Don't like there change to pick 2 it is charged separate now, but they make it look like it's still together. $13 is way to much for 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup, drink and cookie. Plus you have to buy a drink to get a cookie for 99 cents really after you just spent almost 10 for soup and sand. Way out of line. Prob won't go back anytime soon.

Quick service via the drive-thru for a couple of fresh salads. They were very accomodating when we asked to swap the romaine for spinach.

Panera, I do enjoy the bread that you serve with my meal. Whether part of a baguette or a roll, I always feel very French when I consume the fare quite enthusiastically. I am so glad that you are nearby to my house and that you have a drive-thru! So convenient! I love having Panera Rewards too! I have extolled the virtues of the Rewards program with family, friends and coworkers and have encouraged them to sign up. I'm so glad that you are here!

This Panera - located at the front of the shopping plaza with Target - appears to be pretty new. And it has a drive-thru! Love drive-thru Panera locations! The parking lot was packed, so I opted for the drive-thru, which can be a gamble at some locations. Not here. There were at least 5 cars in front of me and they pushed that line through very quickly. My order was perfect and the staff was friendly. So glad I found this location only 12 miles from my hotel.

The flavor of the food is the same as all other paneras but each time I've eaten here it was disappointing. The wait for my order was always long even when there isn't a crowd, the hot water for tea was always just Luke warm, the pastry selection is minimal and I tried the drive thru- while the staff was very nice and my order fast, the portion size was smaller than if I had eaten inside. For a better panera eat at the one in Bridgestreet

I like Panera Bread. I love the San Rafael, CA one for their military discount. I loved it more when I didn't have to be gluten free. They should provide more GF options for those of us unable to eat bread. I can't even do their Asian bowls because they use soy sauce. How about offering some Tamari or Coconut Aminos instead? My nephew loves Panera Bread, so dining here is going to be a challenge beyond a salad (Fuji Chicken Apple is my fav) or a couple of non-creamed soups. The customers here yesterday had a problem chewing with their mouths closed and/or talking without their mouths full (not Panera's fault), but made my dining experience a not so pleasant one. I do like the drive-thru option when you're on the go. Makes things much more convenient! They have good coffee, and their rewards card program is great as well.

Three stars since there are things I like about panera. I looks how they've made a promise to take that toxic ingredient found in yoga mats and their bread out to make it healthier. I like that they list the calories, too. As for this store, I don't have a lot of luck. If I order the chicken avocado salad it's not unusual that I get home to discover the avacados were left off or the egg or something. The large salads without meat, are an insane rip-off. I'll include a pick of the last one I got that was mad skimpy and over $8. At least they didn't forget the dressing. Alas, the people int he drive through have always been polite. If I cares to go back to fix the issue, I think they would without a problem. It's just preferable they get the orders right more often- naturally.

Not exactly friendly, helpful or courteous when I went in to redeem a reward on my reward card which had just expired (beware the so-many-visits-per-month offer.) Plus I think the bread here is a bit more dry & crusty than at other Panera locations. The single star is for this location only.

The sweet cleaning crew at work know me as the "one who eats that good breakfast". :). Seriously. The bacon egg and Asiago bfast sandwich can tide you over all day. This panera only slightly disappointed once when they couldn't make the egg white Mediterranean sandwich which I like when I want to knock off a couple of hundred Cals but still chow down. Not a bread person but the flavor and panini press of these sandwiches makes the bread the star of the show almost like wrapping your eggs in a nice sirloin bathrobe.

Bad customer service and they mess up the orders all the time. I like panera bread but not this location

I love Panera, especially this one since it is relatively close to where I live. When I telework, I'll run and get a coffee and bagel after I drop kids off at school. I go here, too, when I want some quiet time to read. Had some nice conversations with fellow patrons.

I have enjoyed panera in many cities. This is a smaller restaurant. They have all the usual fresh baked suspects. They do tend to run out of these early. The best selection is thus earlier in the day.

Expensive and the food wasn't very good. Salad had like bagged salad-wilted-with those bagged cold chicken strips you can buy in the grocery store. I paid the same amount for 1 salad of this, than I would have paid if I just went and bought those items at the store and put them in a box. I won't be going back.

I love Panera Bread, but with its location close to my home I will defiantly be a regular although nothing outstanding about it.
