Horrible. I've gone 5 times now and every time I order the same drink and end up having to give it back because it's made wrong. I've also only dealt with one pleasant person there, everyone else seems to always be in a bad mood. Don't think I'll ever go back.

I was stupid enough to visit this Dunkin Donuts twice this week! Horrible service! Wait times are insanely long. And they don't listen to what you want. I'm done. New management, hire competent employees OR shut up shop. Why the hell am I spending my hard earned money in this place?

Person at the counter was disgusting. I was the only customer in the store (first hint). I think she must of been on her break because she definitely didn't want me there. There was a very small selection of food items and what was there was probably made the day before. When I made a comment about the small selection the girl at the counter looked away and rolled her eyes. I told her I would go somewhere else and she walked out of view. Probably to go back on her break.

This place is a waste of time. I think the donuts were 2 days old at the lease. Also, this dunkin is never open, I swear it is never open unless you get here at like 10am.

I've had terrible experiences here before, but today was enough. Walked in at 453 pm. One lady with 3 kids getting ice cream and a what appeared to be a landscaper covered in grass with his head down on a table sleeping. 459 I get to order a iced tea and a quart of ice cream (hand dipped). At 503 said landscaper walks out with a girl how was working a DD. At 505 I get told they have no quart or pint containers. I get a refund and a prepackaged quart. Out the door at 509. In the time I walked in, my girlfriend drove to panera, ordered, picked up, and was waiting for me. I guess the rely on the fact that it is Dunkin and people will still come regardless.

I would give zero stars if possible. Donuts are OLD and hardly covered with glaze or icing. And they messed up the drink order of course. DO NOT waste your time and money.

Eveytime my wife and I go here they make her drink incorrect. When we ask to have it fixed, they customer service goes way downhill. This last time we asked to just have our money returned. The lady sneers at my wife walks away from the counter. Several minutes pass and someone else finally comes over and provides her with a refund. As she leaves the back room floods out with associates talking down about my wife.

Charged twice for an ice cream cone. Refused a refund or another cone. Counter help was taking selfie instead of taking orders. Personal hygiene of employees is disgusting. At least they could brush their teeth. Store is dirty. The only cleaning is done with a dirty rag. ..
