wife says it's great. Their pad thai is incredible as well! They also do takeout and get our order out really quickly. Check this place out!
