Gave this place another try, as before food was good. However once again the wait staff just blows at this place.

This place sucks all around. Party of 16 took an hour just to take the order. We were the only people in the place. When the food came out two people got cold soup, one got an undercooked steak, two got overcooked steaks and one never got a steak at all. Everything got sent back. The server never checked back for drink refills and brought the checks before everyone was even served. Everyone in this place should be fired. Seriously in need of some retraining for everyone in this dump.

We have been to many TGI's in many different states and usually have our favorite plates... but boy was this time a let down. Service was horribly slow with only 3 tables and 5 or more waiters. Our food didn't come out until it was cold and sadly burnt. The poor people that came in after us was still waiting to place their order 30 minutes later. Refills? What are those? Then to top it off the manager was standing next to the 3rd table talking away for an hour while the staff were nowhere to be found. Never will step into this establishment again.

Sloooow service with terrible food. If your looking for a quick meal this is defiantly not the choice. They also cost us 50 extra cents for a little cup of honey mustard, and added on for just little things and they don't tell you it's going to be extra cost.

Service was slow, plenty of crew at 1:30pm with almost all tables empty. Waitress slow on service, didn't check our table very often. Other tables were unattended for a long time also. Seen other servers just talking to each other. I got confused and ordered the wrong entree due to a word added on the meal i wanted, the meal i ordered by mistake had sizzling in the name were the one i wanted didn't. Also, the chicken was blackened, were it wasn't mentioned in the menu, even though i ordered the wrong one. Overall, not a bad place. Just wrong day and wrong time.

Service is bad and you get charged for extra fees which no one discloses when you order. Decent food and nice decor and great commercials but doesn't live up to the hype.

Arrived in at around 5pm on a Saturday, the place was around 1/4 full. I was seated at the bar, where the was one other person, seated on the opposite side, and told that someone would be over to take my order in a couple of moments. The 3 bar staff were too busy doing ANYTHING else to even notice me. I may as well have been invisible. I stayed there for close to 15 minutes until finally giving up and going elsewhere. Dreadful service.

Don't generally review chains - also don't generally go to chains. We have plenty of them but the only one I keep returning to is this Fridays - I almost always go with the pot stickers and the chicken skewers - med style - a perfect bite. Tonight I meet a friend before a movie - got there first and ordered her drink and our food prior to her arrival. The staff was attentive enough to ask when she would arrive - waited till she was walking in the door to pour her drink and brought our food out at the perfect time. The staff was great. I like the food too. My night with my friend is always special and this place helped us leave happy and satisfied and ready for our movie - thanks to them - a lot of people forget that dining is as experience and the staff can experience can make awesome food bad and chain food awesome - for me this was awesome

I and my family went there one evening, not too late about 7pm. we got our drinks and ordered just fine. appetiaers came out with entrees close to an houir later. One entree was not what we ordered at all. we let them know but said we would take it because of such a long wait the first time. we had specified 3 checks when ordering., they broiught one and it was wrong. The manager was very evasive and seemed like he wanted to hide instead of talk to someone. we finally got the mangr. over there adn he said he would take care of the check, and split it the way it shoiuld be. well almost an hour later we are running him down again for the check.another 15 minutes later, my son finally got up and went over to him and said, look we are not waiting much longer we sill walk out if its much longer. instantly we got the bills they were right, but we couldnt believe he didnt offer to take some% off the bill. I wouldnt go here at all do not recommend it to any one.
