  • I can only attest to the carry out pizza, and the pizza is the best we have had in the area! The pizza is fresh, with quality toppings, good balance of flavors, and always ready on time. The only thing I would like is for them to offer a larger delivery area. We live just under 20 miles away so I know I am dreaming for pizza to be delivered that far out. A girl can dream though!

  • I can only comment on the takeout pizza which was EXCELLENT! We picked up, one of sausage, onion, green pepper and one ham and pineapple. They were fantastic. The place was large, bright and clean and the service was friendly. The menu looks good too, next time we are in town we will be back for sure.

  • The pizza was good, taco pizza wish it was shredded lettuce and not chucks. The thin crust was good and the toppings pretty good. Good pizza and the spudster so good and so worth the calories. Service was fine.

  • What kind of a pizza place only delivers in a 5 mile radius? I called today to order pizzas to a friend's house 8.9 miles away and they refused to deliver even though I explained the extenuating circumstances of the family's crisis (ever heard of adding an extra delivery charge?). No compassion whatsoever.

  • On the Friday before Saturday's Birkie cross country race I discovered my favorite pasta/ carb loading place in Spooner is shut (RIP Jerseys Bar & Grill). So I stopped here at 8 pm. The bad news is they don't offer pasta but the good news is a worker considered my request for a recommendation and thankfully directed me to the excellent Spooner Family Restaurant where I ate great pasta. It's very considerate to help out a visitor especially when it meant sending me to a competitor! So I came back to eat appetizers here Saturday night after skiing the Birkie & pigging out on pizza in Hayward. I highly recommend their 'spudsters' (the best upscale, inexpensive tater tot like treat ever made!) and I liked their very tasty wings! They also serve Leinie's! Great tasty appetitzers, great service & very helpful staff! I'll update my review after trying Denelies pizza & salad bar the next time I'm in Spooner!

  • Perfectly adequate pizza/pub restaurant with very reasonable prices and personable service. We arrived too late for the lunch buffet, but sampled a wide array of their pub-style food. I was allowed to dress up my buffalo chicken sandwich at the salad bar, which I appreciated. The fried food was good, and me and my SO got our first taste of "pizza fries," which are widely available in Northwestern Wisconsin pubs, but unheard of in Chicago. Basically, pizza fries are thinly-sliced cheese pizza with sauce served on the side for dipping. Very cost-effective appetizer at Denelies. Normally Danelies Pizza serves beer and cider, but it was unavailable when we visited due to a registration snafu. Mostly macro brands appeared to be available by bottle.
