Great service and super clean. Try the Jalapeño Double or the southwest salad. The Yellowstone documentary on the TV loop is a nice touch. Tell Alfredo I sent you

This one is clean, modern, with a western feel. Food came out quickly, people were friendly!

Of course, this is McDonalds. The food of course is blah. That aside, this is the best place in Jackson. The service is amazing! The manager is always offering a helping hand, whether it be a refill an a soda, or an offer for a dessert. Also, this is a very clean and nice building. Not trashy at all. If you are looking for somewhere to go in Jackson, visit Ronald the clown.

I've never been to another McDonald's where you actually get table service. The manager circulated around the whole restaurant checking to see if anyone needed anything (refill on your soda? Apple pie for dessert? A glass of water?). This is the best McDonald's in the world!

Very nice backdrop of the wooded mountain side! The staff was very nice!

Ignore review that says this McDonalds blows the t#ts off other McDonalds. It is a normal McDonalds except no self serve drinks and service is slow because it is very busy.

Well first of all it's McDonalds for Pete sake! It tasted just like every other McDonalds I've eaten at. But I must say we were asked by an employee if everything was alright AND asked if we would like refills while sitting at the table. That has never happened to me before at a McDonalds. The restrooms were very neat and clean. If your looking for a McDonalds fix, this is a good one. Do I give it 4 stars for food? No, I give it 4 stars for service and cleanliness. The food gets 2 stars simply because it's a freaking McDonalds for crying out loud!!!

This McDonald's was clean, updated, and friendly. The food was normal, whether you like it or not. The service and atmosphere push this rating to four stars. Lastly, the booths made seating very favorable.

Does Jackson have a law against trans fat or something? The food at this McDonalds tastes different from all the other McDonald's in the world. It tastes like they prepared it without using grease or oil or something. I don't think I have ever had McDonald's food that tasted anything like this. It's almost McDonald's created some kind of high-end restaurant just like how Grand Lux is Cheesecake factory's high-end brand. I've first came to this McDonald's when I was 11 years old, so it's got a lot of sentimental value to me. I used to spend 3 months in Jackson every year when I was a kid. During my youth in Jackson, I used to walk here everyday with my friends after they got off school. So whenever I pass through Jackson , I always stop here for a little bit. So I guess due to sentimental value, I will always give this place 5-stars even if the manager shoots and stabs me during my next visit....

I ate at this McDonald's several times during my stay in Jackson, because I needed quick food options preceding or following long days on the road photographing in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons NPs. The quality of the food was fine. No issues whatsoever in that respect. Service was friendly and quick. Points are deducted because of two issues. First, their deliveries come during breakfast hours and obfuscate the dual drive through causing an accident hazard. Second, despite repeatedly asking for no cheese on my biscuit, this lactose intolerant fellow got cheese on his biscuit. Lucky I saw that, or my trip could have been to the bathroom. Pay attention, McDonald's...

I just stopped in this McDonald's to use the wifi, and was blown away. I've been to a lot of McDonalds' (I do a lot of road trips) and this is by FAR the nicest one I've ever been to. It was sparkling clean and they had Hot n Spicy McChicken sandwiches, which I can't get in California and am slightly addicted to. Beyond that, the service was amazing. They brought the food to our table AND periodically came around to offer to refill our drinks! It was like I was in a sit-down full-service restaurant! When my laptop was about to die and there was not an outlet available, an employee actually offered to let me use her personal iPad. How nice is that? And when my boyfriend and I were discussing where to get dinner that evening, another employee overheard and made recommendations as well as giving us directions to our chosen restaurant. This is the only McDonald's where I've left a tip, because the employees totally deserved it.

Hey, it's McDonalds, I know. But the owner/manager always goes out of her way for us; even going as far as refilling our drinks while we are seated. It is always clean and the service is better than most other high-priced restaurants in town. The recent remodel is tasteful and comfortable and the food is consistently good.

Best McDonald's! Not that I eat at a lot of McD's, but you can't beat that it is in Jackson. We ate there a couple of times to off set some of the costs of our other meals. It seems a little ridiculous to pay for the very expensive b-fast at our hotel.

I hate mcdonald's but this is a classy joint - a craftsman-y, western-y mcdonalds in jackson. I guess McDonald's can construct an attractive restaurant if they want to.

  • Jeff L.

it's McDonald's...everyone knows what it is and how you usually feel after eating it. As much as I hate it, I sometimes like it. I give it 2 stars because I like their breakfast on rare occasions and they recently added a chicken biscuit (real chicken not foam) which is pretty good...and sometimes I crave their fries.
