The ahi tuna was very fresh and properly cooked. My boyfriend's food arrived quite a bit before mine, which I did not like.

Great atmosphere, especially for families. Food is excellent. The blackened or grilled catfish is incredible, as is the shrimp and oysters. My son loves the hush puppies. One of the top seafood restaurants in the area. Prices are reasonable, and servers are very friendly.

Fantastic shrimp po boy--loaded with shrimp--and the best gumbo I ever ate. Great service.

We've eaten here several times in the past 6 months but have decided against doing so again. We have on several occasions gotten the same surly, 20 something, waitress. Must be a family member because the other waitresses keep trying to cover for her attitude and lack of service. Food is average but portions vary. The last time we were there I ordered the small shrimp basket and it lived down to its name. There were only 6 gulf shrimp in the $10.00 order. It was mostly fries with a couple of hush puppies thrown in.

Had the shrimp/ crawfish poboy. Extremely good. My shrimp.were breaded and cooked to perfection as we're the crawfish tails. The bread was very fresh and tasty. Fries were crispy. Will be going back.

Fried Crab Claws were as good as any I've ever had. Gumbo was ok, a little watery with shrimp and crab only. I like sausage on mine. The Shrimp PoBoy was generous r with shrimp but the bun was too big. My wife had the steamed shrimp and could not eat them. She said they were not cooked all they way. Staff was friendly.

There are a lot of great seafood places around here, but my hubby and I both grew up in the land of catfish and BBQ. Sometimes, a girl just wants an ole lake bottom feeder on her plate. Oddly enough, we haven't found a lot of good catfish around here. Catfish batter should be a little more "dirty" tasting than regular seafood batter, which I think is where most places go wrong. Kraver's has the batter perfected. No worries if you're in the mood for actual seafood; they do a bang-up job on that too. Their crab cakes are among the best I've ever had. The hushpuppies are out of a bag, but they're still good. In fact, they're so good that the hubs and I had a bet on whether or not they were made from scratch. The shrimp, crawfish and sides are delicious too. The only thing better than great food is great food, service and prices. Kraver's delivers on all three. Our waitress was extremely efficient and friendly, even though they were super busy. Three of us ate for about $45, and we each got a lot of food. We will definitely be regulars.

The gumbo & spicy fried tomatoes are best around...we had a party of 33 plus and had called ahead for reservation. .mgmt only put one server Peggy on our party...she did her best to her ability..the kitchen was the problem..the food was awesome but it was coming out one item at a time...adults was eating before children & a fried chicken tender basket was the last item to come out..very very late...these problems was no fault to our server but being ing the restaurant business dor the past 28 yrs mgmt should have made an appearance. ..

Great place to bring my kids! Large booths, and fast service. Love that they offer a grilled option. My family loved the grilled grouper and it disappeared quickly! Prices were super reasonable.

First time to eat at this place. Great selection . Fantastic prices. Friendly service. I will definitely be back to eat again. Is a place I can bring friends to enjoy local seafood at a reasonable price. Hope they are around for years.

Moved my son to the area and was directed here by a Bass Pro Shop employee. This restraunt lived up to and exceeded his description. The slaw is some of the best I ever ate and I wish they had served more. The Seafood Platters filled three very large grown men up WITH food left over. And at $20 a plate it is a great value!

This place is great! The crab claws and crawfish tails were awesome. Remoulade, cocktail, and tatar sauces readily available on the table. Service was fast and servers are friendly.

Living near the bay you have your pick of great seafood, but I find myself coming back to Kravers again and again. It is a family owned and operated restaruant. The Kraver family operates a commercial seafood business, so all of the seafood served in the restaurant is fresh caught and local. My favorite items on the menu are spicy fried shrimp and onion rings. My husband usually gets the pound of steamed shrimp. Other items my family loves are the crab claws, fried oysters, and fish and grits. On certain nights of the week they have all-you-can-eat specials of shrimp and fish. This place can get pretty crowded, and sometimes the servers get a bit overwhelmed. I usually don't come to Kravers in a big hurry, so I don't mind. If you're ready to order when you get there, you can order at the counter prior to being seated. Overall, great seafood and a casual atmosphere at a wonderful family owned restaurant. By far the best seafood in Daphne.

Ive eaten here quiet a few times..I cant believe I havent yelped about it yet. Ive been to a few of the seafood places around town and being this close to the Gulf the selection of GREAT places is few and far between. Which is disappointing in many, many ways but this little place in Daphne is really good. They have excellent gumbo! Their shrimp po'boy usually hits the spot when I'm craving one! They pile it high with shrimp and the half size is HUGE! It doesnt come with any sides so you'll have to order fries if you want that..I usually dont need a side because the po'boy fills you up alone! If you ask why the four stars and not five..I think they're a bit overpriced. For my lunch today it was $15 for half po'boy, cup of gumbo, and a drink. But they do have specials everyday and like I said portions are big and seafood is given generously. So it really all balances out...check it out you wont be disappointed!

Kravers will leave you craving better seafood. My partner and I frequently shop at Allegri's. A friend had recommended we try Kravers, so we stopped by today for lunch. He ordered a lb of the Royal Reds and I got a Shrimp Poboy. His shrimp were good, but he was underwhelmed by the portions, particularly the side of corn and potatoes. My Poboy was awful. The lettuce and tomato were not fresh and they are next to a farmer's market! The shrimp tasted like they were frozen and did not taste fresh either. The Poboy does not come with any sides, so I ordered some potato salad. For a $1.49 I expected a decent portion, not something that came in a ramekin. We were also shocked by the sticker price. The meal was $33 for the lb of shrimp, Poboy, and side of potato salad. As an aside, the decour was tacky and plain. And our server was not friendly or helpful when she was asked questions about the menu. There are better seafood options in the area where you will get what you are paying for.

Great value, not pretentious, authentic. For $10 we got the daily special including fried fish, several sides, drink and a great little piece of cake. Watched the after-Sunday church local crowd cycle through, including sit downs and takeaways. For those that require ambience, there is plenty of nautical-themed decor, but looks like it was collected and put there by real people, not a restaurant interior designer. Strip store facade is very plain, don't be put off by it.

Off the beaten path but well worth it. All the poboys are delicious and highly recommended. So much seafood piled on all the poboys at a great price. Service is always friendly and the atmosphere is always nice and clean. Great place for lunch or dinner.

Small place hard to find with road construction going on but worth it. I had fried oysters, fries and slaw. Everything was great especially the oysters, they were cooked just right not over cooked. Would highly recommend.
