Where is the beef? This is false advertising for $5.59 Beef should not be green and only 3 small slices. I would have been more satisfied if I actually ate the $5 bucks. Stay away from this particular Arby's

I again stopped and ordered a 5 for 7.95. From what I can guess, The FIVE FOR 7.95 ISN'T OFFERED ANYMORE. Sorry I'm a little mad. I believe that management should inform employees how to inform massively loyal customers of this error in judgement. Please Arby's let us all know the truth!!

Unlike the other reviews, I really like Arbys. I stop in a couple of times a month. I have a few favorites that I get and that's about it. Love the coupons, you can get some great deals. Staff - hit or miss. Ironic that the nighttime staff tends to be better than the day time staff. I always see the same people so this is my personal preference. They are always friendly though and I have not ever had to return something for being made wrong.

The Market Fresh is probably my favorite fast food Sammy out of all the large chains. While I doubt they buy any of the ingredients from the market, or that it's anything close to fresh, the sandwich is pretty tasty anyhow. The rest of the food, well, it's just run of the mill fast food. Come to think of it, it might look and taste like fast food, but it sure doesn't come fast. Be ready to wait on everything outside of roast beef, especially if your wife enjoys chicken fingers. 10-20 minute waits are pretty common here. The employees are nice, but sometimes are strange. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady working seemed to be trying her best to do a Mo'Nique impression. When I started to order, I said "May I have the #8 combo please?". That was followed by "No". Just when I was waiting for the sitcom laugh track or a rimshot, she said "No, I'm just kidding! Go ahead with your order." OK..... I'd like to say it got less awkward after that, but about three more groan-inducing jokes followed. I don't know if she was about to audition for America's Got Talent, but maybe she should stick to fast food. Speaking of awkward, when I pulled up after ordering, I spied one of the girls from the old neighborhood i grew up with in the car ahead of me. I was just about to yell out her name, and then I figured I'm a few pounds overweight now, ordering $25 in food from Arby's. Not a good look. I slunk down in my seat until she pulled off. The joys of adulthood.

My husband and I live very close to this location so it's convenient when we're in the mood for some fast food. We ordered a Jr. Turkey and Cheddar kids meal, a Jr. Ham and Cheese sandwich, a Smoke House Brisket, a medium roast beef sandwich and a small creme brulee shake. While we were there an older lady brought her cup back to the counter and told the employee there was some black specks of dirt or something else floating in her drink. The employee very politely told her to leave it on the counter and he would take care of it. He then grabbed a new cup, checked it, and handed it to her (continue reading to see why I mentioned this). When we got home the issues started. - The turkey sandwich was cold. (We found out later they don't heat the turkey - which is a surprise to us). - The turkey sandwich also had what appeared to be old and dried up cheese on it. - The curly fries were also cold (came in the kids meal). - The ham and cheese had no cheese on it at all. We went back, told them about the issues, and they remade the entire kids meal as well as the Jr. Ham and Cheese sandwich so that everything would be fresh. They also gave us a free small soda while we waited because of the inconvenience. As we were waiting, we noticed the cup the older lady brought up earlier was still sitting on the counter and nothing had been done about it. Once back home (again) with our food, the sandwiches were hot (they heated the turkey sandwich for us) and so were the fries. The brisket was not good and tasted slimy. The roast beef was "meh". I have had better roast beef sandwiches from them. Their turkey on the sandwich tasted old and there was hardly any cheese on it at all. The ham and cheese had barely any cheese. For a moment I thought they forgot the cheese again on it - that's how little cheese there was. The shake was the only thing good out of what we ordered. I am highly doubtful that we will be back to this location again and we may not go to any other Arbys locations either.

I really like this Arby's! They are always super friendly and say hi when you walk in the door. They ask for your name if you're eating in so they can call your name when your food is ready so it seems more personal. I usually have to wait 5ish minutes for my chicken strips because they always have to make them fresh since they don't have them sitting around waiting to be ordered. Works for me - I'm getting fresh food! Their curly fries always seem fresh which is great. They also have a couple of employees with disabilities and they do a great job. It always makes me happy when businesses really are equal opportunity employers. I'll always go back to this Arby's for that sole reason alone! Added bonus - they have free wifi!

I said when I signed up on Yelp, I would not review fast food places, but I have to for this occasion. I'm not sure it is Arby's in general, or just this location, but the beef and cheddar I ordered looked like two buns, some arby's sauce and a slice of meat. If it wasn't for the Arby's sauce, I would have been really upset. (I like Arby's sauce). My wife ordered a chicken sandwich that was a mess, and just not good. Arby's lost my buisiness.

This place is the worse i have ever went to in my life. The works are rude and always mess up your order as well as cold food. Never go through the drive thru, or complain to main manager. I had 4 problems last 4 times i went. From the manager having his people goofing around while i wait 30 mins for a roast beef combo and when i got it all was cold, wait soda no ice and warm. No straw thru drive thru. Wrong order paid more for wat i got and repeated 5 times no tomatoes got them anyways. When i went in cause allergic told manager he got vip cards and threw at me. The whole place from the kids smoking outside and picking nose and went to work not washing hands to the food cold and two piece of roast beef on sandwich while cheese isnt melted I dont recommend this place to the homeless.
