Long gone are the days of quality service and down home friendliness. Huckleberry's provides both. I always judge a good coffee shop by its cappuccino. Bottom line a good cappuccino. We had the breakfast sandwich on Bagel's and love them. A must stop in Rawlings.

Was jonesing for a proper cuppa joe (skinny cappuccino) on this long trip. Was ready for a pit stop. The reviews on this little spot were reason to make this our lunch break. The town (that's what I would consider it) was like stepping back in time. A fun excursion on the way back home. My Man ordered the Guido on sourdough and a sweet tea. He tore it up. Excelente! I had a tuna salad which was very fresh, tasty and satisfying. Have to say, though, not sure if it's because I hadn't had a cappuccino in a couple of days or what, but my cap was so strong I instantly grew a pair on the first sip! We finished off our lunch with a little ice cream dessert and a strawberry cream turnover that my hombre is still talking about. One down side is that there are no public bathrooms and the young lady at the cashier was stressed out. She must be new, in training.

A great little find in Rawlins Wyoming! Soup was great (clam chowder) and had a really nice roast beef sandwich!! Good coffee and super friendly staff!! Highly recommend!!

By far the friendliest service we had on our 4,000 mile road trip. The bagel breakfast sandwich hit the spot and they had Big Train chai! My husband got a black coffee and said it was great. We got a blueberry muffin to go which was sticky, moist and fresh. I would be a regular if I lived in Rawlins.

We were so pleased to find this gem hidden in this little town. We first came across it looking for ice cream. We enjoyed their delicious ice cream and variety of flavors. We liked it so much we decided to head back for breakfast in the morning. We ordered various types of egg sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, and specialty coffees. We were very pleased with all of it. Thank you for your great service and delicious breakfast. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back in.

Fantastic lunch stop on the drive through Wyoming! Wonderful service, delicious sandwiches, and great ice cream. If you're looking for a great place to eat off I-80 in WY, Huckleberry's is it!

Great coffee, great breakfast food. Nice staff. Sign the guest book if you're just passing through; one couple was headed to Alaska.

Perfect place for fresh tasting food and great service. I would continue to stop each time I work in Rawlins. The place was clean, cheerful, and welcoming. I am certain that the locals are happy that Huckleberry's is open! Did I mention it is the only reliable espresso stop?

Huckleberry's is the only coffee shop in Rawlins, It has lots of coffee drinks, some breakfast and lunch food items and ice cream. The food and drinks are good but be prepared to wait a LONG time for even a drink. I have been in many times and it always take a long time to get something.

Huckleberry's is a diamond in the rough. Their coffee selection is amazing and the food is incredible . I love stopping in for breakfast on my way from the Sinclair plant to my hotel . The breakfast sandwiches are made to order, so fresh and hot is what you get. The pastries are homemade and just right on the level of sweetness, not overdone. The only thing better than the food and drinks they offer is the employees. Always helpful, nice , funny and they make you feel at home as soon as you step in the door . When I head back to california I'm gonna miss stopping in here.

Absolute gem, and on the drive from Denver to SLC on i80 the pickings are slim. Definitely the #1 place to go to on this route in my opinion. Delicious espresso, breakfast sandwiches, and run by the nicest people you could ever meet while traveling.

Wonderful little cafe in an otherwise uneventful breakfast town. I was not a huge fan of the regular drip coffee (tasted a tad over-roasted, but still better than Starbucks or the hotel coffee). The breakfast sandwiches were good, my Mom had the breakfast bake and liked it (although kind of heavy), and the pastries were divine. I'd recommend the pumpkin walnut muffin.

Best coffee & lunch for hundreds of miles... Drove a few hours here instead of succumbing to the gas station & fast food and it was well worth it!!

This was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had everything was microwaved including the eggs. The hashbrowns were actually Tater tots that were microwaved and soggy. The coffee was burnt and so I could only drink about two swallows. Go to Penny's diner on the other end of town and you will have probably one of the best breakfast you can have been Rawlins.

Wonderful little shop on the main drag in Rawlins...definitely a bright spot in town. Owners are super nice and accommodating...food is delicious. Baked goods made from scratch are worth the stop. We had breakfast Sammies, lunch menu looked great as well...wish I would have asked for a milkshake to go!

The service is friendly, the drinks are "okay," and the eggs were obviously frozen pre-made patty things... The owner also made fun of us for ordering juice telling us, "People don't usually order juice and they only keep juice in stock to make smoothies." Really? So juice is in stock but you don't sell it? They also seemed put-out every time I witnessed a customer ask to use the restroom. Oh, and they burned my espresso (awful bitter taste). You're probably better going over to McDonald's for a drink in the morning. Here's hoping Starbucks moves in now that Rawlins is getting their very own Wal-Mart.

Such a cute little coffee shop. Their signature huckleberry mocha is delicious. They also have a great veggie sandwich and assorted pastries to drool over. I've never tried the ice cream, but I'm sure I will this summer. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

We found this fabulous place on our trip from Missouri to Washington. The huckleberry mocha was to die for! In fact, every coffee stop since has been compared to it. We will definitely be stopping again on the way back. I will be sad to get back home to Kansas City and not have my huckleberry mochas anymore.

Love the coffee and the food a regular part of the week. The ice cream is the best in summer.

Got stuck in Rawlins due to a snowstorm, and needed a spot to cool our heels for a couple of hours. This is the perfect place to do just that. Owner was very welcoming and offered advice about keeping an eye on the highway, and then proceeded to make great coffee. Brought out a chalkboard for my two-year old to play with, and let us make ourselves at home. When we finally hit the road, we took along made from scratch muffins. One word: AMAZING! (And that is coming from a baked goods snob...) Standard ice cream parlor chairs, only suggestion would be to add a couch or something to flop down on. But, if we ever get stuck again, we know right were to go!

Food is just 'ok' here. We had 2 breakfast sandwiches. Small, skimpy is best description. Our first time in. Good ice cream too and friendly staff, free wifi...just right. Good coffee items, but you gotta pick up the food quality level, I would imagine to survive and flourish. Cute store tho.

So cute! The closest thing you'll get to a fresh cup of real coffee. Just make sure you're not in a rush to go anywhere. Great small town feel with good old fashion customer service!

They have an awesome selection of ice creams here! A Campfire Marshmallow ice cream, a Key lime pie ice cream, even fricking Cherry Amaretto! Really great flavors, super creamy and delicious. They had a ton of coffee, ice cream and fruity drinks and an awesome looking panini sandwich menu - too bad I was still super full of country fried steak from up the street, because they sounded incredible. It's a very cute little spot - colorful paint and chalkboard menus. When we were there they were busy working on the adjacent storefront as part of an expansion. I wish I could have packed the whole thing up and taken it home with me. Maybe minus only the requisite annoying teenaged staff.

This is a coffee/espresso/sandwich/ice cream shop. It's adorable. They have wifi. They have great ice creams and lots of coffees. They have leave-one-take-one book shelves. But they are slow and they are expensive and their product is not that great. It's nice to have an espresso shop, but they are no better than McDonald's. Their sandwiches are WAY overpriced for what you get. But the people who frequent there are pretty cool and the owners are super-sweet. So, I'd recommend it to anyone--cuz you have no other option. And it's closed on Sundays and by early evening in the winter--and they didn't have any regular coffee brewed when I was in there about two weeks ago on a Saturday morning. The reason? They have new owners and the owners weren't sure anyone wanted regular coffee at a coffee shop on a Saturday morning...seemed like a bad move considering a pot of coffee doesn't cost too much. Anywho, check it out for yourself--I gave it four stars cuz it's well worth the trip.
