Nice employees and nice and comfortable dining room. Jimmy johns as a company fails with quality though. No hot subs are offered and the bread is extremely chewy. It seems like it is a day old. No soups or other side items are on the menu either, just basic cold subs. Definitely could use a menu refresh. Prices are fair though.

Any other Jimmy John's I've been to, they have 2-3 people on the prep line during lunch rush. At this location they have only one so you can easily wait 10 minutes for a sandwich. So much for "freaky fast". Not only that, they even tend to run out of bread.

Employee used broom, not just a broom handle to get a box down overtop of other employees making subs. Gross! This place should be shut down. Another guy was sitting in front of the store playing on his cell phone, on the floor surrounded by boxes. Where the hell is management?

Free smells! I'm not one to favor reviewing chains. I avoid chain restaurants as much as possible. But, when it comes to lunch and I need something freaky fast, Jimmy John's works. Their bread really makes a sub. Full of flavor with a nice chew to it, you can put anything between the two pieces and you've got a darn good sandwich. Simple online ordering, delivery, or fast pick-up are pluses. I also like how they give away sandwiches a couple of times a year for a buck. I've used them for catering a dozen or so times both as platters of sandwiches and box lunches. My only complaint is the prices of the sides. A bag of chips is ridiculous for what you get. I typically stick with just the sandwich. Lots of locations in the area and they're always consistent. A place to fall back on when in a pinch.

They're always super friendly here, they seldom mess anything up but when they do they're quick to fix it! I have zero complaints. Their bread always taste fresh too! They're great with large orders when I order in for luncheon meetings.

Don't hate on the Jimmy John's. I think this place just needs some reviews to average it out. It's not bad, but it IS a Jimmy John's. Know what you're getting. Cheap sandwiches. There were a ton of dudes working behind the counter like a sandwich factory, and there were a ton of dudes eating here at lunch. There was one lady in the restaurant. Fellas, you ain't picking up a hot date here if you're looking for a woman. I had a veggie sandwich and it was loaded with mayo and guac. So much for being healthy! Great for a quick bite or a hankering for a snack.

just awful. customer service: poor sandwich construction: poor delivery: SLOW, almost an hour, driver spilled some of the soda and looked sad before just shoving it to me and saying "here". they didn't have tuna so i got the fallback turkey, which is usually good, but these guys made it all thin and soggy by the time i got it. i like jimmy johns, but the mequon one is a joke.
