Every year when we come through we make it a point to pull off this hidden burger place, that appears in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere is really Kirby, Wyoming...which is famous for, well...nothing, but is becoming a cool little town (population 57). It now has been chosen as the home of Wyoming Whiskey, which started production and will begin selling in the next year or so. I ordered the buffalo burger supremo, supremo being you have ham on your burger, which was different, but very good. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a very good, inexpensive burger, chicken, home cooked lunch or dinner

Great little diamond in the rough off the highway from Thermopolis to Worland in central-ish Wyoming. Friendly, the best burger (really) and they have 12 year old Jameson's.

If you staying in Thermopolis it is worth the short drive to go to Butch's. Check their hours before you drive out though because they aren't open every day. We got an appetizer that was deep fried bell peppers and onions and it was amazing. My husband got the buffalo burger, I got the steak fingers and the kids got kid meals and we liked them all. The dining room was very laid back and the staff was very friendly. If we ever get back to the area we will make sure we eat here again.

Road tripping out west. Saw a sign and so glad I did. Cheap tap beers and an amazing Bobcat burger later. Happy I made this stop. Pop. 96 plus maybe one more if I can eat there everyday....

One of my past favorite places. However it is starting to slip. Dining room had half the tables removed for a pool table and dart board. Not the things I look for when I go out to eat. Last time we were there they were out of fried chicken on a Saturday nite! How does THAT happen? Got a pretty undercooked burger. Steak fingers just "ok" now. Time before that I got served chicken that was actually still frozen in the middle. In the last 2 months I have experienced more negatives than in the previous 36 years. Don't want to list them all. Take your chances. Some nites are good and others not so good but definitely not the place that I previously praised.

If you're looking for a place to grab a burger for lunch or a fun bar to eat dinner at this is it! Killer burgers, fun atmosphere, quick service. Great if you're stopping by off the road too. We make a point to stop here every time we head to Greybull.

Burgers were good. Dive bar/restaurant. Have a good tap beer unique to the place. Quick service and reasonable prices.

Stopped in for a drink after driving by the Wyoming Whiskey distillery. It was a fun crowd and smoke free, surprising for a small town bar. We'd already eaten but everyone was raving about the food. Hopefully, next time I visit I'll be able to get a little Wyoming Whiskey with my meal.
