My second time eating cheese curds while in the La Crosse area for work with a colleague. Very yummy. I also love the decor and the lake view.

I give one star because I was not able to get a hold of them. This number has been disconnected and no one was able to connect me to this restaurant because no new number was provided. I really wanted to try this restaurant but unfortunately we did not make the drive to check if it was even open any more. Maybe this restaurant has closed? If so please update!!

We popped in after 9pm to dine and were greeted by a friendly hostess that seated us right away. We were a little concerned as we noticed they stopped serving at 10. Not once did we feel rushed or unattended by our server, Danielle. She was awesome! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was romantic. Make sure to save room for dessert! We will certainly add this pace to our small list of favorite places!!

Best view in the La Crosse area. Well done menu, special touches, some unique menu choices. Congrats to the chef. Manager Elizabeth was flawless with a special party and McKenzie at the bar was awesome. Waitress Ashley did a great job!

Yes they get 5 stars. I came in on a short notice. I had limited time but was greated so kindly by everyone here. The back bar and bar is immaculate. So clean. That is attention to detail. I ordered a glass of cab by suggestion of the bartender. GREAT CHOICE. I ordered a Caesar wrap. Delicious. The fresh made fries were killer and seasoned just right! Clean. Good to eat and friendly. It is worth every penny spent and I would recommend to anyone. I will be back. Prost!

I was really pleased. The outdoor setting is beautiful, wine affordable and servers are great. The shrimp cocktail was as good as any I have had on the coast and the salmon was melt in your mouth perfection. I hope this place sticks around!

The restaurant owner, Barb H., contacted me after my last review and really went out of her way to apologize for the service that we received on our first visit. Apparently during that time, the restaurant was understaffed and the staff was not as well-trained. We came back on 8/7/14 for a special occasion, and Barb personally saw to it that when we returned, our experience was nothing short of the best. I was surprised that she reached out to me, but even more impressed with how she handled the situation so promptly and with such integrity and care. The wait staff was very welcoming, polite, and attentive to us, and judging by observations of other customers, it appeared that they were being treated with equal quality of service. We enjoyed the Thai chili shrimp appetizer, and following that my girlfriend had a wrap and I had the coffee-crusted ribeye. Our meal was excellent and the difference between today and our first visit was striking. We are glad we went back and are very grateful to Barb and her staff for their hospitality and professionalism. I strongly recommend this establishment and I am glad to have given them a second chance.

We have tried the brunch at Seasons by the Lake several times hoping it will get better. No improvements. We have had the Sunday brunch, the breakfast buffet and recently was there for the Father's Day lunch. We read the menu ahead and really thought it sounded good. The salad bar is okay, just not a big variety. The fried catfish was not not cooked enough, the spare ribs were just that very little meat and little flavor. They advertised beef brisket which we assumed it would be a smoked brisket - no just an overdone beef roast. We did enjoy the Carolina BBQ. The cauliflower had no seasoning whatsoever, the spinach stuffed potatoes were okay, the carrots were quite tasty and the roasted potatoes were good. Then the desserts, we ate at the second seating and the desserts were all a big mess; obviously the pecan pie was not pre-sliced and was a "glob" of pie as well as the varies assortments of cakes. The cakes looked like store bought birthday cakes. Really it was disgusting looking. For graduation last May we took our son's girlfriend's family for the breakfast brunch and were most embarrassed that the food was cold and the food was not being timely refilled. Clemson can do better than this; we have been to many Clemson sponsored events at the Madren Center and found the food at these events to be good. Years back we would boat over with our friends for the Sunday brunch and it was very good. Seems when they remodeled the restaurant, the food went downhill. We would be willing to pay more for higher quality food.

Had lunch in the tavern and it was very good. The crunchy chilli shrimp was surprising and delicious. We could have stopped there and been happy but we ordered burgers and they are the best in town. They were cooked to perfection and the garlic mayo put them over the top! If you're like me, and I know I am, you like a nice side of steak fries. They are hand cut and the portions are generous. The micro brew selection is also extensive focusing on Wisconsin and the Midwest. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Went to Seasons last night to check it out. We were excited as we looked at the menu online. The outside of the building is very attractive and in the spring summer and fall, I'm sure the view is amazing. We went for a dinner in December so had no view. The interior of the building is very nice, decorated well and the bathrooms were clean, modern and warm. The dining area is nice but it was cold and with the high ceilings, it was very loud. The place was half full so can't imagine the noise when packed. The food was flavorful and we liked the options. Got the cream of mushroom soup but had to send it back because it was cold. One guest ordered the Penne and had to send it back because it wasn't even warm. She wouldn't fuss about anything so it must have been cold. I had the pork chop with glaze, au gratin potatoes. The potatoes were excellent and piping hot. The chop was tough and barely warm but the flavor was wonderful. Another guest had a prime usda ribeye. He said it was OK. He said it was a 6 or 7 out of 10 for a 30 dollar steak. I'm not sure why the food was cold. Maybe our order got held up because we did wait a very long time for our food and the place was not 50% full. Anyway, when you drop 150 for 4 people for dinner, I expect Otto be top shelf. We will try in the summer for a lunch and a view but most likely not for dinner.

Great food. Got the chicken trio. To die for. If you get a window seat it's a great view of lake Onalaska.

Tried the French Onion soup ......really good and filling. Then came the Shrimp Wrap with sweet Thai spice sauce....that was really great. Loaded with fresh-tasting shrimp, cooked perfectly. Also...on Monday nites, 3-6pm tap beer is $1....yes!! ONE dollar(lite beer ) very cold. Service was really good...courteous, helpful. Ahhh...that beautiful view over the lake with a setting sun....WOW! Groin' back...just say'in'..

I was not expecting this place to be so good. Not sure why. I suppose I thought it would be decent and average. However I can say they had one of the better steaks I have had anywhere and I have been very lucky to have been to some pretty high end steak houses all over the world. Must be the quality of meat they order and the know how to cook it right. I had the rib eye with a side of mushrooms, grilled asparagus and this bowl of super cheesy potatoes au gratin. Everything was extremely good, well presented and the prices were reasonable. Service was very, very good. All in all I was impressed with this place and am giving it a rare 5 star rating. I hope to go back here for special occasions.

I've been to Seasons a few times now. All dining has taken place in the Bar area, not the restaurant (yet). As a vegetarian, I find the menu limited, but know they will improve the options as the Restaurant grows. I had the Caprese Salad twice now and it's wonderful! I look forward to many visits in the future!

Thought the food was alright, the Mac & cheese side is less than desirable, even the server tried it at the table and said it was nasty. Definitely want to try it again. Service was good.

Went there just for the Friday fish, but after looking at the menu, can't wait to go again. The ambiance was beautiful, the service superb and the fish was the best we have eaten in the area... ever! We thought we were under-dressed (sweatshirt type tops and jeans, but apparently, you can be casual or dress up for the occasion. Great bar menu also. Not just deep fried stuff like most of the places in the area.
