Dang. NY bagels in Wilson Wyoming. Population 200. It would be like finding a killer clam roll in the Sahara desert. Or real Key Lime pie in Kuwait. Or NC BBQ in Norway. You get the picture. They make their own bagels and they are really really good. Also, great place to sit on the river out back. Almost five stars, but for the coffee. Expected a lot more but the black coffee came in at about 2 and a 1/2 stars maybe three.

Great New York style bagels and espresso drinks. They also have a location on downtown Jackson, but this one is my favorite as on a nice day you can sit outside and enjoy your bagel and coffee by the creek. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

If you are feeling something sweet, go honey sunflower bagel with honey walnut schmear. Yum! Otherwise, the standard cream cheese with a poppyseed bagel and tomato is excellent! Get fuel before you go to the pass!

Great fresh bagels. Strangely, you can't have them toasted "because we make our bagels fresh daily." You lose a star for thinking you can't toast fresh bagels.

Maybe I can blame my slight disappointment with Pearl Street Bagels on the Food Network--Giada mmmm'ed and ahhh'ed her way through a bagel sammy here, and I said, "When me gets to Jackson, I gotta get me one of those." After waiting in a long line (a sign that this ought to be fabulous, right?) I ordered myself one everything bagel with lox. I was offered 2 veggies, so I chose onions and capers. And it was fine. OK, it was good. The bagel was soft and fresh, and the innards were tasty, but chaotic. See, I'm a little picky with my sammies...I want my stuffing arranged evenly, not for everything to be piled in the middle, giving the edges no love. Basically, I just want a little effort in the creation. And for $7, I think I should get that. Simply put, it was good--not remarkable. I've had much better for about 2 bucks less, but then again, there probably aren't too many options around.

Excellent lox and cream cheese bagel! As a New Yorker accustomed to great bagels, I have to say... I'm impressed! Several other people in our party (also New Yorkers) all liked this place so much they went back another day even though it was out of the way.

I was happy to find a bagel place upon my arrival to the West, I've got to admit, I was a bit nervous about that. So, I think the place is wicked cute, maybe 8 or so small tables inside, but when the weather is nice there are picnic tables outside along the creek The perfect place to spend a Sunday morning with the paper. Of course there are bagels and cream cheese... but my vote would be for one of the endless choices of bagel sandies, the list of toppings is fantastic. What has me absolutely sold though... a FANTASTIC latte! Timed shots and latte art are great indicators of a good drink, but they actually pull through here and serve up a super tasty cup of frothy goodness. Two thumbs up, yo! Can't forget to mention the friendly staff and cutie clientele. Two gripes: #1. I was in this morning on my way to work, and they were out of bagels. Huh?!?!!? How can a bagel shop be out of bagels? #2. They don't believe in toasting. I'm sorry, I know they are super fresh and don't need to be "masked" by the toaster, but seriously... sometimes a girl just likes a warm and crunchy treat.

Need to load up on carbs before you bike over the pass to Idaho? Here's your chance. The sandwiches are good, too. Kudos to a place with not much competition that still comes correctly with quality cold cuts. Coffee's good, but the view is better. Come on your bike or canoe, though, because the parking lot can get full and those tourists (myself included) are so distracted by the ridiculous views and the brain drain brought on by vacation that this has to be the fender-bender capital of the Tetons.
