As someone who doesn't like flat grilled burgers (I like them cooked over a flame grill) I was surprised at ow much I enjoyed the burger here. It was fantastic! Great selection of different burgers and a couple of non beef options too. No children allowed in this bar setting so a nice quiet reprieve from many of the noisier options on the road. Good food at a great price. Would eat here again.

If you don't stop here while passing through it is your loss!! From the outside it does look small but once inside the first thing you will notice is how exceptionally clean everything is, even the filters in the grill top were sparkling! We sat at the bar and watched our food being cooked and once our food was finished the grill was cleaned and sparkling again! Now the burgers, I had the all American witch typically would not be anything special but this one was. We were told the meat is special ground for Annie's by a local butcher and it was very tasty. My burger was served on a toasted bun with fresh vegetables. The service was extremely friendly. Don't pass this one up!

Pleasant surprise. Stopped for lunch while traveling. Quality meat used in burgers. Exceptionally clean. Moderately priced. Will stop again when traveling through. No one under 21 is allowed on premise.

Great food, friendly conversational atmosphere... Actually, it's a bar with good bar food, and it has gambling machines so no one under 21 gets in (they seriously have to buzz you in!) Small, and wow reasonable prices for great food fixed while you watch. Didn't charge us extra for asking them to add extra cheese to the burgers. And a can-o-Coke was only $0.75. We sat at the bar to eat. There were a couple tables in a side room but the bar was fun. Annie isn't the owner... Not even connected to the place any more (ask about her). Nice for a change.

So glad this was added on yelp! It was such a treat compared to the chains in that area. The front door indicates absolutely no children & 21+ only. (Which I love). It's more of a bar setting, & kind of small, but very nice and clean. You can see the grill from the bar, so you watch, smell & salivate while your meal is being prepared. An older lady greeted us with a smile and a joke. (My kinda place!) We were just passing through, & we had already picked out what we wanted while on the road. Brohan had the Beef-Bacon-Bleu burger & he can be a burger snob, so I was pleased he said it was one of the best burgers he's had in awhile. I went with the fish sandwich & it was good too. I regret not trying a burger, so will definitely be back! A+ service, A+ meal, what more could you ask for?!

Found this gem on Yelp and enjoyed it completely! My sister and I were on a road trip from IL. We planned a quick lunch at Wendy's. However a bus was unloading as we arrived. I checked my app and found Annie's just down the road. You have to be 21 to enter, which meant no school buses would be unloading! The parking lot is small and the building isn't huge either. Also note, this is a CASH only business. We both ordered the Brunch Burger and fries. The burger was advertised as having a fried egg,cheese and bacon. Having arrived after normal lunch hours at 1:30, we found the waitress to be quite attentive! The food was good, hot and plentiful. The menu isn't extensive but has several options to burgers. The seating would be very limited had we arrived at normal lunch or dinner times. The building was very clean and nicely decorated with what had to be a woman's flair. I am basing this opinion on the fact that the toilet tissue was a quality 2 ply tissue which is every woman's dream and rarely found outside her own home. The one negative was the amount of bacon on our burgers. One scrawny slice... You can have too little bacon but can never have too much!!

Have seen this place right off the highway down from Cracker Barrel and have been curious. Stopped in today and it's really good! As it wasn't on Yelp yet I added it so people will have a good option from fast food burgers. Give it a try!

Passed through the area on a short vacation last weekend, and wanted something other than fast food. The burgers were hot and juicy, and the jalapeno poppers were spectacular. The 10 minute time quoted by the waitress was more like 35, which almost made us late for our evening engagement, but we made it, so no harm done.
