I LOVE this place! I work nearby, so I usually eat here at least 2-3 times a month to-go. I often order the hummus and add feta, but sometimes I get the regular gyro. I ordered the Greek grilled cheese for the first time a few days ago, and I will be getting it again! My only issue is that sometimes the food portions are not consistent. One of the main female employees there is always very upbeat and a pleasure to be around when I pick up my order. Many of the other employees seem stressed and/or very busy. If you go here, the food will taste amazing and accurately prepared. Not all of the employees are customer service oriented though.

Pretty good and good service as well! I had the "red neck" gyro before going to pick up my un-touched watch at John George (see past reviews). The meat was awesome smoky and the favors were great. The pita was a bit soggy, but it was a to-go and the evil watch man kept me waiting for some time. The lunch crowd was heavy and everyone looked happy. It sure beats McAlister's for those"I need food and NOW" moments, However it is very standard in location, decor and ambiance, I do not foresee myself dining in, but take-out works for me.

Gyro is good and I was glad that it was served hot. But the reason for the one star is that the employees all look like they just stumbled into work after a night of drinking or maybe just got out of prison. None of them greeted customers. They were all grumbling and moving slowly. Visible excessive tattoos. They look angry and dirty. I don't understand how anyone would hire these people to prepare food in front of customers! Very unprofessional staff! There were about 15 people standing in the dining area and it made the idea of sitting down uncomfortable. Food was good but nothing amazing enough for me to return to that crazy environment.

Best place to get a quick and unique bite. Being a small town you typically do not find many cuisines outside the traditional options. This place offers some outstanding options for eating healthy. Flat bread sandwiches, wraps, etc. Fresh ingredients and good service. Counter service restaurant with plenty of options for toppings and sauces.

They just opened the Daphne, AL location. This place is awesome. They have the best gyros and hummus. It's about time Daphne got some good Mediterranean food!

Very good food and nice counter service. Love all of their food just wish they served beer and had an atmosphere. Only complaint though. Food is as good as any around.

Me and my wife decided to try it after reading reviews. The food was excellent, portions were good but they looked as if they needed a few more employees. As we waiting on our food since we decided on carry-out we noticed several employees eating while working and only 2 were using sanitation gloves.

VERY GOOD! The staff was friendly too. I had the special, a sriracha chicken wrap, and it was delicious. My husband had the Red Rooster - think Greek meets the South in a Panini flatbread. He loved it. My youngest daughter cannot have dairy, all of their kid meals have cheese, however they made us some grilled chicken and pita bread which she loved. My oldest had pizza. Everything tasted great and was very fresh. I even got a slice of Baklava before leaving and it too was delicious. The restaurant is small but it wasn't too crowded when we were there. This is a counter service place so it is very casual and a good place to bring the kids.

Lovely hole in the wall stop for lunch. Friendly service, great price, and even better food. We had the chicken shawarma and mediterranean wrap. If we ever stop in Alabama again, we'll definitely make time for a quick bite to eat.

I can't say this is the best gyro I've ever had, but it's pretty darn close. I always order the regular gyro, but my son really likes the redneck gyro, which has Conecuh sausage in it. The chicken shawarma, on the other hand, is not even close to the best, but it's not the worst either. (The award for the worst chicken shawarma goes to another place in Mobile that actually puts pickles in it. Yuck!) The sides, which sound delicious, are just meh. The iced tea comes sweet, displaying a picture of Iced Tea smiling, or unsweet, displaying a mean faced Iced Tea. It's the little things that amuse me, y'all. They also have soft drinks. The service is good and the prices are very reasonable. You can easily eat for around $10. It's a very casual place with a tv on the wall and fluorescent lighting. It's a good lunch spot.

Okay had the redneck gyro, spicy chicken wrap, and a order of Hummus. I generally don't like gyros, but the redneck version was really good. Lots of good flavors. (Definitely would order more). The spicy chicken wrap was good but not as good as gyro. And I was expecting some exotic spice on the chicken but it seemed to be just some type of Texas Pete hot sauce, not very hot and not very exciting. (Probably try something else before reordering) The hummus was the most disappointing. Maybe it's because I don't know what authentic hummus should taste like; this seem to be very dry/thick and needed more olive oil. (Would not order again).

The redneck gyro is my favorite. The staff do not seem to pay as much attention to detail as the other locations. We still visit this location for our Mediterranean fix.
