Vietnamese Noodles Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Good Pho for $8-10 a bowl. Probably the best in the area. Mango bubble tea was very good. Eggrolls were so so. Fried rice was good. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Would recommend! As of 4/8/15: no longer serving Banh Mi and no longer have lunch specials. They should update their website and menu. Overall a good dining experience.

Vietnamese coffee isn't Vietnamese coffee. It is more like Folger with sugar and milk. The fried rice is delicious!!

My first time experiencing pho - so I don't have much to compare it to. But, my friend was an expert and she always goes there! They waited on us promptly. Food was served quickly. And the food and presentation was great! Had the specialty pho and spring rolls - both were delicious. Would definitely go back.

For being in mequon this place is as good as you will get if you want Vietnamese food. Pho was OK but lack the spices. Menu has a lot of selections. But they do not have the traditional banh mi sandwiches:(

Ok after couple of tries at this place i have to lower my rating to 3. Ok so i ordered a Bum-mi to go and asked the mayo dressing to be on the side so the bun doesn't get soggy. So i go to pay and the 5.99 sandwich is billed at 7.99. So i ask why it's more and the lady says that carry out they add on ?? Like really where does that happen? Why should i pay $2 more to carry out..... Anyway i didn't wan't to argue over $2 and i was too hungry. I just paid and came back and opened the sandwich. For all the extra charges they could have at least put a spoon or knife to take the Mayo side out of the little container to the bun.....

They've been in business for a year and I just heard about them yesterday. I'm slipping. Had lunch there today. When you enter, you can pretty much sit where you want. Someone will come to you with water and a menu. After you dine, you might have to go to the counter to ask for your bill and pay it. That seemed to be what I saw others do today so I followed along. I ordered Fresh Spring Rolls with shrimp ($5.99) and a regular bowl of Pho ($5.99 for lunch special pricing. The large bowl was $6.99 at lunch. Regular price is $8.99 and $9.99, I think. The menu was a little confusing and I didn't care enough to ask). The spring rolls were filled about 60% with lettuce, so that was the primary flavor and texture I experienced, fairly ordinary. The peanut dipping sauce was solid but I ran out because the rolls needed moisture and flavor so I over dipped. I'd likely try the fried egg rolls or Sugarcane Shrimp if I make it back. The Pho I selected was #9, the Special Vietnamese Noodle Soup, which is Pho with the works: rare beef (not pink but light gray in color because it essentially was cooking in the hot broth), well-done beef, well-done flank, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. All of the meat was tender and tasty. I was impressed by that because usually one or two types of meat will disappoint. The rice noodles were great, too. What wasn't so great was the beef broth. It lacked the rich flavor I look for in a pho. The good news is that the table had hoisin sauce, sriracha, fish sauce, and chili paste, so I could seaon the broth to taste. So that worked out alright and I was able to save my pho. A side plate with Asian basil, sprouts, jalapeno slices and a piece of lime wedge was also brought out. I used these items to add some flavor, as well. Overall, not a bad first visit. I saw Bahn Mi sandwiches on the menu but it was covered over with paper and tape on the lunch special menu, but I still saw it in the sandwich section of the regualr menu. I asked if they still served it for dinner and he said no but then said yes bahn mi. Clearly a break down in communication, but I didn't need a bahn mi, so I let it go. I'll go back another time and ask. If they don't have them, the menu is large so I'm sure I can find something else to try. If you go, they seem to prefer that you order by menu item number. When I named items and pointed to the menu, he repeated with the item number and others around me were ordering by item number. The restaurant was very clean and the decor was very modern. It certainly looked newer than a year old. My visit was 3 1/2 stars due to the lackluster spring rolls and disappointing broth that I had to breathe some life into.

I think for Asian (it doesn't only service Vietnamese food on the menu), this place is decent for the area. My friend ordered the Pad Thai. Flavorful, but not authentic at all. I ordered the Chicken with Onions. Quite flavorful, but again, not authentic Vietnamese. It was more Chinese. Overall, a tasty meal. Very pricey though, for Asian food. Each dish was about $13.

I ordered the Pad Thai and was satisfied overall by both the taste and the size of the entree. However, the service is extremely slow. My guess is that the waitress and/or manager haven't worked in the service industry long. Waitress didn't ask if any of us wanted drinks, so we didn't order any. Every interaction seemed to take about 5 minutes longer that it should have, and the place was half empty. The menu is a bit daunting, with every variation of everything given a number.

Nice place and nice decor and on a Wednesday night they were very busy, maybe overwhelmed. The food was good but not great the restaurant has a clean modern look but has some hygiene issues I'll get to later. The Pho was good with slices of rare and well done beef and medium rich broth. The secret to me in good Pho is the broth and theirs was ok but nothing special. We saw several orders go back to the kitchen from other tables and while we were eating. The service was erratic at best as poe person took your order another brought it out our appetizer a third answered a question regarding the menu and a fourth brought us our main courses. My wife having never been in a Vietnamese restaurant she played it safe and ordered the house special fried rice which was very good, especially the Vietnamese pork used in it had an exceptional taste. However when my wife asked a question about it before ordering she was told that there were cashews in it. No cashews were in the dish and when she asked a different person said that there cashews were not supposed to be in her dish. So you couldn't get a straight answer on it. Also the fried rice was pricey at $12 Shrimp Spring rolls were tasty but nothing special and served at room temperature ( a little scary when seafood is involved) Hygiene: Now I've been to some Vietnamese restaurants that make this place look sterile in comparison but they put silverware on the table in a centerpiece with the fork/spoon end up so the only way to take it is from the end you are going to eat off of and the only way to pick up a utensil requires you (and whoever else sat there before you) to touch all the ends of the silverware to get one piece out ( I'm really surprised the health department lets them get away with this). Also another pet peeve of mine is greasy floors. as I practically slid out of the bathroom and it was clear that I had stepped in something very greasy as my Vibram sole was very slick (sorry but its a gross feeling). All in all I will give them a second try and hopefully they can work out a few of the kinks but for now I think the Vietnamese restaurant one exit south on Brown Deer Rd at I-43 Pho Hai Tyuet is a better value and a better restaurant.

Just so so, they stop offering the sandwich. Pho is good as usual. Spring roll is bad. The owner is good, but he always forget things, but it's ok. I will go there when every time I have no idea to eat for lunch.

I've been back a few times since my review and I love it. My team and I have been getting lunch there once a month and we all love the food. There was one service hiccup on a busy day, but that was only one time.

Ordered pho with rare steak and shrimp spring rolls and they were pretty good, though nothing exceptional. Pho broth was pretty flavorful and portion sizing was good for the money. Spring rolls had too much lettuce and not enough vermicelli in my opinion, but were still ok. The restaurant has nice decor, a clean modern feel, and polite staff. FYI they are cheaper at lunch/have lunch specials that might be worth checking out.

Well, it's more like 3.5 stars but I rounded up. Restaurant is pretty cool inside, it was cool by the door too, but that didn't bother me too much. The appearance was very clean and tidy too, that was a big plus. The service was great and attentive. Price was very affordable. I got the #1 appetizer and #9 Pho. Spring rolls were pretty good, better than average. The Pho was good but I've had better. I wanted a few more meats and the taste of the broth was a tad bland. However, it seemed to taste better near the end. But overall it was a great hot meal on a freezing cold day. And the quality of the food seemed very good and fresh so maybe im being too picky The menu is pretty big so I will go back when im in the area. Oh, I almost forgot, they have a cool looking patio so I want to check that out in the summer

I love the food here especially when they advertise a $5.99 lunch special but when we got the bill they charged us full price for the pho. They told me that they ended that special and the menu was wrong and we still had to pay the full price. Another table next to us brought that up as well and same response, we ended that special. No respect for customers. No more coming here .

Good Good Good pho' . Listen ya'll- i'm from a city in CA that is nicknamed little Saigon...where the pho' runs a plenty. I've had plenty of pho, and this is GOOD pho! The broth is tasty, the noodles are plenty, they give you the fresh basil, bean sprouts, limes, jalapenos. and the prices are spot on! I've had there pork sandwich as well which was really tasty.

I noticed this place in the strip mall by Panera, and was very intrigued. I was excited to check it out with Rick R. over our lunch hour. We were able to nab the last table for two and were watered promptly. The first thing I noticed was the the decor was great - very modern and clean. The second thing - this menu is HUGE! The items were separated out into sections like curries, vegetarian, noodle/rice etc. We started with the fried veggie spring rolls. They came out quick and there were four. It came with a lime chili sauce which was very sweet and balanced the saltiness of the fried goodness. We both noted how flavorful the rolls were, filled with spices and fillings. Rick got the curry, which he said was good. I got a number 111, which was noodles, chinese broccoli, onions, and maybe some other stuff. I specified my mushroom allergy, but it still came out with mushrooms in it. I sent it back and they offered me a free pop while I waited. I declined, and it came out pretty quick. My issue was that it was such a thick sauce, and didn't have much flavor. The noodles were all stuck in a big glob on the bottom of the dish, so I had to cut them with my fork. The service was fine we had a couple servers bouncing between talking to us, and when I asked questions, the server didn't know anything about the menu stating that he was "new". Well any industry jobs I have had required extensive menu training before handling tables single handed. Oh well. I would probably come back here when I am eating meat again, as those dishes looked good. I'd say pretty up there in pricing as well.

Had the grilled pork w/ steamed rice and the special vietnamese noodle soup in the past. Both are really good. With the pho I would suggest getting the small bowl over the large. The small bowl is quite large itself.

Very quick service and attentive, too. We got waited on immediately and got our food in a matter of minutes. The Asian decor is pleasant and everything was clean. I liked the cloth napkins embroidered with the store name and logo. I wanted to walk around and admire the framed hand-embroidered Vietnamese landscape tapestries gracing the walls. The broth for both the beef and chicken pho were tasty and we wanted to drink up it all up. The beef and shrimp bun was okay. The iced Vietnamese coffee could be more intense - I think that perhaps it needed more of the chicory taste and more condensed milk. I'm glad I have this place to go to on the north side now that my favorite pho place has left the area.

I stopped here based on Yelp and my love of Pho while waiting for a doctor appointment (I'm not from the area). The restaurant interior is beautiful and not at all what I expected. Uniquely tiled floor, lovely lighting, nicely blending wall color...wow, everything right down to the cloth napkins, seating, and wall decor is well done. I was seated immediately and brought water without asking. A well dressed man took my order and he smelled so nice! Not something I usually notice. I ordered the Pho Ga and was served promptly. The chicken tasted fresh, the broth wasn't the best I've had, but it was good. I liked the fresh green onion and white onion that was in it. There was a good amount of chicken and noodles. I had the regular size bowl and was sufficiently full. The price was about $8 which was reasonable. The service was friendly and fast. The only thing I did not care for was the large screen TV - I think it detracts from such a lovely restaurant. The program that was on was Divorce Court....really? Ugh. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stop in again if I'm in the area.

Ambience, beautiful. Food, meh... kinda sucky. Totally Americanized and the price was way too high for everything. I would agree that the pho is my determining factor for this place. Was tasty but very plain... they were light on the pho condiments. What I really wanted was the pork chop dish with egg but it was $10.00 and the picture looked like it was a pitiful looking thing not worth paying much for. Banh mi sandwiches and lunch specials were a thing of the past as indicated by the big taped down messages on their menu. Spring rolls were like $6.00. Uh, me thinks not. No banh xeo, no bun bo hui, no banh mi... just...no.

Decent - Not great, but decent. Measuring Vietnamese restaurants often comes down to the Pho. Well, the broth needs to be richer, but it is still tasty. I've had much better, but options on the North side of Milwaukee are scarce for Vietnamese. Their lunch specials are a really good deal. Their Bun dishes are OK - about average but still tasty. You can pass on their spring rolls. One thing I can say is this - the place is clean. Considering the norm in Vietnamese restaurants in the Midwest, that is saying something. Normally these are places that you wouldn't want to see the kitchen in, but this place is good for cleanliness.

After waiting patiently for months on end for this place to open, it has finally opened its doors a few days ago. My colleagues and I go out for pho or Vietnamese food, in general, every Tuesday for lunch, making a drive to the place off of Brown Deer. This place is closer to our work so we checked it out the other day. The decor of this place is really nice. They have a custom flower light fixture that is really cool. The tables are made of what seems to be pounded copper. It is really quite the classy-looking place. The menu is extensive, so I would check out the website first since they have tons of pho, noodle, and rice dishes. I got the #12 Pho (Rare Beef and Flank - I had them just prepare it with the rare steak since they don't have an option for that on the menu.) I also tried the #28 stir fry dish. I was thrilled to see that they have so many non-pho options, too. No Banh Mi sandwich, though, but the best one is just down the street. The pho broth was really good and they have the garlic chili sauce and Sate (fried chili paste - VERY spicy) by request. The pho is good but not the best I have had. The stir fry dish was really good, so I would suggest this place to get good pho and great stir fry and other Vietnamese dishes.

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food! I personally love the pho here, but other dishes like the special fried rice are so good here too. 5 stars for sure!!

Mediocre food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I just saw two tables walk out because they waited so long to be waited on. No one working here noticed. It's busy but not THAT busy... and patrons are being pretty darn polite for the awful service. The irony is that there are 5 people serving and rushing around. A "waitress" JUST walked in to her shift; at 1pm during the lunch rush?!? The line to pay is about 7 people deep and I can hear "but I didn't receive my egg rolls" or "what was your order again?!" The vermicelli with beef and spring roll salad I had was so underwhelming I don't even feel like I need to talk about it... I didn't even get any water refills. When I paid my bill, they tried to charge me for an iced tea ordered but never received. Ugh. This is the first time EVER, in my dining experiences, I didn't leave a tip.

Last week my wife got a hot tip on a Vietnamese restaurant that was described as "better then Pho Hai Tuyet". Knowing my love for Vietnamese food and my loyalty to Pho Hai Tuyet, this was a must see. The positive: -It was clean -Food was good -Staff was friendly The negative: -The food was not as good as Pho Hai Tuyet -The portions were smaller All in all it was good and if I was taking somebody who has never had Vietnamese food before, this would be a solid start with a nice clean look. If I'm looking for the best tasting.... I'll stick to Pho Hai Tuyet for my palate.

A completely unexpected stop, we came to Vietnamese Noodles after a movie. This place doesn't mess around. Their Pho is on par with the best I've had. I'll definitely remember this place the next night we have a dinner and a movie date.

To make a long story short. I did not try any of the soups I heard they are worse than others by far. I wanted a few spring rolls as they call them egg rolls there. I purchased them for my spouse. So $5.99 for two pcs not cheap. The total came to $6.85? Almost $7 for two spring rolls? I seen there was a misc fee of 50 cents for what not sure besides the tax. I was in a hurry. I asked are they made on the fly or pre made I was right made well ahead of time but It took over 20min to get the order with a dining room almost empty at peak lunch hours. The kicker was I did not get fried egg rolls that I picked out they gave me cold rice wraps instead how nice of them. They also had laundry sitting on a booth bench spread out really? How lazy of them along with an employee eating at a four top table alone no room in back? I would love to inspect this place more and the kitchen! They are always hiring, and I see why. Poor service, bad food, unprofessional, and they nickle and dime customers ! Get your your stuff together, and read your reviews or move elsewhere a very unwelcome place to eat in such a nice area !

Great place! If you love pho noodle soup, you must go. Excellent service and the place is very clean. I will be making this a regular stop. I ordered the vegetarian noodle soup size regular and a ice coffee. 10 buck..,wow...what a deal. FYI - I could not finish the regular size so the large must be huge. Enjoy!!!

Officially liking it better than Pho Hai Tuyet. I had the pho and the fried rice. Fried rice was definitely better than Pho Hai Tuyet. The pho was really good. Broth was not chickeny, but beefly as it should be. The veggies were all fresh. The meat was on the spot. The size was perfect. (I had the regular) Price was great - lunch special makes it great. Atmosphere was clean. what else can I ask for???

Okay I understand that this is the only place to get pho for the locals by mequon . But you're better off saving your money and travel to a better place. The service is horrible ,I never waited 40 minutes for a bowl of pho and a pork chop plate .and some crowd before me got served first .we ask the waitress to bring us the menu again and she never came with it. The pho both taste salty and ramen noodle seasoning . Low quality Vietnamese food.i will never be back .

First time here and was happily surprised .. Good portions and prices for the pho.. Only tiny complaint is noodle to broth ratio slightly off.. More noodles would be good .. Vietnamese spring rolls were pretty tasty. Not as good pho hai tuyet But very happy to have this in the northshore area. Because there is hardly any authentic ethnic food on this side of town ..!

Having been turned on to pho from some of the phenomenal places down on Argyle in Chicago, I was stoked to hear about this place when I came home for winter break. It has tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere, and I'll definitely be coming back. The place is well-decorated without being ostentatious. Tables, chairs, lighting are all neatly ornate. There's a TV on one wall, muted the whole time we were there, and smooth jazz was the nightly music choice. Kenny G isn't my cup of tea, but since the seating arrangement is very open, some background noise was nice. Service was great. Attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. I had the rare beef, well-done beef, and tendon pho. My dad got a sauteed beef dish on vermicelli (can't remember what it was called for the life of me), and we got pork spring rolls as well. As far as the pho, it was very solid, the only downside being that the broth could have been a little more flavorful. It was rich without being too fatty, but I prefer it with stronger spices. The beef/vermicelli was stellar, as were the spring rolls. Both main dishes were $8, and the spring rolls were $5-6. All in all, a quite good restaurant that I really welcome in Mequon.

Four of us went here for dinner on a Sunday night. We enjoyed each entrée we had, including Phô, and various iterations of Bún or Bò. We stayed with the charbroiled shrimp and pork with either vermicelli or rice noodles, plus two items with seafood including scallops, shrimp and squid. We had an order of egg rolls as an appetizer; they were crisp and flavorful. Everything we had was tasty and enjoyable. Often Asian food places lack a nice aesthetic and atmosphere, but we enjoyed the environment inside; they have some outside seating too. Our servers were pleasant and attentive. The portions were ample; I took food home, something I often do not do. I thought the items were a little more expensive than other nearby Thai or Vietnamese restaurants but then the atmosphere was nicer and it was in Mequon, one of the wealthier suburbs of Milwaukee. I would happily return here anytime.

Tried for the first time last night. I gambled on the Pad Thai (I know, Pad Thai at Vietnamese Noodles) but that's what I was in the mood for! It was wonderful. My personal preference is to have more cilantro than what was there, but the flavor itself was fantastic. I will definitely be trying more things on the menu!

Since they opened, I've been there maybe a half dozen times. Sometimes take out, sometimes dine in. I've always felt the staff was friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. I've had the pho, which I think is some of the best I've had with its super rich broth. The pad thai I recommend getting with a good medium heat, and their various beef and rice dishes have never let me down.

My wife and I went out last night for her first Vietnamese. The place is very clean, the bathrooms were spotless. The wait staff was very attentive and very courteous. The menu is huge. As with other Vietnamese restaurants they have a lot of items on the menu. The menu can almost be daunting. We ordered the spring rolls and the Vietnamese egg rolls. The spring rolls were pretty good but not great. The rice paper texture was very good but there was a lot of lettuce in it which made it very stiff. The shrimp were giant. The peanut sauce almost had too many peanut chunks sprinkled on top and the sauce was very soupy, if not more like a liquid. I ordered a triple steak pho soup which was good. The big bowl is really big. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the flavor of the stock itself was spot on. It would have been nice to have cilantro included with the bean sprouts, basil, and peppers. My wife's dinner was also good. She had the rice noodle stir fry noodles with beef, chicken, and vegetables. The flavoring on her dish was really good. For that dish the noodles were clumped together and pan fried so its almost like a noodle pancake. Its a different texture and wasn't a hit with my wife but everything else was good. The prices of the appetizers seem high but the prices of the main dishes seem low. We would go back.

Very clean and modern interior. Service was quick and courteous. I ordered shrimp spring rolls; they were fresh and tasty, pretty ordinary/traditional. Then I order the Phad Thai - since it was my first visit I had to start with my staple, favorite dish. It was delicious! It had a generous helping of chicken and shrimp, was perfectly spicy and not greasy. Lots of flavor, good sized portion, beautiful plate. I will definitely be back!
