Wow, 2 days ago I ordered a cookie cake from this business online (I usually order around 10 a year) and have had no problems thus far. I had a scheduled pickup from between 2:30 and 3:00pm on January 11th, my husband's birthday, and I get to the store and they tell me they are not obligated to make orders that come to them via internet. Now, that being said, I have ordered the last 5 via the internet and picked them up @ the Mall location, which has never, ever been a problem. They have never called me and asked me to pay by phone, and there is no payment option on the internet. I wasn't even offered an apology for the inconvenience, just a threat to call the "owner" and have him "set me straight" Well, I guarantee you I will call the corporate office to let them know of the poor customer service and I most certainly will be getting a coupon for a free cookie cake. I'll make sure to go to this location to redeem it, so they know not to treat customers like this in the future.
