All new Subway here! If this review were written a couple of years ago, I would probably have given it a 2 if that. That was because the only Rawlins Subway was located in a failed strip mall that was falling apart. It had a community bathroom shared with another business. It was worn out, dirty, and super hot because the building landlord would not fix the AC. Basically, it was costing the Subway money to operate in that old location. Recently the owner invested in a brand new building with state of the art facilities and beautiful interior across the street. It is so much nicer to walk into a place that looks and smells clean. There are easy chairs, a fireplace, nice tables, great lighting and best of all.. air conditioning! There never really was any problem with the food quality. So it is only slightly improved by having some newer cleaner equipment. But having a better facility means that it is easier now to get better help which improves food quality as well. The main reason the food quality has not shifted that much is that even at the old gross location, the employees still followed the strict guidelines set forth by Subway that customers expect to see everywhere, so there wasn't much to change in that department. If you buy a chicken bacon ranch in New York, California, or Rawlins Wyoming it will basically always be the same sandwich. You can finally get a large soda/iced tea etc now! At the old location, for whatever reason, if you asked for a large soda, they handed you a medium cup. The spot where the large was covered over. It gave the place a real "tourist trap'ey" feel. At least they have large now.

It's a subway. Not much to say other than you can get a decent sandwich for a decent price.

I needed veggies my body told me so. So when it was time for lunch on day two of the Thelma and Louise "concur & regulate" road trip to Dallas we decided Subway it would be. Thankfully we found one when our tummies were hungry. I didn't really like this Subway, the food was good and they had FDA approved tomatoes which was nice and I did get some veggies my body was craving but that's it. Low lights of this Subway: * The sandwich makers were slower than molasses in July or January which ever month they run slow in. * The cashier was annoying and not the sharpest tool in the shed. * There was poo, yes fecal matter on the toilet seat so the bathroom was not used. * There were dirty tables everywhere, no one knows how to clean up after themselves here. * The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped in oh a week or two. * Excluding me and Louise the place was filled with a lot of white trash and I don't mean the Subway sandwich wrappers. If I'm ever in Rawlins, WY I will not be stopping here.

Five star as far as subways go. Very large seating area, ample menu, friendly staff and clean tables.

This is a Subway like any other in menu and aesthetics. The thing that sets this Subway apart from other Subway is the workers of the restaurant. The ladies that work there have spicy attitudes and are great to deal with as a customer.

I went to this Subway and like many Subway locations there was a wait and there were not a lot of people there but it was not too long so I got over it. The person making the sandwiches seemed curiously younger than the legal age to work in these kind of places, sandwich was still good though even if it was under child labor....not that I endorse that or anything...
