Mama's Pizza is the best! Their chicken parm pizza is to die for. $18.95 seems like a steep price for a pie, but each slice is REALLY filling. One pie lasted us (2 adults) 4 days. I also have to give props to their Lesley's Steamed Vegetable Salad with grilled chicken. I had no idea what it was since the menu doesn't offer a description, but I decided to try it one day. It's absolutely DELICIOUS, which shocked me because pizza place salads are usually pretty awful. It consists of lettuce, topped with cooked vegetables (spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms) and also includes the crispiest, most delicious grilled chicken I've ever had. I find myself craving this salad nearly every week. Additionally, the staff is so incredibly nice. I can't rave about this place enough!

Who review these places? Relatives? It think this restaurant is so so. I don't think it's out of the world. One reviewer wrote that Chicken Parm pizza is die for. So I ordered one. It was not so great. I really didn't think that the pizza was so great. These reviewers make it sound like its 4 star place. Not really. I am not going back again. I can go to a better place.

Love the gourmet pan pizzas and sandwiches here. Sandwiches come with fries which is great. Staff are always friendly.

Great pizza and sandwiches. The sandwich and French fry deal is great for our family. The staff is always very friendly and kind. The parking lot can be tricky for your first visit.

I wanted a genuine Philly Cheesesteak and my local host brought me here. It was delicious and served quick. I can't speak to the pizza by taste, but it sure looked good and if I wasn't set in a cheesesteak, I definitely would have enjoyed some. I would definitely give this place a try and wish I was sticking around to sample other items.

3 1/2 stars. I think more folks need to know about this place. Having asked many people what local pizza they would recommend in and around Oreland, Mama's hadn't been suggested. Good thing there's yelp. Went with no toppings on my pizza this first time just to see how it stood up by itself. The crust is a traditional style and and was very good, although not close to being well done enough, which is how I placed my order (I'll push a little harder on the next one). The sauce and cheese were also good ... definitely better than most places in the area. I look forward to trying their specialty pizzas. Also, I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers about the friendly staff.

There are about 5000 pizza places within a couple miles of my home, but I always go out of my way for Mama's pizzas. Their specialty pies are just the best. While they might seem a little pricey ($16-20), they are large and very filling. They don't skimp on the ingredients here. They have a lot of great pies but my favorites are cheese steak (which for some reason isn't on the menu, but just ask for it), chicken pesto, and primavera (spinach, broccoli & diced tomatoes). The staff are always very nice, too.

My rating has gone down a star since my last review. It is under new management and the pizza is not as good as before, in my opinion. The pizza is a little greasier and crust is much thicker (preferred thinner crust) and not as flavorful (sauce wise) as it was before. That said, the new owner and the staff continue to be really friendly and genuinely seems to care about customer satisfaction. I will return...

Great place for takeout italian. The chicken parm is basically for 2 people and comes with a big salad on the side. Their cheesestakes and hoagies are also pretty good.

This Pizza is yum. I ate it lot's of times. The owner's are so cool. I forget their names but man. Delicious. I think that they may have gone to Saint Joe's with me. Yup. ROLL THE DICE. Father ----real Christian man! Man God Bless him! We had so much fun at SJU! Paul, that is it. You were in my SJU Math Class! Ha. Cool. DoooD so delicious! Small world. Wait you had a wedding TOO! You did some kind of fumbled speech. Your hands were shaking. Weirdo! You show that video, I will kill you.

The service is fast and friendly!!! They are very patient with answering questions when someone has never been their before. Have yet to find a pizza that I like, but have only ordered the Italian Taco. There is a lot of toppings, so food is worth the price but I prefer not only thin crust but also crunchy. Their crust was not crunchy even though requested well-done, probably b/c of all the toppings. My favorite is the chef salad. It has all the items that I like in the salad except for the hard-boiled egg. Overall, good place, good food, and reasonable price...

This is the best place to get pizza in the area. Mama's has the best buffalo chicken pizza I have ever had in my life. Having travelled all over the US, that is saying a lot. The staff are friendly and make you pretty much anything you want....always willing to try out new things. Great pizza, great prices and good people....once you had Mama's you will never go anywhere else.

I haven't eaten here in ages, but it was our old stand-by at my parents' house. They have the best pizza in the immediate area, their sandwiches aren't half-bad either, and the owner and staff are incredibly nice. We rarely ate in the restaurant, but for reasonably priced take-out, Mama's can't be beat.
