The food at Ritzy's is better and somewhat more varied (only fast-food place other than Wendy's I've ever seen a baked potato on the menu) than you'll find at most chains, but what really sets Ritzy's apart for me is the ice cream and milkshakes! They've usually got 10-15 different flavors of fresh ice cream on hand at any given time just ready to be made into a magnificently delicious milkshake! This place is also something of a local landmark. If you're from out of town, want something quick, but don't want to go someplace you can at home, try these guys out! They're not far from exit 11 on I-64.

Their shoestring fries are awesome! Make sure you get a side of cheese to dip them in! The only restaurant that I will get a burger at, they are delicious! They have the best croutons... better than any large chain or higher end restaurant. I always get a pepsi with vanilla flavoring but they have many other flavors to suit your fancy. Visit GD Ritzy's, you won't be disappointed.

Unfriendly, young cashier with no personality. Quick cooks though. My burger was good but my mom's shake tasted like the icecream was freezer burnt.

Super nice staff. Very welcoming with the friendly and inviting hometown feel. Food is cheap and affordable but yet delicious and bursting with flavor. Great to grab on the go or to dine in!

I've been here twice in my ten years at Huntington. The first time the meat and the fries were both unseasoned altogether and the staff really didn't seem to care about the customer. I figured this was probably just a fluke, so I just didn't return for a few years. Until the other day. Same experience. Two burgers with baked potatoes, a hot dog, a soda and a milkshake costs 18.60. Go to Cookout. Go to Crisps. For much cheaper you can get much better food made elsewhere. We went through the drive-through. We were told that our food cost was going to be 18.60. At the window they told us that they did not have the milkshake flavor that we wanted so we asked for it to just be taken off the order. They then ran the card before I could get a chance to ask if the current price reflected that the milkshake had been taken off. I still asked and was told that it was, however it wasn't. I don't care about a few bucks - I care about being lied to because the cashier doesn't want to have to go back into the point-of-sales system to put the money back. No seasoning at all was on the meat. It was a a bad burger. I'm not just saying that because of the experience was lit by a bad encounter - it was honeslty a bad burger. We gave them to our dog. When we got to our destination, we also discovered that our potatoes did not come with either sour cream or butter, and we were not in a place where we could go back and request it. A plain potato is a boring potato, so we threw these away. The only food item that was used as we wanted it used was the plain hotdog, which we got specifically to give to our dog. This is one of those places that if someone tells me that they honestly enjoy then I no longer respect any food suggestions they have from that point forward.

Fantastic local diner near the hospital. My mom works at the bank nearby so we frequent GD's on her lunch break. They have some of the best burgers in the city, definitely a style of their own. With a multitude of toppings to add to their dogs and burgers and an incredible ice cream/dessert selection this is the perfect spot to come when you want a gut filler.

Good food, great shakes, TERRIBLE service! Only once have I had a pleasant experience with the employees (it was on my first visit so I went back)... Besides that, I have had mumblers on the intercom, orders made incorrectly and employees who act like I am inconveniencing them by being a customer. You don't have to treat me like I am anything special... You don't even have to be nice but don't be so unpleasant that I get anxiety just thinking about dealing with the attitude...

Super delicious chili any way you like it. Friendly staff. Very clean. Much better hours than most places. Soft crushed ice in sodas. Try it and you will love it. I've been eating at RITZY'S restaurants for 30+ years I can never pass it up.
