I absolutely love Starbucks!!! I get it at least 2-3 times a week. The people are polite and service is amazing. I would recommend the skinny vanilla late iced, or the light caramel frappucino. Everything there is good!

I am stuck in line and can't escape because the way the drive is won't let you move out... And I have been stuck here with my four year old for 20 minutes in the same damn spot. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Update- my coffee was all milk. Terrible.

It's Starbucks: average coffee, a generic atmosphere, and a line of people waiting to order a white mocha. Being this is Decatur, AL... this is the best you will find in town! Now that we've established that this is a generic-corporate coffee shop devoid of personality, let's talk about the one bit of personality you will notice: the staff's horrible attitudes. Yes, their attitudes are as generic and off-putting as one can imagine. With that said, I've noticed the night-shift crew tends to be friendlier, but also they like to close shop very early. I usually go to the Target store if I have to have coffee late at night, but they also have been closing shop early.

Went to this Starbucks with a friend of mine to have a chat over coffee and light snack. The building is very small and cramped and not very comfortable like most Starbucks I've been in also the staff was pretty rude! My friend had ordered a blueberry muffin that tasted stale and old she politely asked if they could heat it up a little to avoid complaining and the girl at the register replied with "But you touched it" ... Of course she did! Anyway we'll be going to local coffee shops from now on... not very impressed Starbucks.

I love Starbucks, but I fear the employees at this location may need more training or classes in customer service. I went 3-5 times a week for 2 months and nobody ever asked or remembered my name. The first 2 weeks it took me 2-3 times repeating my order for them to get it. It was correct 65% of the time. Its just coffee and a syrup flavor, not hard. One girl was borderline rude every time she helped me, yet others seem to try, but they'd get distracted by talking to each other often. I get the distinct feeling like they don't even know that other Starbucks locations do things like remember names and act friendly to customers. Its a comfortable environment but sometimes they play the music too loud and its booming bass when you are trying to do work or have a conversation. Good number of outlets for computers and good ratio of comfy chairs and work stations.

I like that the barista was able to know what I was talking about and made a suggestion as to how to get that particular taste. It was a decaf iced latte with classic syrup. That way you don't have sugar sitting at the bottom of your decaf iced coffee...sweet! It was awesome! I order it at all the starbucks I venture to. I like the layout of this one, it makes more sense than some I've seen. They offer free wi-fi for those that like that. They also seem to have room. The parking lot is strange but they have a drive thru that gets some use!
