Five stars for the area Coming off the grade from Cody was looking for a restaraunt and it was approaching 9pm saw this place thought "uh Chinese food in Wyoming ?" They were pretty much the only thing open. So we gave it a try Very good experience good food ! The kung pao was really tasty my dad had the Hong Kong combo very good. Would definitely eat here again and recommend this place to travelers.

Not the worst nor the best, portion size is good and staff was friendly. Ordered family dinner and while the main courses were good, the crab Rangoon, shrimp and egg roll definitely needed some help. I would eat here again as I said it wasn't the worst food.

To be smack dab in the middle of Buffalo WY this place isn't too bad. I'm here on business and I had just drove in from Rapid City. I was hungry. Staying at the Hampton Inn (recommend!) the restaurant wasn't far away. I drove to it and was a bit scared off by the outside look of it. No place to park...dirty. Alas! Hunger wins out! I go inside and the waiter is very kind, seats me right away. I got the egg drop soup, not bad, the egg rolls, pretty good, hot tea, pretty good and the shrimp rice noodles. It was all a decent meal. I think everyone in Buffalo decided not to cook that night though because half way through my meal 20 something people came to eat. I got my dinner to go and everything went well!

I used to think this was the best Chinese restaurant in this area. Not a major claim since Sheridan and Buffalo are culinary wastelands, but it was certainly better than the two choices in Sheridan. Apparently something has changed. Just returned from having lunch there. The Chinese was as bland and mediocre as is par for the course in Wyoming. The pad thai my wife ordered reminded me of something made by Chef Boyardee. Just awful.

So good! Got in just a few seconds before 9p and the staff very graciously sat us. Ordered the Thai iced tea which was quite delish. Had the chicken rice noodles and the chicken curry. The rice noodle dish was similar to pancit and flavored perfectly. The curry was incredible!!! A very complex and layered flavor profile. Just outstanding. Both waiters on staff were friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

Family of 4, all very satisfied with our meals, fresh quality ingredients, large portions for a little more than $50. Service was great and food came to the table steaming hot and fast.

After spending five days in Buffalo my son and I decided to "change it up" a bit and try the "hole in the wall" Chinese restaurant we'd been walking by again and again. Now we have a fantastic "hole in the wall" Chinese restaurant back home that can't be beat so we felt no trepidation walking through their door. Our server was very attentive, never allowing us to feel ignored. The pot stickers we ordered for an appetizer were almost as flavorful as the best I have tasted. Our entree's were very palatable and served with an abundance of fried rice on the side. In addition to our server's excellent service, one of the owners, Tommy Vong, stood in the shadows, hands clasped behind his back surveying all of the tables and approaching each to fetch more beverages when he sensed a need. I congratulated him on his and the staff's attentiveness and he informed me in a most humble manner that they have been in business for just over a year and already won an award for best service in town. This I readily believed. I would not hesitate to eat here again when hankerin' for some Chinese.

We had a great meal here last month. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the portions were huge, and my picky daughter loved her food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
