Sidelines has a good beer selection with a well stocked bar for mixed drinks. The menu is what you'd expect from a sports type bar. The wings and burgers /fries are good; the nachos were, I would say, unexceptional. Service can be spotty. They have food specials posted on the wall in the bar area; be sure to ask the server about them. Plenty of TV's to watch NFL Ticket and other sports. This establishment is perhaps the fifth go for a bar in this building in the last ten years. The space is, in my opinion, too large for the type of bar/restaurant it (and its predecessors) wants to be. Sidelines seems to do good business during the football season, but unfortunately the year has twelve months.

My family and I ate at Sidelines this afternoon (Sunday) for lunch. When we walked into the restaurant, it was a bit strange. We're not huge football fans and virtually everyone in the restaurant was there for the football. Most people had on NFL jerseys (Cowboys seem to be the favorite) and everyone was seated so they could watch the wall of TVs. Every table with multiple people had them sitting side by side, just to watch TV Our waiter was pretty good, but the overall service was slow. It seemed like 3-4 minutes would pass each time a table was served their food, so it took us about 30 minutes to get our meals. I got the Salad with Steak and it was ok. It was lettuce, tomatos, hard boiled egg, croutons, cheese and 5 slivers of steak. The tomatos were diced and were overripe, a bit mushy.. I was expecting more meat for a $9.00 steak salad to be honest. And the steak was barely above room temperature. I was not a fan of the Lite Raspberry vinaigrette, so I ate my salad plain. I wanted just plain red wide or balsamic vinegar but they didn't have it. My son had a burger and he thought it was pretty good. He wasn't a big fan of the bun, however, which he said had a sweet taste. It wasn't a traditional burger bun. It was quite a bit thicker and doughier than what you'd normally get with a burger. Lisa had the Meat Loaf with mashed potatoes and the vegetables. She liked the meatloaf and vegetables, but the mashed potatoes had a strangely sweet taste. I tried them and agreed. What it kind o tasted like to me is that they used dried coffee creamer instead of milk, so it definitely has this weird, subtle sweet taste. I've been to sportsbars before, but never one that was full of nothing but sports nuts. It was very disconcerting to be taking a drink and the entire crowd would erupt into screams depending what was happening in the game. When the Lions missed a field goal, you would have thought someone won the powerball by the way everyone was carrying on. The decor hasn't changed much over the years. While Sidelines is new, it's only the latest in a whole slew of sportsbars in this location. I never went to it's predecessor, Knucklehead's, but I ate at the one before it a few times and it looked the same. The menus were the same paper menus someone in July had commented on, so I don't think they are temporary. Would I go back again? Perhaps. But definitely *NOT* during the weekend during football season.

Just ok. Their menus are just a piece of paper. Think it's just temporary though. That kind of weirded me out. Kind of a weird menu for a pub and grill. I got the Caesar chicken salad and it was not the best I've had. My dad had the club and it looked good. New, so business was kind of slow. Maybe it'll be better once they get settled in.

Pretty good food. Not the greatest, but great for a bar. Lots of space, tons of TVs (labeled by game) and friendly staff.

First off, the place is clean. So much potential. The layout has lots of TVs To catch you favorite team. The layout itself does a big disservice to the establishment. Lots of wasted space and areas that should have TV viewing that doesn't. The whole middle of the establishment is empty during the games because of seating and TV arrangement. The food selection listed is typical fried burgers and finger foods. Buns are way to thick. Biggest disappointment is service. The staff that is their is OK. Nice, but stretched way to thin. We waited 15 minutes before we saw a server to order drinks. Another 15 minutes before the bar filled out drink order etc... Appetizers took over An hour with our meals coming 20 minutes after. Food came out look warm but on hot plates. I would have spent truce as much at this place had the service been staffed. So much potential, but falls short enough for me to say I'm going to look for another Sunday hang out.

Extremely rude service. Asked us to sit where the Broncos game was playing on TV just to switch the channel in the middle of the game to tell is someone else wanted to watch another game. And the lady was very rude saying "I can't do this!! Deal with these people". Just skip the place! It will change name soon.

Nice sports bar atmosphere. Decent food (I am picky). First impressions were no soap in the bathroom (which means people wash their hands here). Waitress brought me soap asap. Only thing was she forgot my straw and didnt bring menus when we first sat down at the bar table. After we asked for them, at least three different servers came to check on us within a few minutes. We went to the patio to smoke and watch game the bar tender found us and brought our food outside after checking on us. Food was super fast and fresh, not from frozen. Will definitely be back. I am super hard to please! They did! I had chicken alfredo (order extra alfredo!) We also had the fried mozzerella (superb). My company had the club it was a normal club with fries.
