We took a chance and tried a new place for a fish fry and were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted at the door by who I can only assume was the owner with a genuine smile and it made you feel very welcome. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 beers that we hadn't had before and loved them! A peach Hefeweizen and a Kentucky bourbon ale. Delish! If you are into bourbons they have a huge selection. Also the craft beer selection was great. We ordered the fish frys. One breaded and one beer battered. We both actually preferred the beer battered which is different for us. Both were great. The only critique I can offer was the coleslaw was boring. No flavor at all. Service was great although they were slow due to Muskegos first football game. We will be back!

Great food and and service. We ordered bacon wrapped meatloaf, turkey burger, A lone star burger, and a Greek salad with chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious and my son ordered a second side salad because the balsamic dressing was out of this world! All five of us said we would go back in a heartbeat. Superclean, friendly staff and would highly recommend. The only thing that I don't understand, is why there weren't more people there?!

Great atmosphere for such an unassuming place! Didn't eat but we definitely must. Cocktails and high end bourbon selection is excellent.

After learning about this place from a friend of my husband's, we decided to stop in and check it out. From the outside, the place looks very unassuming. We almost drove right past it. The inside of the place, however, is very nice. It is clean and has an open concept layout, which I am a huge fan of. The bartender/server was a very nice gentleman. He was very helpful in explaining the menu to us and answering our questions. They have an extensive drink menu, including a large selection of, you guessed it, bourbon! They also have several beers on tap and in bottles. The food is excellent. It is a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. They have something for everybody here: soup & salad, burgers, chicken wings, a variety of entrees and more. For my meal, I had the baked five cheese mac. Topped with bread crumbs and oven baked, it is AMAZING! For an extra price, you can add chicken, pork, shrimp, soy chorizo, or veggies. I opted to have the shrimp added. It was Heaven in a bowl. My husband had the classic fried chicken sandwich. It is buttermilk chicken tenders, served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and honey mustard mayonnaise. It was served with a side of french fries, which were very tasty (I know this, because I snuck a few of the fries from his plate!). He loved his meal as well. They also have daily specials, including a Friday fish fry. I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will be back, for sure.

This was my first time at this establishment. Not very busy for a Sunday evening. If you're not paying attention, you could easily drive by this restaurant. The prices were a bit high, but the food was great. The food was piping hot, and served fairly quickly. They had a very extensive list of bourbon. The drinks were made using a shot measure. So, no heavy pours or short pours here. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Had one German import beer that was about 2 months past it's best by date. The bartender and server, was very attentive.

This is such a wonderful addition to Muskego. They make vegan friendly food, and the cooks are very aware of vegan food and how to make food to fit your needs. The inside looks beautiful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and provided me a great first ever glass of Bourbon.

The place was empty when we walked in on a Wednesday at six which made me nervous but that didn't last long. The bourbon selection was amazing, I enjoy bourbon too :) The michters boulevardier was a fantastic beverage choice. Our app was very good, my pesto chicken wrap so fresh and delicious but the burger was the best we've had in a long time. The temperature was perfect and it was seasoned which is apparently a rarity around here. The meat melted in your mouth. Service was great and the price was right. Definitely recommend!

Great service and great drinks and pretty good food !! I had the swordfish and it was absolutely delicious. It was served with a Greek salad on the side and that was also very tasty my boyfriend ordered a pork dinner off of the comfort menu and he was not very impressed with that he said that it tasted like shoe leather and he really liked my swordfish a lot more. But his garlic mashed potatoes were very good as well as his baked beans. For my drink I ordered a old-fashioned sweet and it was very delicious but I don't think it was too strong. I definitely recommend this place I like the atmosphere and the music was nice I will be back!

Horrible experience tonight!! We waited 15 minutes at our table without being greeted at all. Finally, I got up and told the server that we need service. He was busting his butt, and made a point to try and take care of us after that. He said he had no idea that we were his table I guess? Anyways, he was nice and that's about the only good thing I can say because the food was not good. I don't mind paying those prices for really good food, but this was NOT good. The fish fry was disappointing. Frozen fries, really?? and my husband ordered the Country Chicken. $16 and it looked like 3 breaded chicken patties with gravy. Sooooo mad!

Good restaurant and bar. My Reuben was fantastic! The homemade potato chips were also great, as were the fried green beans we had for an appetizer. My husband had the ribs and garlic mashed potatoes. He was not happy with either of those choices. The real selling point of this place is the bourbon stout that they have on tap that you can't get anywhere else nearby. It was great! Overall it was good as long as you order the right things. Definitely get recommendations from your server. I don't remember our servers name but she was fantastic. Everything she recommended was great. (She didn't recommend the ribs.) It's a bit of a drive, so we probably won't be back. But if you are looking for great bar food, this is a great choice.

Nice atmosphere and the food was really good. I had the chicken pot pie which presented very nicely and had great flavor. Hubby had a burger which was not medium rare as ordered, he would prefer restaurants be up front if they only do medium or well done. Other members of our party had the rueben sandwich (rave review) and the shrimp and scallops Alfredo dish, also very good. Sauce on the Alfredo could have been thicker but flavor was great. Overall nice experience, tasty food and we will be back.

This place is a sleeper. Great food that exceeded our expectations all the way around the table. Nice beer selection too. Try it, you will like it.

We had the bruschetta, which could have been toasted a bit more, was still doughy. However, it still tasted wonderful. Entree was the 6 cheese Mac with bacon. This was very good. You can choose from several meats to add to the Mac. Also had the power salad that was also very good. We ate at the bar and the service was friendly and timely. Will definitely return to try other menu items. Craft beer selection was pretty good, didn't try any of the bourbon. Nice addition to Muskego.

Great menu and a great burger. I really enjoyed the beers on tap and in bottles. They have quite the selection to choose from which makes it fun to stay and try other types of beers you may never have had. I would recommend this to anyone. Only complaint I can say is that the signage is not very good and it doesnt look too inviting on the outside. Its just Williams supper club repainted blue. But dont let that fool you, the inside is fantastic.

Sauced was one of my go to places in Muskego. I noticed the menu was very similar now that they are Suburban Bourban. I had eaten at sauced and had been satisfied 90% of the time. I ate the Sunday chicken which I assumed was going to be a piece or two of fried chicken, but it was pan fried chicken cutlets. This was very disappointing. The red eye gravy was not like any red eye gravy I have had before and everything lacked seasoning. My mom had the mac n cheese with chicken. It was so hot she had to pour it out onto a separate plate for it to cool enough to eat. I had some and it was good although needed seasoning. My dad has the meatloaf which I didn't try but it looked very good. We also shared two desserts one apple pie and one pumpkin spice creme brulee. Both were cold which was unusual. They were tasty but slightly disappointing. My two cents. Please season! Also it would be nice if they added a few more entrées especially since the fish fry isn't available every day. Maybe bring back those pizzas! Always have a good Moscow mules though. We will go back.

Disappointing experience last night, our first time trying this local eatery. It was packed for a Friday night and we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait, which we were fine with. We were seated within 20 minutes to our surprise. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The server staff took 25 minutes before ever approaching us and it seemed as though we were being ignored as two different servers were waiting on tables adjacent to ours. When the server finally approached us she asked if anyone had taken our order yet...so clearly they did not know who was assigned to our table. We ordered crab cakes, a cup of clam chowder, shrimp and scallop linguini and cod fish fry. We then waited for another 20 minites before the server checked in with us to refresh our drinks. She took that drink order and then disappeared for nearly 30 minutes...no one checked in, no one brought our food. My husband was getting ready to walk out when the server appeared and my husband asked if we were going to get our drinks. She seemed surprised that we needed drinks almost as if she didn't know we had ordered them. We waited another 15 minutes and then the bartender brought them out. Our entrees were delivered. ..no appetizers and no soup. My husband asked where those were and the server headed back to the kitchen. My fish fry was good...hot and fresh. My husband's meal was bad. The linguini was overly starchy and the scallops were cooked but cold. The server came back to check on us without the soup and crab cakes. I told her I didn't want the soup but my husband said he still wanted the crab cakes. She said, "okay, I'll go put the order in." And she walked away...we were flabbergasted that she hadn't yet put the order in. When the crab cakes came they were under cooked and mushy. I had to spit the one bite I took into a napkin. We sent them back to the kitchen and asked for the check. To the credit of the restaurant they only charged us for the 2 drinks and 2 entrees. I was so disappointed with this experience and will mot be back.

I had to write a review after my third time eating here. The menus (both food and drink) are better than anything else in Muskego. I've had different things each time I've been here, and it had always been great. You can usually tell it is made from scratch. My one gripe, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is the service. I ate at the bar once, and everything was great, but at a table with my wife and daughter, things take a steep decline. Tonight I had the fish fry. The fish was cooked perfectly, but was served barely lukewarm. They also gave me an insane amount. I took home 1/3 of it. Whoever would want that much should be going to a different kind of restaurant (buffet maybe?). The homemade chips served with it were room temperature. I asked for a combo of potato pancake and chips, but apparently the waitress forgot to mention that to the cook. The "jalapeño" slaw was very bland. Seemed like just cabbage, carrot, parsley and mayo. The worst of it all was waiting more than 10 minutes for a beer refill after the waitress came and asked if I wanted another one. I had to stare her down and point to my empty mug for her to finally bring it. This is a small restaurant, there is no excuse for that. Hopefully the problems were just this one waitress. If it wasn't for my previous excellent experiences here, I would have only given 2 stars.

My husband & I stopped there on a Sunday night for light dinner. This was our first visit and we were very impressed. Since this was the first Sunday that they were open for serving food, it was somewhat quiet. Only about 4 other people eating at the bar, so we decided to eat at the bar as well. The atmosphere is very upscale and relaxed. The owner/bartender was very attentive and gave us great suggestions on the menu. I had their bacon-wrapped meatloaf with honey roasted glaze and quartered red potatoes and asparagus. It was truly delicious, especially the meatloaf. My husband had their single barrel roasted pork with Jim Beam honey BBQ sauce. He said it was the best pork shoulder he had ever tasted. If you like scotch or bourbon, this is the place to go. They have a wide assortment of both. Also, a great selection of beers. We can't wait to go back. Oh, and I agree with a previous comment regarding the outdoor signage. It was hard to see and we drove by the place twice before we found it. But, now that we found it, we will be back...and often!
