Clay's Tap is your standard tavern. There are a handful of TVs, a pool table, an electronic jukebox, the standard haphazard bar decor of various sports and drinking paraphenalia, and a friendly owner by the name of Jimmy. The bar has a legal exception to Wisconsin's indoor smoking ban, so don't get bent out of shape when the patron next to you lights up. It was $2.50 for a captain and Coke, and the night I went the folks were mostly keeping to themselves. I'll stop back with friends who're smokers since it's nice to smoke in a bar. Nice? Nay, it's American to smoke in a bar.
