I thought this place was great , the service was super attentive, the cornbread exceptionally moist, and I really enjoyed the Georgia mustard on the side. I ordered the two meat platter with beef brisket and rib tips although they initially forgot to bring the rib tips out, they had them out to me very rapidly and were nice enough to exclude them from the bill. Since they got the food out so quick, I didn't think this was necessary, but it is a testament to their attentive service. Together with the food, the overall experience made for a great dinner, Casper is lucky to have this solid BBQ restaurant.

I sat at the bar, and the service was a little slow. However, I can forgive them that as the bartender was very busy. I ordered the full rack of Memphis dry rub ribs w/steamed broccoli and green beans. I was pretty disappointed. The ribs were rather dry, and the rub was much too spicy to really enjoy the meat. The outside of the ribs was almost kind of burned, making the whole thing a little uncomfortable to eat. Also, the green beans side consisted of exactly 4 beans in a broth with a bunch of potatoes. C'mon, really? I did not try the broccoli, unfortunately.

Like every new restaurant that opens in Casper, it has been super busy. It's a chain. Casper kind of lacks a good BBQ joint, so this is more or less by default the best BBQ place. Dave's is good BBQ, not the greatest on earth, but pretty damn good nonetheless. What gets them 5 stars? Portions and service. Once we got seated, waitress had drink order and back with drinks in under 2 minutes. Appetizer took less than 3 minutes. Food was there in 4:49 after the waitress took our order. They are far faster than Burger King for crying out loud. Service in Casper tends to flat out suck at most chains compared to their national average standard of service.. Famous Daves has good service, good food, and served FAST. Like it was cooked by Ninjas that loved pulled pork vice sushi fast.

This place should not be able to be associated with BBQ. We almost ordered one of everything on the menu and passed it around the table, there was not one thing I ate more than two bites of. If you think that this is good food, or even good BBQ, then you have never had "good" BBQ. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Really love the food of Famous Dave's. I took a star off as the corn bread was overcooked and slightly burned the two times I've eaten here. As the corn bread is my favorite item. Service is great!

Too hot for the sauce... I come here when I'm in the mood for some really hot food, I love Wilbur's Revenge straight up on everything - I admit my taste for spicy food exceeds most people's tolerance and preference but its nice to get barbeque scaled up to my level of intensity once in a while. I've always liked what I ordered and I love the mac and cheese side dish. Staff are attentive and respectful, atmosphere is a bit loud and edgy at times though I roll with it and get a charge out of it.

What an awesome restaurant! I called at 11 and asked them to get a meal prepared for 30 people. They helped me figure out what I needed, made it up for me and loaded it in my car by 12:15. They were pleasant and helpful and the food was fabulous!!! Great job y'all!

Great food, love the Ribs and they have great BBQ sauces to choose from. The burnt ends are great and you can compliment with the various sauces that are available right at the table

Had the catfish for an appetizer. Brisket and hot sausage for dinner. Everything was great. Hard to beat Famous Dave's. That's coming from a BBQ snob. KC has the best BBQ and Dave's is somewhat close.

I stopped in for lunch on a Monday and had a perfectly crispy, creamy, Caesar salad and 12 oz Ribeye. It was as near perfect as it gets. My server, "Famous Scott" was attentive and friendly. I'll be back!

My favorite restaurant so far ... Love this place, service is good and food off the chain! Coming from Texas I enjoyed the bbq here more than the one back home!
