I still work at St. Mary's Hospital but only visit this Victor Allen's once every month or two. I've noticed that the customer service has improved. The drinks were always very good (it has been *years* since I've gotten any bakery stuff), but now the people seem way happier to be there. There is one guy especially (pretty sure his name is Cooper) who is fantastic. Fast with the coffee-making and just Very Nice. I had an issue once with a different individual working there, but it was mostly my fault for not being clearer. They were running specials for Hospital Week that couldn't be used in conjunction with the punch card, and she didn't get why I wanted to use the punch card for a free coffee instead of the discount. But we got it cleared up and I had my tasty beverage in no time.
