When I lived in Pardeeville, I got pizza from Galaxy on the regular. Despite coming back to the area on occasion for business and to see family, I haven't had a pizza in them for awhile. Don't get me wrong: the pizza is great--especially for a place in such a small town. The one with Italian seasoning on it is especially tasty. The workers were always nice; they once let a check my father forgot to sign go for awhile without trouble because they knew we'd call them out again within a couple of weeks anyway. Hell, we once even consulted (jokingly) consulted the delivery woman about which color we should paint a wall--she was a good sport. Their non pizza options are also very good. I used to love the big salad they offered; it was a meal in itself and had a ton going on. So why don't we get food here anymore when I'm in the neighborhood? Prices, and I feel bad for saying it. When they first opened, the prices were very reasonable, maybe even a bit low. But they rose steadily, and before long it was difficult to get dinner for less than $30. At that price, we had might as well go out and get a great meal from a sit down place. It just got to the point where we could no longer justify paying for the pizza.
