This place was has new owners and was completely remodeled. The interior is a vast improvement from the old place, The food is excellent includes Chinese and Japanese food, Sushi etc was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Serving alcohol as well. Ignore any of the older reviews as they are previous owner and renovation, there is no comparison between the 2

A very good choice for decent Chinese food. Restaurant itself is redesigned quite nicely with a small sushi bar. A huge upgrade from the previous China1. I haven't had the sushi yet, but really tasty Lo mein as well as Hunan beef, chicken with veggies, etc. four stars, especially for Asian food in this area of the state.

In the past we would go to this place and order the usual Chinese fair, but recently they added sushi to the menu at and although price he was quite excellent. The place itself is kind of noisy and busy at times and the food is usually very good but I highly recommend the sushi they did an excellent job and it was very delicious.

There isn't an extreme selection for the buffet but there is enough available. The pricing isn't too bad either. Take out leaves a lot to be desired but I rarely do that anyway. What do you expect? It is a small restaurant in a small town. It is good enough for what it needs to do.

Yum! We've gotten great food every time we've been there. The staff is very friendly. We'll be back!

Aside from the woman at the counter screaming at the cooks in Chinese, the Chinese pop music, and the flimsy plastic silverware, everything is great. Order takeout and try the General Tso's Chicken.

We ordered a large amount of food from here to feed about 10 people. We were visiting friends and my wife and I each took one bite and gave that look to each other that this food sucked. We didn't want to upset the festivities and quietly ate a few bites and left the rest to be eaten by those that did not seem to notice how awful this was. I tell our story this way because I want to illustrate why places like this stay in business. Bad taste. It seems that there are a lot of people that don't know that food should have flavor. If it looks like food they eat it and lots of it. It is kind of sad. I am told there used to be a pretty good Chinese restaurant in town that was in the old Republican House but that went out of business. Hopefully this town has another place for Asian food. If not, their fortune reads, "out of luck".

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
