What a great find on our way from Jackson Hole to Park City. Homemade bread, fresh eggs, special French toast and freshly brewed coffee topped off a wonderful breakfast. The blueberry syrup was also a nice topping with the French toast. If you are driving down to Park City from JH - make sure to stop for a great home cooked meal.

Tootsies has always been a yummy treat for my family and I! When we go, we make sure to get the Artichoke Spinach Dip as an appetizer and the Tootsies Specialty Pizza (without anchovies and jalapeños.. That's just a personal preference, I'm sure if spicy fishies were your thing it would be delightful). There is outside seating; however, only in the summer--you wouldn't want to be sitting outside in the winter when it's -13 degrees. Which brings me to my next point, it's decently warm indoors but I seem to always keep my jacket on while eating. TIPS & TRICKS: * Be sure to get a punch card when you go, if you become a regular like my family it's "Buy 10 get 1 Free", and luckily we remembered we had it, so today's meal was on the house! * If you're not a fan of pizza, try the sandwiches. My all time favorite is the Philly Steak and Cheese (get the au jux dipping sauce too as a nice bonus). * Lastly, make sure you snag a handful of complimentary tootsie rolls by the cash register--they are a great way to satisfy that craving for a light dessert.

Tootsies pizza place is a must whenever you are in the Thayne area. We make a special trip to this restaurant every couple weeks to enjoy all the homemade goodness. We always order the artichoke dip with homemade bread. Oh that's delightful!! For our family of 5, a large Tootsie pizza usually feeds us. We get it without anchovies or jalapeños for our little ones. Self serve drinks are available and water too. The atmosphere is clean and large enough to accommodate larger parties. They have a fun outdoor seating area for summer hours. This trip we decided to indulge in the sandwich section of the menu. To our delight, it was fantastic too! There is something about their bread that is a perfect blend of chewy goodness. I LOVE it! We had the French Dip with au juice and a Philly with green peppers and onions. Each comes with a bag of chips and a sour pickle wedge. Yum! Hints and Tips.... Call ahead and have the appetizer--artichoke dip prepared and waiting for your arrival. It takes about 15 min and when you sit down, they'll serve it up hot and fresh. Be sure to get the signature "tootsie roll" for dessert. Just a couple treats to unwrap and enjoy after you get back into the car!

Update 8-3-11 We hadn't been there 20 minutes before we managed to upend a piping hot pizza on to my daughter's lap. Naturally she screamed like a lunatic before we could get it off her and get her into the bathroom to check her out. No less than 5 staff members came by to make sure she was OK. They offered ice packs and burn cream, made us a new pizza and generally treated us right. Thanks guys. I VERY much appreciate it. Original Review 7/27/10 I'd heard good things and it only took a couple minutes to confirm that this little visit was going to work out well. They have a lovely little patio, only holds three tables, with a large grassy area beyond where rambunctious kids can work off some of that pre-lunch spazticity. Don't think they planned it that way but I was sure grateful! The pepperoni pizza was decent, the Blue Fox was very good and their Italian dressing was unique enough that my wife and I both commented on it. The service was Wyoming-polite. Sure wish we could import a few of you out to S. Cal. I totally missed the decor until I made a trip to the restrooms. A bunch of interesting, local, historic photos along with a few pretty cool Western paintings. The whole place just oozed kindness. Wish we could have come back again.

We came in for pizza which was only average. Salad was less than average. Sounds like we would've had better luck trying breakfast there! Good service though!

Exactly what you want while visiting the country! On Sundays they serve breakfast all day- classic! The staff are friendly, the food is GOOD and the price is right! Also, next door is the Star Valley Cheese factory: delicious cheese and hard ice cream, etc. Tootsie's was a favorite stop on our vacation.

Great breakfast! We had a big group of 17 and they were so fast getting everything out and everything was hot and fresh! Loved it! It is confusing that it is called Take and Bake because it's a normal restaurant...

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types.
