My wife and I stayed at this B&B for 3 nights in Seward and had a great experience. We checked into one of their economy rooms at $85 for the first night, but decided to upgrade to one of their nicer rooms ($135) with a private bathroom. The bathrooms were spacious and had beautiful tile. As a construction worker I appreciated the attention to detail that went into this place. My wife liked the rooms amenities and the small balcony overlooking the creek. It was so neat to watch the salmon spawning and to hear them splashing in the creek at night. The B&B is located 3 miles outside of town on the road to exit glacier. We liked the quiet location after our days of fishing and sightseeing. We would definitely come back!

In the middle of nowhere, next to a running stream you will find Patty's B&B. The room is clean and very quiet. We had our own bathroom. We walked around the area at night and loved the view. It is close to town. Only three miles away, so the location is super. The only thing I would like to suggest to Patty is to change the breakfast items to healthier products.

Lovely rooms, nice beds, quiet, on a creek w small deck for each room. An excellent place to stay, and a good value for Seward. Highly recommended. (We have stayed many places in Seward, just discovered this place, and will return)

Pros: Away from town but close enough Quaint and country but very new and well kept Good heating system, even in the shared bathrooms Creek next door with fish in it Complimentary breakfast Cons: Found a bug in the water they gave us Doors are really hard to lock Owners are hard to get a hold of during the day (in and out, and no phones in rooms) Overall a decent stay.

Clean as a whistle. Beautiful setting. Each room has its own little porch looking out at a stream running through the woods. Big rooms with lovely quilts on the beds that are color coordinated with the shades of color within each room. The most accomodating owners who do all the work each day to keep the rooms and the grounds in tip top shape. Even the shingles on the outside of this bed and breakfast show the attention to detail that is characteristic of everything at this extraordinary accommodation. Just to be sure you get to this great place, its name in all the listings is "A Steller Bed and Breakfast" if you don't start with the "A" this place won't show up!
