A nice place with buffet tables kept full despite what in sides of the restaurant are. Good food and prices, but a strange atmosphere when repeated visits yielded only one or two other customers in the place.

Awesome service and good food! Employees are extremely nice and friendly! Food is delicious! The server is always asking if you would like any food made fresh!

This is your typical run of the mill Chinese buffet; good food, but nothing to really set it apart from any other place in that aspect. The price was excellent though, $7.25 for the lunch, not sure on the dinner. However, the peanut better chicken was some of the best I've had. I judge chinese buffets solely on if they serve good peanut better chicken, and this place gets 5 stars.

Yuck! Everything is overdone and dried out, and nothing is warm/hot except the soup.

Food was gross, what little they had. Everything was very picked over and nothing was restocked. Didn't even have plates or bowls clean. Takes didn't get cleared and drinks were never refilled. At $13.50 a person, STAY CLEAR! Just awful.

I have been looking for a great Chinese restaurant in this area and this place is amazing!!! I tried alittle of everything and it was the best I've had in years. I'm always weary of random Chinese restaurants but I saw the great reviews and decided to try it. Glad I did. Every things very clean and there is an excellent variety to pick from. This will definitely be my new Chinese food spot!

Yen's is our favorite Chinese buffet! It is very clean and I feel the ingredients they use are high quality and fresh. They continuously are replenishing the food. I don't ever feel like the food has been sitting there for long and it's hot. Yen, the owner, always has a smile on her face and is wonderful with the customers.

The buffet is strong and consistent. Not a ton of variety but I know what I'm getting and it's reasonably priced.

Our favorite buffet in town. Not a ton of variety, but that just means that there is fresh food brought out continuously and things aren't left under great lamps. Delicious food and friendly service.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
